@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Just the live RAW that I seem to have issues with, Smackdown seems to be ok! Get the odd issue with others but when things run over the scheduled time or the channel changes. This time it just didn’t record but previously has said recording failed. Box is connected to the router

@bt_uk I've done this and still no fix, I can connect to my wifi but there is a prompt saying "can't provide internet" there wasn't an issue this morning.
