1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk About the cancellation fee: BT was aware that these internet speeds don't suit my needs since day 1 and was told to wait for an answer that never came. I was patient and didn't want to be abrupt to someone that tried to help me over the phone but being patient will cost me £300+?

@bt_uk It's my mobile signal which isn't carrying data, not a landline. Is there a better link to follow?

@bt_uk Thanks James, but no tests needed at the mo as had a few recently. BT says what I get wont more than that and that i should be happy with the "service I hired" but if not, that i can cancel as long as i pay the fee. not a nice treatment for someone that tried to be real patient

Ah, now i know why @bt_uk made it hard for me to cancel their "super fast" broadband (average of 1mbps) on the first week. After hearing they're looking into it, now they'll charge £300 for me to cancel a super fast internet that runs in super slow mo. Pretty shocking.

@bt_uk No it’s fine. I cancelled my account. It did take 35 minutes waiting on the phone though. Would’ve been better if I could do it online or a callback option was available at the call centre. FYI on the FAQ section of the webpage when you type in ‘how do I cancel my service’ you...
