    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

    Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

    Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    @bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

    Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

    @bt_uk Does that include people who cancelled contracts with and yet you failed to cancel it your side and still have the wrong telephone and the email you entered wrong. So you can't actually access it. Glad I've email and got response from one of your directors.

    @bt_uk our internet (I need for work) went down on Thurs am following cabling work by BT on main road nearby. Still without internet now ,no direct customer communication from you. Only info I can get is via a bot with an estimated fix date that has since passed! Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @stdatlb @bt_uk Your increases are an absolute disgrace. My bill has increased from £32.77 to £39.30. That is nearly a 20% increase. It’s totally unwarranted. There is no additional cost to provide the BB service. I will definitely move when my contract is up. #Ripoff

    @TalkTalk so my Internet died today at 1430 UK time. Did all the checks possible with live chat support. After 2 hours Told me I might have to pay 75£ for a talktalk engineer to come in 5 days! Wow. @bt_uk, any contracts for me?
