Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔
