    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @bt_uk We are now 2 weeks on from your last correspondence and we're now being told that our original request hasn't been closed due to a system error. This is fast becoming pathetic. We need a resolution now. We're working from home and it is impossible.

    @bt_uk Thanks - I will. Your customer service agent on live chat insisted there was nothing wrong with the line and it must be my equipment. All the while I was say 2m away from the hub while getting 5mbps

    @bt_uk Whats going on with the internet in NN3 area my internet went off at 5am sunday multiple calls told the issue has been resolved now all im getting is a red light on the modem been working from home on mobile data god knows how much its costing me engineer never called back

    @Plusnet @btbusinesscare Both tel line and broadband down for 4 days 3 weeks ago, no update. Offered £1.00 per day compensation from plusnet. Line gone down again today Shocking service!

    @bt_uk Can you help my switch over to BT was messed up and I now have now have no internet. I was told that that would receive a mini modem to use while the issue was sorted out this should have been delivered on Sunday by DPD but it hasn’t arrived.

    @a_k_ir_4 @bt_uk Mate, when you get near the end of contract with bt go with Youfiber, it’s so cheap and the speeds are absolutely stupid, we don’t even have to pay for the first 6 months

    @bt_uk can you explain why my elderly Mum’s landline has been cut off when all she’s trying to do (and has been doing for 2 weeks) is renew her broadband contract! Absolutely fuming at this level of service!
