We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt
-
Cheryl #JohnsonOut 💙 (@buzyizzy21) reported from Uckfield, England@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!
-
Kat Blakeborough (@katb217) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@bt_uk help! How can I cancel my grandads by sports subscription?! There’s nothing on your website to help me with this! #frustrated

Sky Apperley (@skymook) reported from Worthing, EnglandDear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.
-
Tim Murray 🇬🇧🔶🇪🇺 (@Tim_J_Murray) reported from Uckfield, England@bt_uk I had an email today about the need to update email settings. I am really unsure how us roving amateur family tech-support people will ensure that our distant elderly relatives won’t lose their essential email during #lockdown

We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌

-
Bartman6669 (@bartman6669) reported@bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun
-
Pierssy 💙 (@Pierssy) reported@bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!
-
DomusHolmesPropertyFinder (@DomusHolmes) reported@bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!
-
Jacob People (he/him) 💙 (@JacobPeoplee) reportedOur internet and landline aren't working. I've text in and it said no issue but there clearly is @bt_uk
-
grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reportedSpent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though
-
eelemsti (@eelemsti) reportedAnd another one @bt_uk I cancelled my service with you in MARCH! Why are you still billing me??
-
Craig Goddard (@ChemTeachCGO) reported@bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk Incorrect. Tried but the same useless system. Finally successful by using option to leave BT. Straight through to a human being, strange how loss of customers is more important than giving good service.
