    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk Yes, after 50 mins on hold (that’s not a typo). However “systems are down” so no engineer could be booked. Still waiting for a call back this morning :(

    @bt_uk Your engineers have tried many many times, nothing wrong with the line etc... it’s just a rubbish service in rural highlands.

    @allanoldfield1 @bt_uk @ThomasDuecke Thanks!!! Sending another engineer round on Tuesday. Thursday's one did everything that could be done, but to tick a box, another one is coming. But the actual problem is 2miles away at the exchange! Neither great customer service, nor a great way to run a business!!!!

    @bt_uk Yep, and I shall look forward to another 45 minute wait for the phone to be answered and a 45 min conversation to order what I had already ordered on the 8/12! Just what you need when you are moving house! Really disappointed at the level of service.

    Still problems with an open order . Posted back equipment, called Connections team 3 times, Spoke to Loyalty department 4 times. Broadband speed now significantly dropping making it impossible to watch TV. TBH the worst experience! Moving to Sky ASAP @BTCare

    I love my Internet being with @bt_uk. Its only cut out like 7 times over the last two days, and there's no issues apparently. That's a quality service. #sarcastictweet #useless
