    @BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    @bt_uk Hey BT, it's really strange and a bit unfair that you offer a lower price to new customers and are not able to offer attractive offers for renewing customers. My quoted price to renew is 15.4% higher than a new customer. Don't you think it should be a bit equal?

    My btconnect email gets hacked yesterday. So far spent 50 minutes holding and talking to people who can’t help @BT first I’m told it’s a business email, but business department can’t find it. Just been given yet another number. Why’s it so tricky?? @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hi. I had some very strange man knock on the door and first thing he said " don't worry you're not in trouble we're just come to check your Internet" he claimed there had been issues with the internet in the local area that he was from BT I assumed it was a scam?
