@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Yes I’ve changed channels. The signal can be perfect for an hour then drop to weak signal for the next half hour. I also have a printer which picks it up on an infrequent basis. The new router I got from yourselves should cover the whole house I was told?

Engineer booked / 26Apr - Didn’t attend Engineer re-booked / 28Apr - Didn’t attend Engineer re-booked / 30Apr - Been cancelled 😡 This is absolutely appalling service @BTCare and will now be taken further!! Worse provider ever!!!!

@bt_uk I’ve had BT broadband for years, I updated to fibre in October, great service, but I already pay over £50 a month, so don’t expect me to pay another £10 a month for this ! It should be included in the price.
