@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk I have just called your support number to get an engineer to visit. However, I know the problem is the external cable has been cut (as I did this when gardening). Is your engineer going to be able to fix it? It is for my neighbour who is blind & disabled.

@surviving60five @bt_uk BT don’t care about you, I made a noise about an issue my Inlaws have on here a few days ago( no phone line after switching) , moderators asked for a direct message to look into. Guess what ? Nothing. No comms and still no phone line since early April

@bt_uk Still no internet and not once have I been contacted with an update even though I’ve been promised twice, 12th May it went down this is beyond a joke!!! Bt communication is worse than the service itself!

@bt_uk Hi Brian, checked again. Nothing. I had called about this previously that my service intermittently goes down and my 4G on my phone was how I know- when I'm home in term break! 😡Not happy
