    @bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

    @bt_uk day 17 no internet /broadband thanks bt/openreach promised week on week now say 29 th 5weeks without service they disconnected on 27/11 worst service provider award goes to bt/openreach

    @bt_uk hi friends! My home hub 2 drops out at random intervals. Turning off & on again works & so does restarting thru the hub manager. Any ideas? No issues before last month - it’s about a year old I think.

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    @bt_uk hey guys - my internet is dropping out often again. The router seems to be ok after running thru the no connection help a couple of times. I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    The only way to put a stop to this woke box ticking progressive nonsense by @btsport is to cancel your subscription. Hit them where it hurts, heavy financial loses for them is all we can do to rid the airwaves of Lucy Ward, Karen Carney, Rachel Finnis-Brown etc.

    Great Customer service @EE @bt_uk deceiving my #vulnerable elderly mother into accepting a 'free' tablet for her loyalty. She refused as she already owned an iPad but your sales team insisted. She's now the owner of an unwanted £13 a month tablet for two years. Very unscrupulous.

    @bt_uk Anyone else having issues watching BT Sport for major events? Keeps crashing! Restarted all my equipment per BT call. Engineer been, nothing wrong that he can see but suspects it’s a provider issue!! Can’t get through to support as you’re really busy and closing at 9pm 😡

    @bt_uk I tried the APP on my Mobile but that did not work at all. The Website should work and if you follow the "Help" or enter the URL provided with your Hardware then most of these Pages do not exist. Help still references "CHAT" that has not worked for years!

    @bt_uk So I don't get compensation until midnight tomorrow even though I've had no service for the last 2 days?! It's a fault in the area, lots of houses and businesses affected. I feel we should be on automatic unlimited data until this is fixed.
