@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk when you take out full fibre and the router is placed in the worst place and now you have to cancel broadband and go back to copper fibre as the connection was so much better. #needtomakecustomersawareopenreachwillnottellyouwehereisthebestplace

@bt_uk @ScottMcGready That seems pretty stupid, anyone that wants to change their DNS probably knows what they’re doing, so allow it. This is very anti consumer. However, I am not surprised.

@PaulClews2 @bt_uk It’s what they haven’t done Paul, I don’t have enough characters to list all the things that have gone wrong, but 3 attempts to install a service, a smashed brick on front of the house, still no broadband after a month and a half of trying!

today is a slow day 1hour 25minutes to download an image on @bt_uk which is only 20mb Ill understand 2GB or more. Ill get the usual BS they are giving me the speed, but why should I pay the same monthly fee for (dialup) broadband as someone who actually gets FAST broadband?

Internet service down and will be fixed "within a few days" ...I could understand if some kind of natural disaster had happened, but apparently this is just normal for @now @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp? Why can't I live in a country with functioning infrastructure

@bt_uk 2 month wait to get broadband installed. 3 teams of engineers fail to do prep work. Find out on day we can’t have the router where we want it despite checking we could. Left no Internet or phone after installation goes wrong and no fix date??? Going to be a long 2 yrs.
