4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

@bt_uk I spent 1 hour 20 minutes on Wednesday transferred to 5 people and eventually they cut me off this is the worst company in the UK by a country mile I will be going to the media outlets over their handling of this case awful experience

@Burgy_Tog @bt_uk If can't login to MyBT account then Text FIX with the full landline number to 61998 via mobile which will trigger some automated tests on your line and if it doesn’t fix your issue then BT will be in touch. Cost of Texts are free unless you are on Virgin mobile

@bt_uk Broadband dropped to its usual 0.4 to 0.7Mbps all today. Used the app to check speed and sms to 61998 FIX... As always, reply indicates nothing wrong with the line - it's my fault. You're just wriggling out of your responsibilities as usual. Max speed is a joke at 2.5mbps.

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted with BT finally admitted they were wrong in an incorrect charge to my account but now it’s showing as a missed payment for 22.00 and has impacted my credit score as a subsequence. They are the worst company in Uk by a mile gate them
