@bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk Don't worry about it I've solved the problem myslef, and I've been told I can't change the account name even though I've paid for it for 6 years, I don't live with my sister who originally organised it and I always change my package without any issue but hey ho!!!

@bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

You could either watch from a virtual corporate box type thing, or a view from the stands. It was limited by the PSVR low resolution, but was an interesting way to watch it!

@bt_uk Stay well away from BT. Have had multiple issues with our broadband over the last 12 months. 2 long complaints. Today, my broadband package was cancelled. No idea why, boost at BT knows either. Left with no internet at all and want me to sign up as a new customer again. No thank
