    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk Was on the phone (mobile) to them for an hour today as got loads of landline charges on our bill this week, despite us never even owning a landline phone! Absolutely abysmal level of service.

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk Raise complaint with ofcom. You will be able to leave penalty free within 28 days (I think it is) if they cannot provide the service.

    @BTCare please stop sending me threatening texts saying that you want to charge me for kit I sent back weeks ago. I have contacted BT already to try and stop this and was assured it was sorted. I am a very loyal customer with a lot of services - please fix this.

    @mariellaf1 @bt_uk Love you, Mariella - but they may as well call this “walk me to my shallow grave”. About as much use as the Home Office app, or CCTV. Not a deterrent, not a comfort. Not addressing the problem. How about lessons in school on not murdering women?
