  @bbctms I can’t listen to the BT commentary. Woefully poor decision of @btsport to use the Aussie broadcasting. Their incredibly high pitched, nauseatingly biased commentary grates on me and just exaggerates our thoroughly dismal performances so far. Test cricket needs to be back on BBC

  @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk did arrange to send out an engineer - to properties 1,2,3,4 and The Farm House - most took the day off work and the engineers didn’t turn up. We are currently speaking to BT via direct messages. Despite BTs issues - Open Reach do know about the downed line!

  So a power hungry person in the CEOs office at BT unilaterally closes a complaint whilst conversations are still taking place with Openreach to solve a major problem. What appalling customer service is that to its customers. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp
