LDdex (@LDdex) reported@bt_uk despite speed tests coming back as normal to the hub and from the hub. My FTTH connection is bad. Takes minutes not seconds to load pages. YouTube videos or Instagram reels will pause or buffer across all devices. 4g is more stable & faster on my phone.

S (@svvs____) reported@bt_uk not happy by the service I have received getting your broadband installed. Engineer supposed to come yesterday but nobody showed up. Rang customer service 3 times all to be told different things. Now waiting for a call back today but who knows when it will be installed.

Your short term approach will cost you long term. You could have dealt with my complaint fairly and I'd have stayed a customer.
