@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk @theTRUESPEED They are not the only ones affected. An elderly neighbour has their phone number on her 'red panic button'... just imagine if something happened and she needed to press it in an emergency.... doesn't bear thinking about....

@bt_uk Well hopefully they tell me it will be up and running tomorrow. Otherwise I will be cancelling the contract. And also leaving EE along with my partner. It's terrible that you guys can't even give me an update tonight. It should have been up and running Friday.
