    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    Oh my goodness, the internet gods must really hate me at the moment… had to pay to go to a coworking space to send some files (as my rubbish @bt_uk home service can’t handle it) & I find their cable got accidentally cut by some workers 😫😫😫

    @bt_uk For other people in this situation, the vulnerable people team need to be easily accessible, they need to log their calls and follow them up with actions. Whoever is running the show needs to be responsible. Most of all, anyone on the list, never cold call them to sell stuff.

    @bt_uk changed broadband from ee to bt full fibre - was brilliant for a while and then we saw a bt engineer at our neighbours house installating full fibre. Even since then ours has been rubbish! Not loading, being really slow now having to use our data #noton
