@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk are there any known issues with BT TV? Our box guide/services are running very slowly, some apps won't load (and a "TV error" comes up when trying to update apps - but no error code). Everything up to date (according to box). Any help/suggestions appreciated.

@bt_uk We are Plusnet customers - the problem is due to the BT exchange and Sky, Talk Talk, BT, Plusnet customers are all reporting the same issues so how come BT aren’t owning up to a major issue in our area. This has been like this for a week.
