  today is a slow day 1hour 25minutes to download an image on @bt_uk which is only 20mb Ill understand 2GB or more. Ill get the usual BS they are giving me the speed, but why should I pay the same monthly fee for (dialup) broadband as someone who actually gets FAST broadband?

  @bt_uk Poor service . It I’m had been a month since I am trying to get broadband installed , so far I have spent 10 hours waiting for your customer services, I have spoken to 6 different people, and wasted ti days waiting for an engineer to turn up.

  @bt_uk engineer aparently cut the entryphone cable and used it for their system. Now I'm faced with a big bill to fix. Three calls to BT, thrice put on hold and each time after 25 minutes or so cut off

  @bt_uk No, + the colleague with whom I am organising has gone home in despair. We'll try again tomorrow. It ought to be possible, without publicly shaming companies on here, for customers to get something which resembles service. Especially when trying to spend money with you!
