    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk I've tried several times to have the issue assessed but it never progresses anywhere after the initial tests because BT always claims there's no fault when there obviously is.

    @BTBusiness Challenge for #btbusiness to supply uninterrupted broadband for one 48 hour period. Maybe that’s too difficult for @bt_uk let’s say to supply uninterrupted broadband for one 24 period. Do you accept? I will tweet every time our broadband goes down #mondaythoughts

    @bt_uk No information give. But there have been OpenReach engineers who confirmed they were working on properties on either side of our house today. Could it be that this has affected our service?

    Joined @SkyUK who contacted @bt_uk to cancel but did BT cancel? No they didn’t, they doubled the bill instead despite me talking to someone online to confirm it was all cancelled? Amazing customer service, absolutely fantastic 🤨
