@Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@bt_uk what does it take to get a connection? Trying to be ur customer but after a month of failed attempts to connect to existing fibre including giving @OpenreachHelp engineer tea for 2.5hrs I’m starting to rethink. Not good for #NHS #GP trying to work remotely towards #covid

@bt_uk have some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The fourth time this week I have been kept on hold for over two hour waiting to arrange an order for an international media company only for it to be subsequently cancelled by BT without us being notified
