    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    Why do I always have problems watching @CAFCofficial match passes? Only thing I steam that always buffers every couple of minutes. Obviously having Internet with @bt_uk doesn't help.

    @bt_uk My Uncles phone has been out of action since 8pm on Friday, when we reported the fault. He is in his 90’s and classed as vulnerable, and we were told it would be fixed within 30hrs!! We are now very concerned for his welfare as we are unable to call him. Please help

    So, if I were to take my mobile to the USA and use data, my normal uk cost of £10 for 10Gb would cost me FIFTY THREE THOUSAND POUNDS! Luckily they do offer a daily deal of £6 for 500Mb. Bad but not AS bad. Somebody remind me to select that box before I travel.🧐 @bt_uk
