It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk Our BT broadband is first class. All TVs and desktop are connected by Ethernet. Use Wi-FI for radio and iPad. The only issue I have, is not being able to split WI-FI bands on Smarthub 2..

  • EnderGrimm EnderGrimm (@EnderGrimm) reported

@bt_uk is there an outage currently as even after restarting our hub there is no internet.

  • Kaatie_Jayne Katie Jayne (@Kaatie_Jayne) reported

@bt_uk Hello. Our BT wifi disc is not working. It is flashing blue. We’ve followed all the nessecary steps in the booklet for it & it is still flashing blue. Why is this please? This is causing a huge inconvenience!

  • tomglazed Thomas Glazebrook (@tomglazed) reported

Great to wake up to no broadband because it seems @bt_uk transferred my landline from @EE prior to equipment being ready because @OpenreachHelp can’t install due to lockdown: even though my new service will not be on the landline! Even the external work isn’t done yet...

  • gunnergrahamV Rich Graham (@gunnergrahamV) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried each of these steps since the problems began. Despite moving devices closer to the router and moving potential interference away, these are the speeds I'm still getting. How could @bt_uk give me speeds of 60+Mb/s in all rooms, yet Sky cannot?

  • goonerby_matt Matt Lazenby (@goonerby_matt) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for the response. I am a Virgin Media customer and was trolling them.

  • _MattyJones (@_MattyJones) reported

@bt_uk broadband service down in manchester area?

  • CarvetiiCoffee Carvetii Coffee (@CarvetiiCoffee) reported

@Stevewhy7 @bt_uk Thanks for the advice. After multiple calls I have eventually found out there is an issue with the line up a pole. Needs a road closure as it is single track. Local council have put a three month notice period on the work - so 9th March!
