    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk who assured me installations were going ahead today. Then apparently cancel every appointment but don’t bother to tell us! Always helpful for a home worker!!! 😡

    @bt_uk @ScottMcGready It cannot damage the hub, it can damage your network connection if you set it up to unreachable DNS servers, which would be difficult for someone non-technical to fix on their own, especially without the internet, but I don't see any reason why there isn't an option somewhere ...

    Ok given up on @virginmedia Wi-Fi, it just doesn’t work, even in the same room there are constant connection issues So we are installing a @bt_uk Wholehome system.

    @bt_uk My sister has reconnected but have been completely stumped by deals offered through the chat. I've encouraged her to negotiate better deal as her current is really expensive, I pay less for similar service with you guys. Was told better deals was only available through phone.
