@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

Even though @WeAreOpenreach have been absolutely terrible about sorting my internet connection, @bt_uk customer service team on the phone have been an absolute dream & make my stresses much easier!

@bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

Had a well timed power cut that even brought down the mobile networks as a reminder of why it is a bad idea to get rid of your ability to make phone calls without electricity. If this happens again later in the week, we won't be able to even make a phone call @bt_uk

@Double15Minutes @stacbats @bt_uk they inadvertently cut us off instead of a house with a very similar address who wanted to leave. Even though it was their fault we had to come in as a new customer,it was 7 weeks before we got reconnected with basic broadband and another 2 weeks before we cld upgrade

@bt_uk I live quite rural and don't have fiber. I get around 1 Mbps from you. Someone mentioned to me a 4G dongle, how come you've never offered me this? I'm paying £40 a month for a service I can't use because it's too slow.

@bt_uk So, yet another day with no internet from @bt_uk, now heading into day 9. What exactly are you doing to try and fix the problem, BT? Nothing, it would seem, and still no communication from anyone either. But Catherine apparently did do her job yesterday and sent an e mail!

When @bt_uk expect us to pay the bill for this past month when we've had unstable connection (20+ drops since the 14th) and one failed visit by one engineer who couldnt even order a new router properly with the recent engineer claiming the first didnt know what they were doing.

Ah @bt_uk now essentially calling me a liar after another member gave me incorrect information. Its crazy how the person responding isnt actually giving their name like every other CA thats tried to help. So tired of their bullshit its unbelievable.
