It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk Did that already. No reply. Got answer on phone after 22 mins. V helpful lady fixed problem. But that was the only good part of the service. Response on Twitter was poor.

@bt_uk You’re about to take my first payment tomorrow after the first 3 months were free and the wifi in our front room has been nothing but mediocre at best. And it constantly disconnects itself from our phones.. :/ BBC iPlayer has done nothing but buffer. Can you offer any help
