@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Good morning! I am still waiting for a reply. It’s a simple question: If I am being told that I owe over £2800 for cloud voice service for March 2020 to July 2021, please confirm that there were no issues and it was fully functional, and we had no issues. Thanks

@TylerSheekz1 @bt_uk Did you ever get this issue sorted? I have this problem currently too - would like to get it sorted because I just keep getting lag spikes and so my ping spikes really high causing jitters in game. Please let me know ASAP

@bt_uk Do you have a out of hours service. My family household landline has stopped working. When ringing out the line is dead and when trying to ring in it’s saying where on the phone however where not please help

@bt_uk Hi - this doesn’t seem to have settled yet. Upload seems about right (110mbps) but download fluctuates between 220-440mbps. These are great speeds - but not what I’m paying for. I can’t use the My Bt app to do a speed test as it errors every time. Any suggestions would be great!
