@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk well i could well and truly cry BT ! 4 engineers and numerous more phone calls and still unable to do any downloading with 5 speed . 30 min wait on phone . We are finally leaving you today . DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

@bt_uk I did report it to Talk Talk and they decided the problem (which also affects Three's network) is inside my house! Looking forward to the visit from the engineer they are sending (at my expense) when he realises he's wasting his time.

@bt_uk love it, we ask for a offer to stay, you offer a service worse than what had or forced to go to Halo3 then when we go elsewhere we get text saying don’t leave. I get a better deal if i was a new customer #poorretention
