@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@markbentley111 @btsport The web browser is android on the TV so would the same as watching through a phones browser. Ive watched many different streaming links through the web browser and full screen it with no issues.

@bt_uk No the engineer confirmed that there was no internal fault but suggested, as I’m sure he reported, that this should be passed to openreach to get to the root cause of why you are unable to provide a reliable service
