@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I was told at sign up my wife would be sufficient with out upgrade. I wanted my wife installed at the front of the house near the devices it wasn’t due to Covid. I upgraded my package with you to the 300 no help. I asked for complaint dept to email he said they won’t.

Hi @bt_uk, what an absolute rip off you people are. I just phoned to take the TV from my subscription and just keep the landline and broadband, but the rep I spoke to said I can’t do it unless I take out a 24-month contract??? You’re in the process of losing a customer. Bye 👋🏻

@bt_uk Back on hold with BT as they hung up on me the first time. It is clear to see that they don’t like to hear customers enquiries. Let’s hope that they don’t hang up on me for the se one time. So annoying!!!
