    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk @bt_uk are not a customer unit. Managers hide behind customer service operatives who can’t give customer service. What’s the point of a complaint when it’s too late! My Partner was without broadband for two weeks you did nothing as was your response

    @jen_ewest @bt_uk You can claim back loss of service from point of reporting to it being fixed. Ofcom regs state this simple.
