don't use @bt_uk absolutely aweful customer service, moved out our old place on 19th July and promised connection at our new house on 24th July, still waiting and keep getting sent mini hubs that don't work. If didn't have an account with them would definitely go elsewhere.

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

42 days now and BT still has not activated my new broadband account. Horrific service. The combo of BT and OpenReach not exactly agile. No one appears to be accountable. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp. To cap it all, they send me bills for services that I'm still waiting for. Laughable.

@lagowski @TherionWare @bt_uk Managing expectations is what they do all the time, by telling you what they’re trying might not work. What’s lost is going the extra mile to meet or exceed customer expectations - it’s now about doing the minimum they can get away with and still be able to charge you.

@bt_uk Switched to BT when we moved house and have had zero issues for the past two years. Received email earlier to advise contract was ending; renewal process was very easy and we’re going to get 350mbs more for the same price! Great service 💥

@bt_uk Mmm. As ours was never actually sorted by BT, broadband disconnected by BT and then 2 weeks later our phone line and then emails, 7 weeks later stull nit sorted so had to go to Sky and so far much better
