Kelly Nolan (@Kelly_Nolan_) reported@bt_uk I managed to get logged into the hub manager before doing the reset and my ipad was on 2.4ghz and when I reconnected my phone that went to 5ghz but the connection was still bad on both devices, I don’t know if that can help diagnose any previous issues?

All that I get is a different openreach engineer being sent to my house with absolutely no clue of what the problem is. Since Openreach sent approx 10 engineers, by now your company should have clear notes.

Is there a known issue in Edinburgh? I'm a Halo customer and haventbad anything stable
