@BTCare You really need to sort out your customer service support phone lines. Is having to wait 27 minutes to get a response really acceptable?

@bt_uk exceptional customer service as usual. 7 days we’ve been trying to talk to you about our home move. 7 days you have hung up on us. Newsflash, you run a telephone service. Do let me know if you want me to come and show you how to use the telephone #btinternet #bttv

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

Aran Lewis
(@aranmlewis) reported
@bt_uk I have been assured by several of your colleagues over lengthy phone calls that the issue - a month-long delay in reconnecting fibre broadband cut off entirely due to your corporate negligence - cannot by fixed. I am told someone will phone tomorrow; following that I may DM you.
-
Aran Lewis
(@aranmlewis) reported
@bt_uk Thanks. You missed my point, which was about BT’s current working methods, which are based on automation and non-communication, and hence very customer-hostile. One particularly stupid practise is sending out dozens of texts and emails to which the customer cannot reply.
-
Grumpy Bollox
(@GrumpyBolloxUK) reported
2/2 @bt_uk I go to sky and they agree to take over and allow me to keep my existing no and provide me with b/band. Plus they’re £4 per month cheaper. Your policy is plain stupid and I’d like an explanation please

@bt_uk Not sure why I have to go through this when the end result is the same - 2 b/band lines into one property. And why is it Sky can do it no problem at all
-
Grumpy Bollox
(@GrumpyBolloxUK) reported
@bt_uk I currently have one phone line and one broadband connections. I wanted to upgrade the phone line to fibre two. You won’t allow it without me cancelling the phone line and then applying as a new customer. Stupid.
