@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

Third time in the last 2 months that @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp BT internet has gone down with no word about service or status on their website, this might be the final straw, not sure why I pay for such low speeds anyway… @virginmedia fancy coming round to install some cables?

@bt_uk I raised a SAR request on the 24th of October 2022 . The complaint I raised has apparently been resolved. Without any communication with me . I still haven’t received the information I wanted in the SAR request. Over to you!!

Hi @bt_uk. Need your help. For some inexplicable and bizarre reason, your broadband has decided over the last week to stop loading various apps correctly. Won't load Twitter well, and won't load BBC iPlayer or BBC Sounds at all. Switch to data and all loads fine. Help please!
