  @bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?

  @bt_uk Hello, yesterday I highlighted I needed some extra support and the reasons why are on my account. I had a message to direct message you and you’d get back to me but you haven’t, any chance of hearing anything back? I’m now 8 days over the promised call back from a serious issue.

  @bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.

  @ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

  The @bt_uk app is a load of crap it updates you can’t use it even to turn my kids Wi-Fi back on
