@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

Even though @WeAreOpenreach have been absolutely terrible about sorting my internet connection, @bt_uk customer service team on the phone have been an absolute dream & make my stresses much easier!

@bt_uk Why can’t I get through to a HUMAN to sort my issues out that have been ongoing dud months!! Still a shocking service and then I receive an email saying my bill has gind up…paying more for a shite service!! Please sort this I’m raging 😡

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Just to add I have tried an assortment of sim cards - i.e. different network providers and they are all bad. The maps that show how wonderful the network coverage is are wrong.

@bt_uk yet again another price increase. 2 in my contract, was told it wouldn’t happen. Ask to put a complaint and get told I’ll be sent a letter. Ridiculous, £95 to cancel when you nearly £5 a month more then anywhere else. Disgusting treatment of customers.
