Oh the irony... Trying to make a complaint to @Ofcom about my supposed 900mb broadband connection from @bt_uk and I can’t load the website because, you guessed it… my broadband isn’t working!! AGAIN! (Tweeting on 4g btw!)

@bt_uk Wi-fi - same result on phone and laptop, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Tried a router reboot, but nothing. Checked @downdetector and 90 people had reported issues in the last hour.
