1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia Yeah, you're basically the only company that DOESN'T communicate via DM. how very convenient! The issue is over a tivo recording that switched channels earlier, only your guide didn't change. @btsport said they changed the guide, but you didn't switch over.

@bt_uk Having been a broadband customer for many years, and BT TV since 2018 I am finally fed up with the signal on quite a few channels leaving picture reception to look like AOL dial up. Moving to Sky when my contract up.

@bt_uk Thanks for this. Is there any way that the switch over process can be sped up due to working from home? It’s not due to be deactivated until March 7th. Any sooner date would help massively with work!

@bt_uk I used to do this by the automated service via the telephone. Bloody sick to death of complicated technology……and the need for all of the crap. Now you have changed everything like every other fool when there is no need for all the complicated changes
