@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Hi there. Having terrible trouble failing to receive emails from certain business contacts (that I KNOW of) to my BT email account. Never happened before. Checked spam, blocked and safe senders etc. Nothing works. Hope you can help.

@bt_uk Done both of those things, Laura. Spent the morning on the phone with clients and their emails are working fine. They're replying to MY emails but I don't get replies. Seems your BT service is writing them off as Spam without even sending it to my Spam folder. Can you fix this?

@bt_uk I should add I NEVER receive anything in my Spam folder on my BT Email which tells me that BT are unilaterally deciding a lot of stuff is Spam without ever showing it to me. Including these work emails.

So, @BT_UK once I've managed to get through to BT again and a 4th appointment has been scheduled, what can you do to make sure you don't cancel without notice again and I don't waste a 4th morning waiting for an engineer who never arrives? #BTUK

For the third time BT @bt_uk has, without notice, failed to turn up to an appt they scheduled. The £25 apologies are obviously set too low to encourage @bt_uk to make enough effort to turn up when a customer has arranged to be at home at a time of @bt_uk's suggestion.

Currently over 20min on hold to both @bt_uk and @virginmedia trying to change my install date with one and cancel my service with the other. Both of which should take 3 clicks on a website; Virgin doesn't offer the option online and BT's one is broken...

Help @bt_uk shocking customer service! Third failed attempt to have home tech check visit today, and far I’ve had to make 8 calls trying to sort this out
