@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Hi Aideen. My broadband is up & running now thanks. It was a while before it was working. I followed the link to see if there are problems in the area and it was stating everything was fine. Might want to check that. 👍

@bt_uk Dont trust BT as miss sold me to transfer my mobile contract to EE - was told included roaming just so they could lock me into 24 month contract for my broadband. I raised a complaint and they just closed it 4 hours later. I would be interested comments from @btcomplainer

BT the scam artists. I pay double the amount per month for less bandwidth than what a new customer gets. Isn't it about customer retention rather than aquistion, @bt_uk @BTCare ?

@bt_uk #telecon #poorservice happened to me with BT did you know you can lose your number, BT sport& broadband service even if you are in a contract. And they blame you! This is scandalous! Please share I will explain in other tweets but beware
