    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

  • bhavikghelani
Bhavik Ghelani (@bhavikghelani) reported from Leicestershire, England

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

  • DavidGrim_
David J. Grimwood (@DavidGrim_) reported from South Witham, England

    You’d think getting decent internet wouldn’t be much of a problem. @bt_uk 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 #getinthebin

@bt_uk I have been without service on the island of Iona for weeks. I complain every day, they send a text response but nothing is resolved. I therefore have no internet. How do I get service from a provider that does not provide ?

  • taperoo2k
    taperoo2k (@taperoo2k) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Given the copper network will be switched off at some point this decade, you'll either have to switch to digital voice or have no landline telephone.

  • AnneWareham
    Anne Wareham (@AnneWareham) reported

@mm0jxi @paullewismoney @bt_uk And no emergency calls for those of us with no mobile signal.

  • rjcurtis
    Jeremy Curtis (@rjcurtis) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk This also means we are forced to upgrade our alarm as it won’t work on a VoIP line. That costs is down to us. Same for elderly assistance alarms. Upgraded will cost £100’s per systems.

  • Haushinkadaz
    Shinka (@Haushinkadaz) reported

@btbusinesscare absolute shambles I’m experiencing at the moment. Second complaint in with you since the start of the year and absolutely no progress in reinstating my line after an OpenReach mistake. Already fed back to Ofcom via a feedback form, an absolute joke so far.

  • stjdunn
    Simon Dunn (@stjdunn) reported

@bt_uk I’d like to email someone to recognise some great customer service I received today, but can’t see how I do this. Please can you DM me an email address to send this to? It was a broadband engineer. Thanks.

  • jimb_england
    Jimmy B (@jimb_england) reported

@bt_uk our FTTP went down today, been told there is an issue and an engineer will be out Monday. What am I meant to do in the meantime? I work from home and can't do this without Internet access.

  • mm0jxi
    John Innes (@mm0jxi) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Your analogue phone will be turned off, then you plug the phone into the BT hub (the socket will be covered by a sticker) then phone service will resume as VoIP. There's no going back, the exchanges are end of life and being taken out of service
