@bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

Stay away from @bt_uk for internet. I have to cancel my contract early as leaving my flat and they are charging me close to £260 for early cancellation.

Really unimpressed with @bt_uk. Ordered a home hub a month ago, arrived, no updates on engineer. Call them and they send 4g mini hub as temporary fix. Still no word on engineer so I call back. They tell me the order has been cancelled and they have no idea why.

So got a letter from @bt_uk dictating I now have to pay and extra 14% each month leading to a total of nearly £100 a year! After complaining to a manager the best they did was downgrade my service bringing it back to the original price I agreed too when signing up 🤬

Had nothing but issues with @bt_uk internet. We have been with them for years but never has the internet been this bad, we used to have 76 download, a record for this area but now we are at around 4.

OK. @btsport @btcareers Your User Experience for MMA fans is absolutely ABYSMAL. You need a complete re-design from scratch, it is so unbelievably anti-user and unfriendly, and obscures easy actions behind so many steps. Please hire to me fix this. Not joking.
