1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

On Friday @bt_uk changed my daughter's phone number thereby cutting off internet and incoming calls. Your website does not allow such a fault to be reported. 151 asks for umpteen button presses and cuts off and Chat refuses to help. What do you suggest now?

Due to @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp giving wrong door number to sky of the new resident two doors down, @SkyUK have disconnected my INTERNET, (was advised by letter, but got it late). NOW can take up to 2 weeks for my family of 6 to have the NET. #bt #sky #london

I didn't think I could get more annoyed and disappointed with the customer service with @bt_uk... turns out I was wrong. 4 months after cancelling the awful service & I'm getting phone calls about bill changes from a woman refusing to listen to me & who then hung up!! #awful
