    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @bt_uk Hello! Have been without Broadband now since 2nd November and have been told by your technicians that they can't get an update because openreach isn't open at the weekends- surely there is an out of hours service?! Postcode area is SE23

    @bt_uk The entire experience has been ruined. It was impossible to avoid seeing the result of the fight. Absolutely useless. I will be taking this complaint further and will seek a full refund.

    @bt_uk We just get an automated email saying there will be an update in 7 days. If it's the same tomorrow I'll cancel the order
