1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

Customer Service @bt_uk @BTCare style... we'll arrive some time between 08:00 and 13:00 unless we're a bit busy and then we'll cancel your appointment without telling you. And you can rebook yourself. How does 29th April suit? Terrible.

@SMITEGame just had a deserter penalty because my @bt_uk broadband decides to disconnect. Over 4000 games never had one before.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk I don’t think they can do that - OpenReach invest the money to connect the property to their network, they then have to offer access to all the suppliers as above not just BT retail; it may be that other suppliers have not yet got their act together.
