@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

@bt_uk thank you for leaving a vulnerable disabled household in a rural area with poor mobile signal without a landline to call for help in an emergency and not keeping them informed on what is happening. Fault was reported on 17th and landline and broadband totally lost on 25th!

@bt_uk I've been on hold to cancel BT sport for 35 mins. Was cut off as an advisor answered. No option for chat/email. Having to call back. Not good enough - now inclined to pull my broadband package too

@TheVanaramaNL why aren't approaches being made to @btsport to allow #streaming of National League games? Clubs need the revenue and many have fans outside the UK. No issue if its a paid service, we just want to watch our teams! @Wrexham_AFC

Dear @bt_uk, I referred a friend of mine to get bt broadband but to avoid giving away the referral gift he was told he wd get a cheaper plan if he doesn't go with referral. So infact I got you a customer for free. The most effective referral scheme isn't it?
