    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. it’s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

    @btbusinesscare Another week and another attempt to get BT issues sorted. Just absolutely incapable. Everything has to be done Chat. I am sure I wil gte an agent within the next hour who will be absolutely useless and just fob me off again.

    @bt_uk I’ve just tried that generic phone number, after being passed on several times I finally got told that they are experiencing technical outage and to phone back.

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an £5 a month. Then increased to £10 then £30. Been streaming it since

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @kwaker_oats_ We had bigger selling but did move down only 3-4% compared to 8% last week. I have feeling sellers in BTCare out of coins and we are in the 6 month accumulation territory, need some chaotic news to dumbe here before liquidating some shorts at 105k. Kek
