@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk I have sent you a DM. I have never had such a bad service from anyone before. Even the openreach engineer said we must raise an urgent complaint. How can a phone company not be able to contact another part of BT by phone?

@bt_uk It was only then that the issue became 'fast tracked' and rather ironically the website magically said there was no issues at my chosen post code...however I've never seen any improvement at all, I even tried the O2 service status at the same postcode - also reported a fault

@bt_uk I was, and because I don't have any mobile Internet, I figured I'd try the WIFI, but ironically it wouldn't sign in because I needed a mobile signal briefly to sign in to be allowed to use the WIFI, I gave up and just turned my phone off. Useless around here since December
