    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk internet companies have been known to throttle back the speeds after a while They give you what they advertise then throttle back hence the slow speeds I did see somewhere you can buy these amplifier things that use wide band so it’s harder for them to throttle back apparently

    @btsport I want a full refund for my monthly pass. I tried calling, no answer for over 40 minutes. I tried making a complaint on the website and the site won't allow me to do more than 4 words before it tells me to keep it a min of 250 characters. £25 a month. Ufc 280 should be-

    Five days since @bt_uk were supposed to install broadband. Endless phone calls, broken promises and verifiable lies across 8 customer support team members later we still are without internet. As someone working from home, they are endangering my job. Disgraceful. Pathetic.

    @bt_uk inflation + 3.9% price rises.. April 2022-23 a 22% rise in 13 months ? YOU are part of the inflation problem .. where customers pay for privately owned 5g and full fibre network investments (not shareholders). Your leaders are the corruptors of Capitalism,the destroyers of it.
