They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.
