@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@AsgardianCEI @bt_uk Happens a lot recently. Banks, Social media, Email, I get the feeling their systems are not robust enough and, it would seem from Facebook recent outage, that it's the technology itself that isn't up to the job.

@bt_uk Can't get into email this morning, & My BT mobile app saying "There is no account linked to this BT ID" I've sent a DM, but I'm assuming it's a problem at your end (as other also seem to be having the same issue)? Any idea when it'll be fixed?
