    Once again my @bt_uk TV is doing it own thing by tapping programs I don't watch but by unrecording it it stops tapping the programme on before it I would NEVER recommend BT TV it's not the first time I have had problems with it roll on contact end date 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk Hi, Reported a Landline fault online 2 days ago. Not heard a word about it. Fault tracking says 'Engineers are working on it'? But the 'aim to fix' date just keeps moving on a day, each day. Now Tuesday 25 May (really??).How am I supposed to know whats actually going on?

    @bt_uk Yes Kevin we have a case manager called Richard as of two days ago who guaranteed our engineer would be with us tomorrow. We hadn’t received a confirmation email so I prompted my husband to call and check after an hour on hold he finds out it was never booked into the system!
