@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk your pathetic service is again at play now. We are without btoadband since 22nd Feb and even after logging fault and complaint no resolution do far. Engineers visited couple of times but they expect digging team to do their jobs first no engineer was able to find it.

@bt_uk a general query as to why the social tariff isn't advertised, more I'm on ESA and pay nearly £30 p/mth yet there's the same package on the social tariff for £20 a saving of £120 per year, I've never been told about nor seen this yet I've been a customer for 10 plus yrs

@bt_uk Not very impressed I have now been switched to digital voice and bt shop have stopped selling the cyberpower back up battery for smart hub2. If there is a power cut we loose the landline phone service and can't phone emergency services

@virginmedia Any thinking of going to #virginmedia don’t go to @skytv or @bt_uk customer services are terrible, caught up in red tape and no common sense. No Wi-Fi and overcharging on bill, call retentions if you have a problem
