@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk You downgraded the available packages available to this house without informing the customer resulting in unusable speeds. There is nothing customer support can do. This is a systemic issue.

No communication from @bt_uk on this change. Still paying the same (ludicrously expensive) monthly cost. Anyone trying to watch a show on Netflix causes the whole house's internet to be unbearably slow / not work at all.
