    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @btsport @virginmedia sound is messed up on bt sport espn, vacant hear what they are saying on spurs match, just static, on my TV and mobile app, other channels fine. Please fix
