It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

Hey @bt_uk we have a business landline rental through another company but are struggling to get them to raise a ticket with BT on our behalf (no one seems to know who we need to speak to) is there a way we can raise the phone line issue directly with BT please?

@bt_uk My mother who is a customer and moving tomorrow has been asked to call BT with regards to new address setup. However, been on hold for over 30mins, which is not helpful when trying to sort out for a house move. Any chance someone will answer?

@bt_uk Thanks, James. Broadband still spotty and dropping constantly. The advisor on the phone initiated that BT would not help fix the problem because I am “out of contract” and the only way to ensure quality broadband was to sign up for a new router with a 24 mos contact.

@bt_uk We have contacted customer services several times and basicaly you sold us fibre 2 broadband to be activated on 26th April and yet we still haven't able ro get it because od capicity issues.
