@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Thanks. There seems to be no way of getting rid of the message without pressing OK. It would be good to know for sure if BT have been sending out emergency alert test messages. Are you able to find out please?

@bt_uk Why is it if I'm a new customer the package for my area is almost £10 cheaper than I'm paying now but if I upgrade as an existing customer I pay £6 more than I am already paying? That is an insult to customers who have been loyal.

@bt_uk Hi Laura, I'm not sure what other information I can provide. It appears you ran a test on an emergency transmission system. It would be good tell your customers as to not cause alarm

@bt_uk Hi, do you have a customer service Twitter? My BT Call Blocker phone is putting people on my VIP List straight through to voicemail instead of ringing and it's driving me bonkers.

@bt_uk As there seems nothing but complaints to what is an advertisement of a new service, I'm going to throw in my penny's worth and say my connection is just fine and supports everything in my household. If you've an issue call the support centre!

@RobPalmer80 @bt_uk I had exactly that problem but we have the BT mesh dish extender things. I plugged the Q and mini Q box into a dish each with Ethernet cable and it’s stopped happening. Without it it had started to happen once a week at least.
