    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @kierant @bt_uk Indeed, upload speeds are particularly bad. Home internet speeds are based on the idea of downloads, and so bandwidth is split accordingly, not seen any mention of changes to accommodate for people working from home etc these days.

    @bt_uk The service is continually dropping. Every day. SE London. We are paying for fiber. There is no point. I will be switching provider.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Yet another day of my two kids (one almost in tears) and partner struggling with home schooling and work due to slow internet. But neither BT or Openreach will tell me why we can't have fibre while all other houses in my area can? Nor when will we get it?

    @bt_uk Hey Claire, thanks for getting back to me. Yeah the hub was flashing orange, its blue now but the speed is so slow I can't send emails, log into google drive or even view my calendar. Yeah I went on that link but i dont think I have a phone number haha! Mybe I do, but no landline

    @bt_uk Happy 3 week anniversary, that's 3 weeks I have been waiting for you to install my Internet, 2 cancelled engineer appointments, 2 promised callbacks that never happened and one incredibly annoyed customer. If someone doesn't come today I'm going elsewhere. Useless.

    @bt_uk internet cutting out again, are there problems in Sutton? This keeps happening, please let me know if it's going to continue so I can try my luck with a different provider. Literally impossible to do my job

    @bt_uk If you think I am calling you again you must be joking, i have spent a total of 8 hours on the phone to you. As mentioned you promised me 2 callbacks that never happened. It shouldn't be up to me to constantly call you everyday.

    On a chat to @BritishGas trying to actually set up an account. The guy is so slow. Been chatting for an hour now and hes asked about 3 questions. @bt_uk is great customer service. Thats who you wanna be like.
