@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

@BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk What is the best way to raise a complaint? Ordered an internet upgrade months ago and have been given 4 dates when Open Reach/Kelly group were going to come. Not turned up once and not a call to say they won’t be coming. I can’t keep taking days off work for a laugh! 😡🤬

wonder if @MartinSLewis can help me with some advice. @bt_uk have extended my contract (added 24 months) without actually talking to me or me confirming, I was going to switch provider due to poor speeds, but now im not sure I can coz I beleive im being held hostage by them.

@bt_uk I have been 3 weeks now with my Btinternet email account down and disabled. No one is fixing it. I am promised calls back by your tier 2 teams. No one has called. I am calling daily and no one is helping me. I am missing essential communication and bills. It’s a disgrace
