Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

@Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

Spend 40 mins patiently on the phone with @bt_uk trying to fix a broadband problem and then the service agent hangs up and doesn’t call back. It’s not as if they don’t have your phone number...

@bt_uk Apparently the booking didn't go through properly so someone is coming out tomorrow. The range is still a massive issue and some devices still keep randomly disconnecting. I have now cancelled my sky q multi room because the wifi wouldn't reach and with complaining...

One thing I don’t like about the ex- Utd players now pundit is, they don’t criticize Ole even if he’s down 10-0 because his their mate. Am watching BTsport and they mentioned nothings about his terrible tactics. But can blame the players.
