  @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

  @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.

  @bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  @bt_uk What is the point of having different methods to Contact BT if the ONLY method that can resolve a problem is a Telephone Number you must call!
