@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk @frankevans074 i’ve been through hundreds of these comments and this is the only positive feedback i’ve seen. BT for me was a terrible experience, both for me and my business, didn’t swap to another service out of loyalty, so glad i’m shot of BT now. don’t use BT, it’s consistently rubbish

@bt_uk I'll also mention I was out of contract and I never renewed my contract either. To send a debt letter during the biggest financial crisis in most peoples lifetime is a royal slice to anybody neck. I have nothing but pure hate for BT.

@bt_uk I had to pay a private IT company fit my house with new modems thinking it was our house that had a problem but it was actually you all along. If only you listed to my complaint in November maybe I wouldn’t be stuck with no internet. You provide the worst service in the UK
