I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
