@btbusinesscare Again after being advised my complaint was resolved, the problem has resurfaced and you are billing for an account which should be closed. I have emailed Stephanie Agolini twice and had no response about this. Customer service is as bad as ever BT!. Sort it out!!.

@bt_uk Absolute con internet down Thursday . ‘We will send you a hub’. - no you didn’t. Internet down again today ‘we will you send a hub’. Probably haven’t. Why not just have better infrastructure? Engineer not here until Tuesday! Not very good promise! Misleading advertising!

@bt_uk ..call back, can this be removed. No! Not until 14 day cooling period is over on new account! This will affect my credit rating. Customer service says no, we’ll send a few reminders before it gets to that...can it get extended so it’s past the cooling period? No! 1/6

Hey @bt_uk my broadband is flashing purple, I’ve checked the app and it says there are no issues, I’ve reset the hub and no change. Anything else I can do?
