@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I had requested no cancellation, I’ve phoned up and they said I’d have the service restored in 24 hours . You’re quick enough to turn it off, but not quick enough to turn it back on. Totally unacceptable service and I’ll be cancelling at the next billing date

@bt_uk please can someone look into my below par WiFi. My children are suffering with home schooling because the WiFi is so poor. I can't even stream as the picture quality is so bad. I am close to canceling my payments

@bt_uk My ps4 is connected by ethernet cable and when trying to watch twitch on mobile it buffers alot, I'm really confused as I have fibre to the home yet my experience with standard copper cable with sky is better neverbhad an issue with buffering when more than one device using it

@btbusinesscare Update. To get a speed of more than 5mb download I will have to pay £498 per month. PER MONTH. In the words of your sales dir - it's that or nothing as there are no plans to provide a better service. @StarlinkPage You are going to make a killing here in the UK @elonmusk
