@bt_uk No point having Good WiFi signal throughout a property when your broadband speeds are so dire (3Mb/s). Your infrastructure in rural areas is a joke.

@skytv I have a Sky Q box and ever since I changed to @bt_uk broadband my connection to the Sky Box continually drops. My Broadband works fine just the connection to the sky box is the only thing affected. Any ideas how to fix?

. @bt_uk spitefully exploit that, for many people, there's no alternative service provider. We're over a barrel and they can provide poor service, or none, as they please. No comeback.

@btbusinesscare All very well but I'm dealing with the same person who after 4 months has not got a result. Apparently there is an open job that until it is cleared, my issue cannot move forward. Very poor service.
