It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk My box is connected via an ethernet cable. The signal strength is strong. The only channels that I experience problems with is the BT Sport channels.

@bt_uk You obvs don't know the fault history - not relevant. Engineers needed to fix the issue and I was assured it would be done by 6pm today.

@bt_uk I recently transferred my number from my old provider to BT and its been over 3 days since activation and my sim won't allow me to use facetime or imessage. I tried every trick online and tried using the sim on another iphone but I still have the same problem. Please help!

@bt_uk Not true - convo on 9/8 BT said there is no diversion on the handsets, matter was passed to TSO dept. Convo on 11/8 confirmed there is an open investigation & engineers assigned to the issue which they should have rectified by 6 pm today!

@bt_uk hi moved house so moved my contract, activation date at new flat has passed but smart hub 2 still orange not working, is it possible for you to check if it has been activated or if there is a different fault? Thanks
