    @bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    @bt_uk day 17 no internet /broadband thanks bt/openreach promised week on week now say 29 th 5weeks without service they disconnected on 27/11 worst service provider award goes to bt/openreach

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

    @bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

    @bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌

    @bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

    @bt_uk Please can you help. Received a call to my landline phone from 08456021111 (that’s what showed on the handset). I answered but nobody there. Hence, could be a #Scam Now, can’t phone out or get ringtone. Handset says “Please check phone connection”. What do I do?

    @bt_uk Hiya, we did the Fix Text Message and seemed OK. Then last night the Internet just disappeared inbetween 1 and 1.30 am . It's not about speed, it literally just goes. It can be 30 seconds or 20 minutes. And apparently there are no issues in the area. Weird.

    @bt_uk Hi Aideen, no my intgernet is provided by Sky but the use BT infrastructure to provide it as far as i have been informed, phoned them several times of the weekend adn all i get told is that there is an outage and BT are working on it with no other info
