@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk Just that we will be updated but the updates never result in us getting a service. We’re talking to Sky now, I work from home, can’t wait forever.

@btbusinesscare When I try to report a connection issue, your website says it is down for maintenance. Probably not the best time to promote a link that ultimately doesn’t work? Any idea how else I can do this?

Fingers crossed BT customers will wake up tomorrow to a fully functional email service @bt_uk. Inconvenient to myself today, but undoubtedly a more significant issue for many others.

@bt_uk I've just switched to BT Mobile last week; i'd checked that roaming was on before I travelled, but as soon as I got here, it's somehow it's switched off, and I get an error when I try to turn it back on. I'm abroad with no network access, and really need it. Please help

@Ofcom @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach The only solution would be to get fibre to the doorstep broadband. That is years away. In the meantime you preside over a third rate service.

@bt_uk No known issues, no. Is this normal on the day it upgrades perhaps…?
