@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I want to cancel my broadband contract. Two phone calls last month and the previous month, 30 mins each call. I've requested to switch to home essentials. Twice told it was done and each month still charged £42!! I'll go find a provider with better customer service!!! 😠😠😠

@bt_uk It says no known issues, but whenever I try to switch provider, including yourself or upgrade my package with @EE , it says you can offer me 70+mbps but when I get to checkout it goes down to 30 and EE said this was due to this “issue” your fixing.

@bt_uk your service is an absolute joke. Slot booked for 1-6 for an engineer to see to a fault - text us at 17:40 telling us that it’s been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances!!! Can’t afford to take days off work to re-arrange. Nobody to speak to via phone. It’s a disgrace

So @bt_uk have cancelled yet another order 3 months after a house move still no tv Internet or phone and since an agent admitted they has mis sold me a package constant no shows then find out they lied about being able to make a complaint
