@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’ve been having problems since I’ve switched from #EE to #BT , I’ve had two engineers come out and the service is still the same , my internet is slow and also it still buffers the lights go orange and pink on the router😡

@btsport having issues with your service, bought bt sport off you 2 weeks ago can't sign in, tried calling waited 40 mins &gave up, email form reporting problem, so not been able to watch anything.Wanting a refund now, as service not good enough #btsport #crapservice #btfootball
