Dr Haward Soper (@chaward) reported from Leicestershire, England@bt_uk Did that already. No reply. Got answer on phone after 22 mins. V helpful lady fixed problem. But that was the only good part of the service. Response on Twitter was poor.

Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
