  @bt_uk Ok, so 4 out of r engineer visits are no shows. Complaint made but nothing changes. No one will take responsibility. No one will speak to me, nor give me a name or telephone number. Been going on for over 2 weeks now with no progress. Please advise how to proceed not on DM

  @StevieMcGarry85 @btsportfootball @btsport The money down south is outrageous right enough but it is what it is. It’s not McGuires fault you paid that much for him. You should have more than enough to beat us with the squad you have. It would be good for us to get tested by a right good team.

  @bt_uk Hi Michaela. The link said there is an outage in our area and it should be resolved by 4pm. Unfortunately, we still don't have the internet/tv. The link still says 4pm. Is there anyway to get an update please. Thanks.

  @bt_uk I have BT WiFi and TV with Sports and it hardly ever works they came out and fix the WiFi but sports still doesn’t work... have to use my phone for it to work

  @bt_uk Stopped working completely when we downgraded our package. We downgraded it to see if that would help as it would be a different system.

  @bt_uk Hi no theres no problem with the broadband connection to the house, its just bloody frustrating when your ads say 'why steam like this' when it's exactly how my yv box is streaming as they still don't connect by wifi and have to rely on tp links
