    @bt_uk Need much more than a compensation as for the time I have spent calling and following up what has happened to my complaint, and all for a fault that was out my premises.

    @bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

    Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

    @Lewytaylor14 @btsport Yeah I'm not being funny mate but they have peer very poor lately. Only yesterday announced they have Ligue 1 for this season - Cheers it started last weekend. Have lost Serie A and are struggling to show vital games like the Burley game tonight. Not really acceptable is it.

    Hey @bt_uk my router keeps restarting itself between the hours of 9pm to 12pm everyday, I don't think this is normal so if you guys have a solution or an answer then I'd appreciate it.

    @bt_uk Broadband worked fine all over the house for years. Since the 'signal boosters' went on sale, the signsl upstairs is pretty much weak as dishwater. Will def be shopping around when contract is up....its like having dial up again. Fed up of seeing Lite versions

    @bt_uk So for my broadband that was supposed to be activated yesterday. I still have no connection. Because oh yes... I DO NOT HAVE A BROADBAND LINE! I tried using my phone line to connect to the internet. But enough is enough. You have lost me as a customer.
