    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    @bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @bt_uk My leads and cables are fine. I've restarted the router multiple times as well. I think the problem is on your side. Is there an outage in NW9? If I don't have WiFi I can't work

    @bt_uk we reopened a complaint last week and I have still not had any contact. This is the fifth time I am contacting you about the same issue. Is there any chance of a phone call soon as we are paying for a service we aren't happy with and this has gone on far too long as it is!

    @bt_uk Could try updating me on my order, have 2 sets of equipment that you have managed to cancel the orders for twice when trying to get an engineer out and still charging the higher old rate!!! Thought you are a communication company

    @bt_uk cs is the worst Iv ever experienced. Took an extra £113 out of my account for ‘unreturned’ equipment (not true), then lied to me twice abt refunding after I begged and cried to them bc I have no money to even buy food til they refund me #heartless #terrible #wheresmymoney

    Awful service from @bt_uk basically being told we must now wait over a month to have WiFi connected to out flat. Given an activation date to then be told on the day no engenieer was booked! No clear explanation or any help to get service quicker and more efficiently.
