@bt_uk Yeah I’m aware most service providers use your lines - which means I have no choice but to pay @virginmedia’s increasingly extortionate prices. It’s a shame because I was desperate to switch but your service is far below what is considered good in this day and age.

Our broadband contact is up for renewal and I just can't work out BT's pricing structure? My interpretation is as a customer of almost 4 decades they want to charge me almost twice as much as a new customer? @BTGroup @bt_uk #BT

@BTCare how come you are plugging BT broadband on @lbc and me as a 40 year long customer has to wait till March 11 for an upgrade appointment? Your service desk told me folks who don’t have broadband get priority I also don’t get a ‘sale’ discount

Need to contact @HMRCcustomers about being stuck at sea and being unable to file my tax return - impossible to do. Want to cancel @btsport and @bt_uk won’t let me so they can steal money from me. My credit card company won’t let me pay them unless I can phone them UK is a joke
