Even though @WeAreOpenreach have been absolutely terrible about sorting my internet connection, @bt_uk customer service team on the phone have been an absolute dream & make my stresses much easier!

@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Almost two weeks since I did a home move and still no broadband. Being told that someone will call me back in a weeks time with an update. Pathetic.

@bt_uk They already tried to look at it multiple times. They found NO fault even though there clearly is one. Awful customer service. Awful provider. Will not be using bt again when the contact expires

@bt_uk What good will “reporting” it do? This has been going on for years, I’m savvy enough to put the phone down on them , sadly some aren’t , where do they get these bogus phone numbers from?

@bt_uk Have already called BT support multiple times today and yesterday. None of them can find the fault in my line even though I don’t even get 1MBps download speed. Appalling service. Will no longer be a customer once contract finishes

@bt_uk called BT cust serv depart re: an incorrect final bill 4-5 times. Each time 2 hold for ages & to argue till I'm told I don't owe anything & it will be removed from my account. Today received the bill again!! been on chat 4 1hour with someone who now tells me they cant help
