@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Hello, is there any reason why our internet has been down to 24mbps for a few days now. Iv checked everything and all is good. It’s always pretty bad compared to everywhere else but this is very poor. I live in Hare Street SG9 0dx

@bt_uk Hi Scott, that link is to reset the hub? That won't work as the problem seems to be the Internet into the openreach box before the hub.

@bt_uk No thank you I'm taking matters into my own hands and talking to ofcom about the service you promise but never deliver, as a customer of BT since the early 90s its just got to the point where your company makes false promises and false advertisements on what you can offer.

Factory resets of *everything* work for maybe half a day. Then it’s back to crash after crash. Rearranging discs makes no difference. The WiFi gear brings down Ethernet-connected devices on the router as well. This is *all their kit* and your ‘support’ team have no clue, @bt_uk.
