@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk My elderly parents have been without their home phone for over 2 weeks, fault logged with @bt_uk but no feedback received. Resolution date keeps getting pushed back, currently 30.11.22. Hardly keeping the elderly connected!

@bt_uk I have a fault with my BT Wi-Fi disk. When I plug in direct to router I get 100mb (should be getting 150mb) when using the disk for Wi-Fi I get 9mb sometimes 2mb. I have reset the disk and reconnected still same issue. I have done your online help still same issue

@redheadlass1402 @bt_uk They really are all as bad as one another! We’ve been without a landline for a month now thanks to @vmbusiness incompetence. We’ve actually arranged a second/backup service from a competitor which frankly should not need to happen

@bt_uk Check your bills to make sure this bunch of sharks don't fleece you like they've been doing to my terminally ill pensioner parents for 3 years!!!!!! Now they don't help to resolve it either!!!!
