1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk hello , i cancelled 1 of my contracts that was supposed to end 20th December but im still paying for it ? and was not disconnected ? 5 years on same contract should i cancel direct debits to stop more money coming out ?

@bt_uk I mean highlights on BT sport via the laptop as its overnight would be good to be able to see it on repeat. We can't watch on the TV as our broadband us not working via BT so trying to watch the BT channel on a laptop.
