It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

Had an issue a few months ago, you were going to send an engineer but then I was told it had been fixed. Wi-fi currently not strong enough to stream TV or do zoom calls. I’m the sole user. This would be a short term fix but perhaps improving mobile coverage in poor coverage areas before working on fixed links would be a better idea? It seems that commercial business and tech is forgetting older demographic in UK....
