It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

Four support chat sessions, 2 scheduled engineer visits (with no one coming over), @bt_uk is still unable to provide broadband connection to my flat in the middle of London. It has been 8 days and counting. Anyone have a broadband provider recommendation other than BT?
