@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I've been sat with the BBC iPlayer loading screen for 20 minutes and this happens at least 3 times a week. How can you have an area with the population density of London and have hotspots about everywhere to connect, but because I live in a little village it just doesn't work?
