@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk How can I raise an issue - BT DNS servers have an incorrect A record for a domain (have to manually set to use alternative DNS). Want to get this fixed so you're sync'd with the authoritative DNS. Who do I contact and how?

Such a shame @bt_uk don’t (or won’t) support eSim’s through BT Mobile. Would sign up tomorrow and cancel my current contract with 3 if they did. Not interested in EE, bad service, unhelpful and overpriced
