Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Joey (@laggyteabag) reported@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
