@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@Footyfan20001 @btsport M8 this isn't anything to do with my devices. i been a BT customer for yrs and this has always been a problem. NO MATTER WHAT DEVICES I USE. I live in London, and this is down to congestion period. Seen many folks complain about this.

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

Let down by Olivia @bt_uk Mobile help team. Mis-sold a product when she she knew full well I wished to port a number over. Was transferred to Becky @ee who cut the phone off after telling me a non EE number cannot be ported over rather than assisting! #furious

@bt_uk Which we were told would happen the last 2 Thursdays.. why when you have messed up are you then making my mum wait again.. paying for a service she can't use
