It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

All coms by email/mms. You doing this with everyone? Looks a lot like moneymaking scam... Especially for the old. Poor show.

They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

After at least 8 engineer visits, several no shows, hours dealing with it (even on our holiday) BT cannot fix it but won’t terminate our contract without fees!!!!!

Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported@Dredz06 @bt_uk Ditch the the smart hub 2 abs any black discs. The discs will never go faster than 200mbps. Spent months getting this confirmed. Your only option, like mine, is to fork out hundreds on a good mesh setup. Don’t waste time dealing with support.

Promised a fix in five days… didn’t happen, promised resolution by 21/11 didn’t happen and now told they plan to work on network on 10/12/21 - left with no broadband at all.

Either way, I’ve had three techs out, and none have been able to install the service because of access issues. There’s clearly a missing line of communication, and it’s resulted in nothing but headaches for me.

Matt Priaulx (@Mattbrewsbeer) reported@bt_uk I just want a resolution. So far your temporary service has allowed me to get by, but the inability for BT to know what is needed to access the pole where their own fibre comes from, after THREE TECHS have been out, is beyond frustrating.

They admired their sales info was wrong. Fair enough but doesn’t fix the issue. Just can’t decide on what mesh to buy now.
