    @bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    Just signed up for @btsport and I absolutely regret it. A painful process in registering to start with, and after the money’s been deducted from my account, can’t even login on the app/ps5. Shambolic. This is why I wish the UCL was still on ITV / Sky.

    So our “landline” isn’t working, number doesn’t exist apparently @bt_uk we have fttp and we don’t want this phone anyway, so don’t worry about fixing it, just stop charging me for a service I don’t / can’t use

    @bt_uk just had some terrible customer service from you guys! I asked to put in a complaint and the CSA said he’ll close my complaint before evening opening the complaint! What type of rubbish and nonsense? I should’ve stayed with Talk Talk

    Phone call: “Hello this is BT. We have detected unusual activity in your account, some foreign people are hacking it” from someone with an international accent. I respond “oh no, how awful, what a shock, what are we going to do?” Phone goes dead. When will they give up?! @bt_uk
