    @BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

    @bt_uk no broadband since Saturday on the whole estate I live on. Closed cases, no fix, engineers booked en cancelled without letting me know. What am I paying £40 a month for? Awful to leave us hanging like this in a lockdown when I’m solely reliant on broadband for income

    Does anyone get broadband and tv from BT @bt_uk If so a. What is their product like b. What is their customer service like. I am totally dissatisfied with @SkyHelpTeam and their efforts to upgrade my broadband. I also have a Sky Q upgrade booked.

    @bt_uk why are some of your customers sent free mini 4g hubs despite NOT being HALO customers yet you told me I needed to sign up to a 12 month contract b4 u send something out. We’re all just trying to get by in this lockdown & I am self employed. I’m pleading for help here
