@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

@bt_uk @Donna__McLean and why wont u do this for mr and help with my engineer when on priority been faulty months still not come? why do i have to only be spoken to by conplaints and refused service because ive complained. they cant fix my issues there not openreach etc or engineers bad 4 heart BT

@bt_uk pls no Theresa as stated as i will end up having another heart attack and wont live im at wits end.i want kid gloves disability inclusion on call or will hang up if shouted over as a coma this hurts my brain. being called a liar etc will also not be tolerated. dignity and respect

@virginmedia @bt_uk my neighbor cancelled Virgin after delays and installation cancellations. Looks like you've just got another customer. Anyone asking for recommendations will definitely be advised to avoid Virgin

@bt_uk again thats complaints who Teresa yesterday treated me hostile told was a liar and your stance was go ombussman no help or inclusion support.why wont u help with everyrhing else and instead victimising me because i complained my disability notes and support went missing?
