    @Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

    Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

    Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

    4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

    @bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

    Not happy with level of service we're receiving from @bt_uk we asked to speak to the operative's supervisor on a call to check on progress. That will take 72 hours. Sorry what ? Surely a telecomms company can contact one another in less than 72 hours !

    @virginmedia So it’s better for virgin media to lose a customer permanently, rather than try and assist a loyal customer in these difficult Financial Times? Isn’t that a bit scandalous? I wonder if @bt_uk or @SkyHelpTeam would treat customers as badly

    @bt_uk Patience has gone Nicola. This issue was first raised on the 16th. It’s been two working weeks, and people need to work to get paid. How would BT react to not being paid for 2 weeks? I pay a premium to get a premium service. Right now, I’m not getting what I pay for

    @bt_uk There is no point Steph. I spoke with someone today. And it doesn't seem anyone is willing to help. Or pay back the money. We are being fobbed off and it is sad. My mum was charged and she is a pensioner. It has upset me massively.
