@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk I placed an order on 24th Nov for line BB -tv and now I'm told I won't have svce until 18 Jan almost 2 weeks after my current supplier ends how do I cancel , much as I hate virgin I can get service within a week.

@bt_uk I'm currently a domestic Halo customer but running business from home want to take up the offer on the black Friday bt business offer. As there is no bt business upgrade available In my account, if I order it will they auto cancel my domestic service?

@bt_uk can you please help? My neighbour’s BT cable hangs very low over my drive & has got caught 3 times now when workmen’s vans come on my drive. Neighbour has a chronic illness & relies on her phone for emergency calls & told me she’s contacted BT & BT refuse to help?
