@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

@bt_uk hi. Wondering if you can help. I’m currently on halo fibre 3 package at 75mbs speed. I get that speed downstairs no problem but upstairs I struggle lately to get anything. It’s not a big distance from the router either. I have upgraded to 150mbs which starts tomorrow

@virginmedia All I want after all these issues I’ve been having is a Wi-Fi booster provided. One I don’t have to pay for like when I was with @bt_uk. After all the things I put up with I’d say this is fair 12 days since I went live and have atrocious customer service and Internet service

Fuming @bt_uk automatic cancelling complaints placed and not prepared to refund for 4 days with no Internet or TV package. Such poor customer service. Happy to pest to upgrade but not happy to make service work
