Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
