@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk So yet again Im left with no internet connection in my room. No help at all. Im sick of paying for a service Im not being provided with. At this point Im considering moving back to sky! At least with them I could actually play online🙄

It’s not a UCL night without the inability to stream a match on the @btsport app. I’m paying through the nose for a monthly pass, when are you ever going to sort yourselves out and provide a decent streaming service?

I've been trying to cancel my @bt_uk account for almost a month now and have spent three hours on the phone and live chat. Despite being told the account is cancelled twice I'm still being told to call you to confirm. This is not acceptable.
