@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk so there was a BT engineer up a pole outside our house this morning doing something. We now have no landline or broadband... Thanks! Can you get whoever messed up our line to come back asap and fix what they broke?

When @bt_uk sent a letter saying they were digging up the road a few blocks down, they failed to mention they'd get creative and block my driveway with zero notice. In a road where I'm not allowed to get a permit no less. Cheek of it.

@bt_uk Hi Craig thanks for your reply but if you look back through your Twitter accounts direct msgs you’ll see the details I have previously given. I’m not wasting anymore of my time on it I’m afraid. Twice I’ve been told it’s sorted so there is clearly a problem with your systems.

So glad that I’m cancelling all my package with @bt_uk as had nothing but issues with their services for months on end. Also a coincidence that ever since @Pam_Brown1940 switched to fibre optic, she’s had nothing but problems with her phone and services as well. A waste of money.

Beware another scam, which nearly caught us, claiming to be @bt_uk 1571 service and displaying my own number! Usual thing, pushing buttons for this and that. According to internet search, been going on for some time but its the first time it has been tried on us.
