Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

@lollujo I gave them a chance a few months back when I subscribed to btsport, didn’t bother with raw, knew it was tosh, watched smackdown a few times for pat mac, watch nxt for 6/7 weeks and gave up, it’s terrible, over produced nonsense with zero respect for fans intelligence. AEW is fun

@bt_uk That’s also the problem, my phone contract doesn’t allow text to 6 digit numbers so I can’t txt back when you send me these TXT messages. Your phone line also hangs up on me when it finds out I got a TXT.

@OpenreachHelp @zenxv Its not more reliable for those in parts of the country with poor/non-existent mobile coverage & long duration power cuts: we won't have any phone service when power is out. Suppliers (@bt_uk) won't allow opt-out or delay so its a backward step: reckless disregard for safety

The offered 60 min battery backup is derisory. Headlong rush to "upgrade" is likely to cause harm
