@BTCare This is what we’ve been told the past 3 times when we’ve enquired and we’re still waiting, along with being offered to have the cable installation fee waived and a reduce in price as ‘good faith’ when we were offered that exact deal before the problems even started.

@BTCare @gavalar83 I don't think the problem is limited to the app. I can't access the enhanced player via the website either. The link to it is missing. There's no option to use it. I've had this problem since last night. It was there to begin with yesterday but then has disappeared ever since.

@BTCare No I gave up considering I had to be up early for work. I think BT forget we all work for a living and cannot sit on the phone for over an hour to try and do what your customer care had told me to do. Waste of my time.
