@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@bt_uk Great, another 30minutes out of my working day, I must have spent well over 3 hours phoning your company in the last week. I pay a premium price, expecting a premium service. I think I’ll go to the lower priced end of the market next time, it can’t be any worse than this.

@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

Yet another failed promise from our internet service provider (service to be used in the lowest sense of the word). It’s now a full week without a connection to the outside world, despite 4 promises of ‘it’ll be back on at midnight’ @bt_uk your a shambles, absolute shambles!
