@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk disgusted with the service.. moved home to be told the internet would be up and running yesterday. Got put on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off at 8:58. Amazing the call centre closes at 9 Disgusting…😡😡

@bt_uk we currently have no WiFi and have had none since about 2:30pm. We also don’t have access to our home phone as it says there’s a line error. There are no reported issues in my area, but there’s obviously a problem for it to be off for this long. Can you help?
