@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@pipmcgowan @bt_uk Try months and months. BT’s sport platform is an absolute joke. The problems are never fixed, season after season. We’re the real schmucks, though, still paying good money for this abysmal “service” and hoping it wil get better.

@bt_uk disgraceful service over 1 hour on the phone just to switch a sky viewing card and being passed pillar to post and then being left on hold and then being advised to switch to BT when all I want is a a simple change. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.
