@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk An engineer came today to upgrade me to full fibre, it worked fine for hours but in the last hour it's stopped working. Orange light on the hub disc and red light on the white box on the wall. I work from home and can't miss any work tomorrow - please help!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’m currently on hold with @bt_uk once again. After being told by @OpenreachHelp that my case should have been escalated to the welfare department. That department doesn’t exist and I still haven’t got any broadband for my address. @MartinSLewis please help!! #caregiver

@btsport why do you keep letting this happen the times you say are never the times that a program begins as WWE raw rerun was supposed to start at 9pm and it starts 10 minutes late and it is not just now it has been on several occasions

Hi @bt_uk & @SkyUK from a customer service perspective how would you keep a customer who has had no internet connection for 14 days updated as to when the service they pay for will be back up and running? Just that@virginmedia don’t appear to do anything, just curious.

@bt_uk But for some reason there's not even full fttp available when everyone else is being upgraded were available 😒 so wrong considering cityfibre can give 900mb up 900mb down for £30 yet the cheapest openreach based lines are £40 + even virginal doing packages around £45 now Inc tv

@btbusinesscare Fed up with people saying they can help, whether it be from BT or Openreach. The service is absolutely horrendous and is not fit for purpose. Promises Promises Promises but deliver nothing.
