Effie Sharp (@effie_sharp_edu) reported from Fleetwood, England@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

BT seem to think this is acceptable as 'it's subject to change' How are we supposed to run a business with no comms!! 4 weeks & counting

I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk
