    @bt_uk Hello. Our BT wifi disc is not working. It is flashing blue. We’ve followed all the nessecary steps in the booklet for it & it is still flashing blue. Why is this please? This is causing a huge inconvenience!

    Steve McMananan is awful. Brighton have played excellent football. Haven’t seen many do what Brighton have done to Man City. @btsport should be giving them much more credit rather than Steve blaming City recent run of fixtures, after their cheat week off vs Everton 🤡

    Thanks @virginmedia but your tactics to keep me from jumping to @bt_uk didn't work. Very unprofessional telling customers how poor a competitor is - rubbish BB, TV boxes aren't any good, connection date will be pushed back to March... I'll take the risk #VirginMedia

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried each of these steps since the problems began. Despite moving devices closer to the router and moving potential interference away, these are the speeds I'm still getting. How could @bt_uk give me speeds of 60+Mb/s in all rooms, yet Sky cannot?
