    @bt_uk Hey BT, so I’m on the phone to your call centre about changing my package. And my account is listed as a business account - I have tried in vain to get this sorted with you and I thought you had, but it appears not...... Please can you help get this fixed

    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    How awful is it trying to watch @btsport now. On browser it buffers every 20 seconds. Unwatchable

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk a quick query - Joined BT in July, brand new phone number (never given out as never used) - Why do I keep getting strange phone calls, none of which are for me!

    Just had @bt_uk round after 2months of waiting to be connected and found this shower of **** work left behind ! Absolutely fuming, When you could of used the exciting hole ?!?!?! Just unreal... #bt #bodgejob #useless

    @bt_uk @Sonos can you please sort out the network connectivity ASAP I am fed up of not being able to use my sonos products. I ah e tried many times to reconnect and now the whole system account is in a mess. I’m not sure what’s attached to my account or not. The sonos app 1/2

    @bt_uk 5 engineers later & internet still cuts out 40x a day. My work is badly affected and company isn't too impressed that I keep dropping out of meetings. Yesterday's customer service lady said maybe my work should be more understanding?! Yes. That's definitely the issue here 🤨

    @bt_uk Except when BT have chosen to provision you on a network that can’t deliver the USO levels they claim to support, and they refuse to believe EE coverage can’t deliver it either. Come to BT for REAL broadband rage

    @bt_uk @MirrigoldS It is a crap crap service. Lost time of how often my phone will tell me my password for BT email is wrong for a day before miraculously it works again. And why does the webmail take twice as long as anyone else's service to refresh. And now nothing
