@bt_uk I left BT broadband three years ago despite the speed increasing to an eye-watering 1.4Mbps from the previous 0.9Mbps. I can get an on/off EE signal if I walk up the field about 50 yards from the house. Are you having a laugh?

@bt_uk Not really, because I wanted broadband only, as I don't use a landline, and I wanted to cancel BT Tv and you can't do those online, you have to phone.

@bt_uk Yes the engineer who came to fit broadband didn’t complete the work. Told me BT need to activate and went off on his merry way. No emergency welfare people able to now do it today. Can u read my case and look at how many errors? It is shocking. Now raised again for tomorrow.
