@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Bitterly disappointed by my DM conversation with @bt_uk this evening. Over the last few days they’ve repeatedly told us the problem has been fixed when it hasn’t. It appears they don’t have a clue what is going on and continue to give us false hope without hint of apology. Avoid.
