    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    Why is @BTcare advertising broadband for £24.99 a month to new customers, when I, as an existing customer who doesn’t need a Hub, am having my monthly payment increased from £30 to £37 because it’s the end of my contract? I should be offered a loyalty bonus, not a ££ penalty.

    @MattHancock @bt_uk Dear Matt!! Whilst the #COVID initiative is world leading; for those with other conditions.... How difficult is it for 1.4m people (your team) to answer the phone to patients (paying customers) within days / weeks? Has the #NHS outsourced customer service to @RyanAir?

    @bt_uk Hello, Unfortunately I am Still waiting to get help from @BTGroup , engineer visit is tomorrow and I do not received the router which suppose to be deliver today, it went somewhere at wrong address, Being waited for this day from 2 months to get internet at my home.

    @bt_uk hybrid connect refusing to connect to my hub via app.cannot test my signal-just stops at that point ..plugged in to hub circle is green..unplug and try and move for better signal circle goes white ? Help !

    @bt_uk @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp why was an account offered if a few days after the services was activated U now have to dig up the road Its suspicious this happend not long after getting a notice of fibre coming 2 the area the BB goes down And the resolution date keeps extending

    @bt_uk how the hell do you have such shoddy wifi 😡 every time you come out to it, it's fine for a while and then gradually keeps going down and down for longer each time. Ive reset the router twice to no avail!!
