    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    @bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @bt_uk too many problems with your app this morning. If you can’t load the usual UFC recap video then at least don’t fill your pages in spoilers. Absolutely killed this weekend’s fights for me and I’ve only actually been able to watch one so far! Crap service.

    @btsport you really need to fix up how you run ufc catch up, takes hours after the event for the fights to go up and you post results before the ‘spoiler free’ footage.. All I watch on BT is ufc so feels like a waste of £30 a month tbh! Shocking service 🤬 @BTCare 👀

    @btsport @btsportufc I literally only pay for BT sport to watch the ufc, the app used to be reliable but now I wake up to watch last nights ufc and the event isn’t even uploaded? Open the app to see you can’t even watch last nights event replay but yet show spoilers. Fix it

    @btsport can you do something about actually letting your paying customers watch the content they pay for? @ufc you need to drop BT as your provider for the UK it's just an absolutely terrible experience.

    @BTCare @btsport what's with the massive delay getting the UFC 287 full card uploaded? This is the 3rd card in a row that I've had problems viewing the following day. Seriously considering cancelling my subscription
