@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk We ordered a new box over a week ago and it's still not arrived, we were told it would to 2-3 days. The order says its complete online. I can't get through on the phone. Please help.

@bt_uk I've had such a bad experience, with bt. Regarding my orders and aerials and a lady on the phone refusing to give me the head office complaints number. Shambles of a company. I've been with bt for 9 months and 9 months of hell. I will be taking this further

Is it too much to expect a reliable internet connection? Am I asking too much to expect this from @bt_uk ? Since Feb 2021 not experienced this. #smarthub2 doesn't work had 3! Engineer says old one better. Yet it's like pulling teeth to get one 1/3

@bt_uk I’ve no idea why you have to close your phone helpline for three hours while you “recognise key workers”. Trying (again) to cancel BT Sports despite being told last month it had been done.

Lovely to get an extremely rude scammer calling my @virginmedia landline yet claiming to be from @bt_uk and wanting to “make our devices more secure”. Providers need to get their act together to protect customers from this crap. I shouldn’t have to buy a call blocking phone

@bt_uk Hi, Reported a fault 4.6, you said engineer would arrive 9.6, he duly arrived, could not fix fault, said it needed openreach but could not contact them, I've just tried and you are too busy doing something to answer calls, hope u are too busy to take my monthly payment

@bt_uk @bt_ukOrdered 28/5 never arrived. Another ordered 5/6 that hasn't arrived. If i want to end my contract I'm expected to pay a cancellation fee. Said the condescending female. The service is not what I signed up for. 2/3
