@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@lorrainemking @bt_uk I rarely complain at length when **** like this happens. I give them a chance to redeem themselves, if they don’t, I then give someone else my money! Had two small issues with Asda - they failed to respond. I reckon they’ve lost at least £50k in weekly shop spent over 10 yrs!

@bt_uk It’s pointless at this stage as the main hub has also arrived. If there are any problems with the main hub we will just cancel and go elsewhere.

@bt_uk Hello, I left on the 17th May and was expecting a final bill today but I seem to have received a normal bill instead? It also shows the following month for my normal service price for some reason? Can you take a look please. I got the “sorry you are leaving us” letter.

@bt_uk Frustratingly for what might have been a very simple mistake nothing can be done, have checked. It's far too complicated to unpick apparently. Nice support team your side, but frankly ridiculous this cannot be undone due to archaic systems in place.

@DrGaryWood @bt_uk They are forcing me to take a new contract and charging me one-off £29.99 for broadband connection for the chaos they caused. The service will start 13th June apparently, more than two week. Not happy at all.
