    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk loss of service again for the 8th time i think? Not good enough. Think I will try to go down the route of getting my money back now as been paying for a service that doesn't work Couldn't do my show @TruckStop_Radio thanks to the innternet dropping out

    @bt_uk You didn't help me when you took £300 from my account without any authorisation. Then ignored me for 3 months when I tried to get it back. Then when you eventually payed me back, you pass my personal details to a debt collection company! Blatant Data protection breach.

    @LynnekingKing @RobCockburn @bt_uk Same but they don’t care, just want more money from you. The answer is up grade and give them more money, they would rather loose a customer than provide you equipment to improve your coverage.

    @bt_uk I’ve had fibre internet with yourselves for about 2 weeks now and it’s gone rubbish already, so much so I’m using the data on my phone rather than the Wi-Fi. What’s the con with it. Do I need to cancel and go with someone else?
