@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk So Friday night recorded ok but RAW just did not record at all last night despite me checking it was on! What is the issue as getting fed up paying for an unreliable service!

@BTCare hello, bit of a whinge here. Had mega problems with bt about 2 years ago and a fault on my line lasted about 6 months til it was fixed. Been fine but open reach have been in the street today and guess what, no Internet! Why does this always happen?

@bt_uk all corporate fat cat institutions with terrible customer service like BT should be stripped of the ‘British’ within their titles. These institutions are only their to serve their shareholders and unfortunately have the monopoly on our telecom infrastructure! Shame on u BT

Day 5 without broadband: turns out the problem wasn't with OpenReach but BT wholesale. They don't seem to be able to click a button to authorize broadband activation! I get to receive a review call on April's Fool (the irony) but no assurance that it'll be fixed! Thanks @bt_uk!

@bt_uk Just the live RAW that I seem to have issues with, Smackdown seems to be ok! Get the odd issue with others but when things run over the scheduled time or the channel changes. This time it just didn’t record but previously has said recording failed. Box is connected to the router

Without Broadband since 15th March. @bt_uk have been utterly useless. Hopeless engineer “attended” on 23rd but didn’t fix. Just been told our rescheduled visit today won’t happen and we will be “updated on progress” on 31st. Horrific service.
