Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

@btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk Thanks - The fault tracker has shown the fault as being in the 'Fault Fixed' state since the 12th - I fear this is what's causing BT to automatically cancel appointments (to avoid wasting engineers time).

@bt_uk absolutely hellish connection. Hellish customer service. I was promised enough speeds and connection for my TWO devices.. TWO.. and I barely get past 22mbs I doubt ill be continuing to 2023 with your company. Your promise to me has even broken and I've lost money
