  @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

  @bt_uk We are a business in Bristol who has had our phones down now for 9 days!! This is apparently due to a problem at the 'exchange'. We are getting no joy (via our third-party support) from your ISDN30 and TSO support teams. This is getting beyond a joke now!

  @bt_uk No. The issue is not resolved. Still no pole at WR7 4DE. 100s phone calls made. Passed from dept to dept. Still elderly people with no means of contact.

  @BTCare hi can you help, we have a BT account using a BT hub 6, but our upload speed is constantly around 1mb/s, download is fine, postcode is BT93 4BZ. Ta.

  The service we have received from @bt_uk is terrible. They have left my Grandmother with out a working landline for over 3 weeks. Promised it would be repaired on the 6th August and when i called to check they said it would now be another 3 weeks.

  @bt_uk I’m a broadband customer , how can I get a ps5 code. I’ve never been offered one even though I sign up to notification emails for BT
