@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

@mich250385 @MarcAllera @bt_uk I also didn’t leave, was cancelled by BT & now they are taking forever to reconnect. I can’t even order broadband! I was promised all would be done by the 10th and have that in an email but now it’s the 14th. No credible information. I bet a new customer would get services sooner

@bt_uk You clearly have no real work to do. All customers are happy. Every connection is fibre at 1Gb at least. Service response is 10 minutes, and phone line waiting time is 30secs. Anyone?
-

Hi @MarcAllera why are your team @bt_uk ignoring me when they allowed my services to be stopped without my permission. I told them on 28/05 I wasn't leaving BT and they still cancelled my services on 04/06 now they're refusing to help get my services restored before 21/06

@bt_uk wow again. How long should I normally expect to wait for a complaint to be acknowledged? Do you just keep closing complaints by email so as to meet targets rather than help customers. Why is it impossible to get any reasonable answers?

@bt_uk My password is reset, so I no longer need help. Perhaps you should look into why it is possible to log into an account with two different passwords? It suggests to me that your website is not in any way secure.

@bt_uk I cannot change my password on your website. I have tried three different browsers (mobile Safari, and up to date Firefox and Chrome on Windows 10) but I keep getting told the password I just used to log in is wrong. WTF?

@bt_uk Just had a scam call from your "tech dept". Wanted to discuss my internet signal. When I asked for a number to call back, they said just ring BT & ask for the tech dept. It came from 0117 931 2890 but the delay & accent suggested it wasn't a domestic call. Hope this helps!
