    @bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

    don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

    How awful is it trying to watch @btsport now. On browser it buffers every 20 seconds. Unwatchable

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @btbusinesscare The same live chat I tired earlier - didn’t recognise our acc. details & ended the chat before I had time to respond? Neighbours having same issues trying to contact you. Will try WhatsApp but surely it shouldn’t be this hard. Constant issues with our account management.

    @bt_uk Around 30+ people i know are all having the same issues with BT Wifi. Raised an issue with support and got told they are all separate issues apparently. Magically, everyone appears to be having the same issues at the same time. Can't wait for my contract to end finally in July.

    @bt_uk Hey @SkyUK my Sky Talk line is down and I have no access to Sky Broadband. BT engineers are working in my area on the lines locally but as above BT say this isn’t their issue. Sky online service status says no issues. I NEED my internet for work. Can you help?

    @bt_uk engineer came out to fix a fault on the line. He said he was going outside to check something and never came back! I’ve been waiting two hours for a call back to see what is going on. Really not happy as I work from home and missed an important meeting this afternoon.
