It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk fix your wifi, its been down for 4 hours with no fix, its saying the fix was 1am but now its saying nothing. Its getting ridiculous now, its 2022, we shouldn't be having issues that take this long!

@bt_uk I only got a despatch email a couple hours after I initially talked with one of your colleagues on the phone. Seems they just forgot to send it. Stupidly sent on a 48hr service so won't be here until Monday. Activation day was today.
