    @bt_uk I’m on my phone from home. I don’t have access to the computer which has the account details and password to log into. Suppose will just have to wait until your outage becomes a non-outage.

    @bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

    @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

    @bt_uk Reported broadband and phone out of service on Thursday 22nd July. No response from BT when this will be fixed. Extremely poor service considering I’m working from home and therefore totally dependant on it.

    @OpenreachHelp @openreach @bt_uk Do you think its ok to leave a new customer with no service on their FTTP after 2 weeks? No explanation, no timeframe for sorting out. The line has been tested, and you guys just need to activate it. Absolute shambolic service

    @BTCare terrible signal today - since our ‘whole home Wi-fi’ account was botched by my EE mobile switch - (didn’t request it - but I ended up on a lesser account) - the Wi-fi speeds are far slower ..

    @btbusinesscare @OpenreachHelp 5 times you have sent an engineer instead of a planner. That’s 25 hours of wasted time and a 5 month delay in install. I have never heard of such terrible organisation from such a massive company. What’s going on?!

    @bt_uk paying nearly £60 per month to have WiFi in one room. After 1.5 hours on the phone, the best your employees could offer was for us to pay MORE money (£25 extra per month) to get WiFi that we are already paying for? We are paying a premium to get substandard service.
