    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @bt_uk ...Openreach to facilitate in terms of the appointment but I’m at stage now where I’d rather cancel the broadband such is my frustration as there is no clear process or commitment to fulfilling my order.

    Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

    @tommyboy1874 @bt_uk My bank blocked the transaction yesterday. Had to phone up to get it unblocked. Funds still haven’t left yet either. Annoying that you can only contact BT shop via email. For some reason phone and live chat not working.

    @bt_uk You were good for years without issues, I could watch a stream and game at the same time with no ping, lag or stutter, since last January, even with 65/15, I get frequent issues. Your customer service was lovely to upgrade my router but that hasn't solved the ping issues.

    @bt_uk well yet again you have failed to contact me even though you promised, yet again you failed to send a mini hub even though you promised it today. Never had such bad customer service, they even hung up on me after being on hold for 25 minutes!!
