We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Christie (@Xennia79) reported@bt_uk Hiya, we did the Fix Text Message and seemed OK. Then last night the Internet just disappeared inbetween 1 and 1.30 am . It's not about speed, it literally just goes. It can be 30 seconds or 20 minutes. And apparently there are no issues in the area. Weird.
