1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk I recently got a benefit from ee which Included BT sport. I set up my account via ee, then forgot to activate my account for a couple of days. Now when I try to activate it it says there is a technical issue. Can you help?

@bt_uk How about focus on delivering the speeds you promised, my BT WiFi is so bad that when I checked the speed the download speed went down to 7 Mbps and the upload was measured in kbps, we left sky for bad speeds, this keeps happening we're going else where
