@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk absolute nightmare of an experience switching over to BT . The engineer completely wrecked the installation , I've called multiple times to try to get some assistance but they keep ending call or saying they can't do anything. I wish I had never switched over.

Would just like to take this time to thank @bt_uk for being completely useless! No help. Why should I BUY a mesh router when you should be providing what Im paying monthly for. Come November 24, Ill be going back to Sky. At least they provide help for black spots. Well done Bt👏🏻

@bt_uk Sorry Catherine but Im not phoning again. Your team seemed pretty adamant yesterday that they were not going to help other than run a diagnostic test. That test said our internet is strong. After me telling them that my room is a black spot, they passed me around! 1)
