@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

@bt_uk My WIFi Is crap, I paid £25+ a month for below average internet, I can’t even get a decent connection in my bedroom(which btw is 20 steps ) from the router in the front room, it’s unacceptable this isn’t the first time I’ve mention this problem. YET NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!

Relative with falls/panic alarm. Not able to make outgoing calls for 5 days now. @BTOpenreach1 not responding to appointment requests from @bt_uk - safety issue. How do we get some movement on this? @Ofcom ?
