1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

Because fundamentally, they are kids and have a psychological need to feel comfort. Without mum and dad online, they turn to filters.
