(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.
-
Anthony (@LookingBack22) reported@juliandc @ClaireMadMax @bt_uk Same here. Now reliant on a broadband connection requiring power. Not progress. iPhone has emergency satellite connection though.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reportedHad a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.
-
Janet Davies (@cisnegirl) reported@WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! -
Yorkie Paul (@Yorkiebloke) reported@bt_uk Your guides basically said I’ll have to dispute it with Vodafone. You’re expecting me to pay for a service that was cancelled when I switched to Vodafone. I even had an email stating my final bill would be £15. Loyal BT customer for over ten years

Choppaloppadingdong (@ScottWi28968286) reported@bt_uk want to remove landline from package, told on BT chat Ok but I have to pay £9.99 for a “Hybrid Connect” device which I don’t want or need, as a new broadband package has to be created and they must send this thing out?! H Paul O'Donnell (@HPaulODonnell) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Legal expenses claim on your Home Insurance Jim. If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.
-
Ed Thomson (@ThomsonEdwint) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk We are waiting for Open Reach contractors to repair road surfaces after installing 1 service to a neighbouring property 🙈
