@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Thank you. Also the ‘btbot’ has very kindly booked me an engineer for tomorrow morning but my daughter has an exam and slow internet is obviously better than no internet in this instance. I’ve tried to cancel/reschedule but it won’t allow me to. Can you help?

Yet another day with frustratingly slow, intermittent internet. I'm told there are no faults with our line but there is as we have a fault reference.@bt_uk this is unacceptable especially in the current situation where we rely on it for home home schooling & WFH. So frustrating.

@bt_uk I'm already registered with that but as you surely know it doesn't stop many calls. Which is why you developed Call Protect. I pay a lot of money for this line. It's shoddy I don't get the same service as people paying a lot less.

Order @bt_uk internet 1st November. They finish the install last week. Today I’m told they will only connect the line on the 16th April. @bt_uk please can anyone look into this?! Customer care on the phone are refusing to help me.
