    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk Ironically my internets so slow it won't perform the search on the web page. fibre to the cabinet but it is too far from the houses.have investigated the options available. BT wanted over £11000 to sort it out using a gov subsidy. Still doesn't answer my question on unfair costs

    The incompetence of @bt_uk purchase premium broadband and end up with sub standard service and intermittent broadband. They cant even get my address correct. Are the other competitors this bad?

    @bt_uk hi my parents have been without internet for several hours now. My dad spent almost 3 hours talking to people on your service line. He is waiting for someone to call back. They need assistance immediately please. They are in their 70s.

    @bt_uk No everything comes my broadband fed up complaining about it jeep coming out abd saying its because its in a flat total rubbish neighbours are all with sky and no issues , gling to change to them as well BT crap
