I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday
