@bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

@bt_uk I had issues at my local Retail Store. I then needed to contact the call centre and redo the order twice after cancelling it twice. It was for Broadband Only, so without a phone line but I don't know if that would have made any difference. I only wanted a broadband set-up.
