@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

  • chrisphin Christopher Phin (@chrisphin) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

  • daveofduncan 🄳🄰🅅🄴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@daveofduncan) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@DoctorBenjy @bt_uk Not sure what your options are but with OfCom regulations you’re allowed to cancel if it’s within 30 days of the price increase notice. From what you’ve said though it sounds like you don’t have many options
