@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk No it is NOT resolved and you are arrogant to assume it is resolved from the customer's point of view! Your lack of understanding is part of the problem. I pay for a full service and maintenance or sudden outages should be notified in the same way that mobile companies do.

Why doesn’t the @btsport app on #NOWtv have ALL the #EuropaLeague matches to choose from??? Any ideas @btsportfootball ?? The ‘all 8pm kickoff’ menu option only has 3 matches! 😱 Waste of money! Never again! #BTsport

@bt_uk Service installed and working then order cancelled and service removed and 4 weeks of "we're looking into it" followed by "you'll have to create a new account" then multiple disconnects while on hold. Pathetic for a communications company really.
