@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk hi there, I live in RG10 postcode, WiFi strength is under a single MB up and down, app says its fine. Your help section of website just sends me in circles, any known issues? Please help, as am on work calls for next six hours and this is infuriating. Many thanks

Very nice of @bt_uk not to warn us that they'd be switching our line to digital voice, meaning my lifeline personal alarm now doesn't work. The lifeline provider can hopefully sort it tomorrow but we had no warning when switching our broadband to BT that this would happen.

@bt_uk You ceased providing my service ( phone and internet which works off the phone line) on 7th March as I switched to a cheaper provider. You are still sending me bills for a service you no longer provide. This is stressful, please sort it out. Your call centre tried but no progress
