@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk broadband has been off since Sat along with others in the village. The BT help Bot is saying the problem is fixed. The BT Care address is closed down, the BT online help chat is unavailable and now an update saying it may be fixed by 7pm Mon 6 Dec. What is going on?

@bt_uk why is it taking so long to restore service? ST10 2HN - we’ve had no phone or internet since the weekend - and have been quoted the 6th December until service is restored! That is just not good enough..
