@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

Anyone elses BT Sport crash on PlayStation 5? Mine will be all fine then randomly crash and fail to restart every 25 minutes or so. Very annoying and it's been happening since Christmas #BTSport #PS5 #FULTOT

@bt_uk I’ve been a customer for 3 months now. I have had absolutely no issues for over 2 months now after a few wobbles initially. I’m obviously very pleased - and wanted to thank the Twitter team (especially SharonK) who were really helpful when I did have activation issues.
