    @bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk Your guarantee is over 40mbs and this is a WIFI LAN connected reading. Been the same on and off for months, BT come & Openreach come & say no problem, it works for a while & then goes belly up. Given up on it ever being consistent, like promised, to be honest.

    @bt_uk 29 Dec no service due to fallen tree. Promised reconnect by Wednesday, then postponed 'til today. Still no landline or internet connection at home; and appears no @OpenreachHelp engineers have visited site today. Next week, now? When? Really not good enough!!!

    @bt_uk We were approached on our doorstep in November offering us full fibre - we agreed to switch, with an early January installation. We’re now told an engineer won’t reach us for at least a month; we’re without wifi and can’t do our jobs. This is pretty awful - can you help?
