@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Not @bt_uk charging me triple the amount for years, crediting my account after I complain about it then having the audacity to tell me I owe them money. My internet is still absolutely dogshit btw, even after I upgraded and had an engineer come to my house to fix it. Wankers

@bt_uk Whats the best number and I can call on my break, that way I can hand my notice in. Unusually, instead of trying to retain my custom, they advised the date I have in February to cancel with @virginmedia

Seems being a longstanding customer means absolutely nothing to @BTCare, so be careful if they offer you an upgrade only costing a few pounds more, because you will be stuck with it.

@bt_uk Have the engineers been working on this outage, since the 16th January? When was the complexity discovered?..it’s not good enough. My patience is wearing thin.

@bt_uk Hi Catherine, no that didn’t help. The lists of countries were you can’t make calls or use data don’t include Portugal but they should. I’m here & there is no service at all. I’m using the hotel WiFi to communicate. The minute I go outside the phone is effectively dead.

@bt_uk My iPhone can’t find a network using 3G either. This is crap. BT should be honest & make it clear you can’t Roam in Portugal & maybe other major European countries.
