@bt_uk Price should be based on service received not service someone 500yards away receives.

@bt_uk yet again your service has been left wanting. We were supposed to have had our broadband connected yesterday as promised by your engineer and Dan on your helpline.......nothing. Any chance of a call from someone to sort. Losing the will to live.

@bt_uk The main issue as well has nothing to do with fixing the line, our entire street shows as 34 to 37mbps max speed whereas less than 500 yards away they get 76mbps and it’s on the same cabinet AND they pay the same price... why is that? Isn’t it time our lines were upgraded?

@Colchesterviews @bt_uk BT are awful. My bank card expired so it stopped my BT Sport subscription (fair enough) so I went on their site with my new card and their site ****** up 3 times and they took £75 from my account. I complained but they never gave me my money back, I'm still chasing a month later

@bt_uk I have spoke with them already about 4 times this week to try and get this sorted. However I’m not getting anyway. All I need is someone to install in my house and connect into the green box then I can work from home. However apparently on the system is saying we have no network

@bt_uk Thanks StephB, I work at the school and am coordinating this support for families. I know how the extra mobile data works, but not the wifi vouchers. The last on the DfE portal said it was a pilot closed last December; they haven’t caught up with your new announcement.
