@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk The engineers have been working on the issue since 5th may according to the fault tracker… the internet was slow before but now there is no internet at all. Incredibly unacceptable service.

@bt_uk 0.45 Mbps speeds when I pay so much per month to get above 50Mbps. Spoke to an advisor who said engineers will fix it by THURSDAY. I work from home. Will I be compensated for the hours of work I will be losing out on? Unacceptable

@Ramon_Vega71 Ramon, can you ask bt why both btsport and match of the day never showed the elbow on son? In the reverse fixture they showed kanes red card tackle from multiple angles.
