Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.
-
jonathan jackson (@jonatha40457375) reported from Ringwood, EnglandClassic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation
-
Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England@Agent2675 @bt_uk I did, he’s says it’s not him, but it’s coincidence it went down as soon as he arrived. I will wait for BTs reply. Thanks.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Lisa Mackenzie (@lnmackenzie1) reported@bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
-
welshshez (@welshshez81) reported@bt_uk why am I still waiting for an adviser to help me via your chat option on website. It's been an hour and 10 minutes so far. A bit ridiculous don't you think?

-
Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported@bt_uk I have now been branded as an abusive customer because I stayed my option the BT are idiots. I have abundant evidence to prove lies, incompetency and regulatory shortcomings. My service is still down and all you care about is hearing hurty words ... Try providing service!!!
-
@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
-
Berni (@BikerBerni) reported@HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed, after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.
-
Norman Wilson (@nwwilson) reported@bt_uk Thank you for that wonderful advice. I'm onto 150 as your message arrived. On hold for the past 1 hour and 2 minutes. Outstanding customer service 👏👏
-
Loretta Livingstone (@L_Livingstone1) reported@bt_uk what exactly does 'Unable to validate the information provided,' mean? If you can't provide an explanation along with the message, it's not much use. I see this is a general issue. & why do you employ people whose English is so poor they can't understand or be understood?
-
Steve George (@Baggieboy1888) reported@bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

Anne Optimi-City (@AnneMurawski) reported@btbusinesscare 2/2 Phoned you on 0800800156, held on, connected after 16 minutes. Told him the problem, no reply then line went dead. What else can I do ?
