We’re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. I’m not DMing and I’m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?

Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

pete replica (@petereplica) reported@bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.
