@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Whats a good internet provider for someone that likes to game and watch catch up tv/Netflix’s as @bt_uk are shocking for internet, so slow can barely connect but when trying to resolve get told everything is fine so had enough and decided had enough of them stealing my money!!

@bt_uk why is it my tv constantly does not work? Remote now froze after new batteries and reset, box reset, cannot change channel! I want to be able to watch what I want on my TV! Rang through to gain help, 20 minutes on, cut off and now back of the queue. Why? #Virgin #SKY
