@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

I know were in a pandemic but the @bt_uk customer service line is awful, spoke yesterday to the online help who said I need to call in and speak to someone, over 45 minutes yesterday on hold and never got through, today got told 10 minute wait, that was 25 minutes ago!

@bt_uk No after 2 and a half hours, the call terminated, I am again trying to get through with no luck. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced, could you get someone to contact me? As I can’t get through to anyone yet again.

@Martleymum @bt_uk Problem BT they think they don’t need a customer service who can help they think they are so big that nobody can touch them...Time we had a better service off them.... it’s only happened since I changed from Halo 1 to Halo 2 ..Landline stop working Open-reach didn’t want to know

Is it me or has @btsport audio been very poor over past few weeks? Same with this Chelsea Burnley game. Is anything being done to fix this? We pay more than enough!
