@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Ordered broadband on the 5th, today is the 26th no service yet. Lies upon lies by tech support every 48 hours someone will fix it in the next 48 hours. Fault since the 12th says it will be fixed on the 17th. This must be the worst broadband company in existence.

@bt_uk Engineer came and unplugged us from the tray, wasn’t fixed until we called you back out. Since been having drop outs and told an engineer has been coming twice and not been? Told I had a problem on the line 3 weeks ago and still nothing 👍🏼
