@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@G99____ @bt_uk At least they sent me a hub this time. Last time engineer stood there looking at me like I was stupid. Then BT tried charging me £199 for it. Was all going so well until today when once the wall was drilled the services agreed where pulled from under me.
