@bt_uk You really do provide a terrible service, cancel engineer appointments and then close faults and claim services have been restored when they’re still not working!

@bt_uk Not ideal really. The slot is 1PM-6PM which doesn’t help things either having such an open ended time slot. Hard to try and arrange around that when I’ve said something has come up. What happens if I’m unable to attend?

@bt_uk Since that storm last night I have had 0.2mbps down from 40mbps, and my ping is constantly at more than 600ms. Any news on why? Has there been damage to something?

@bt_uk any chance that someone could expand on "it's broken" for the "major incident affecting broadband" in Dorking, Surrey? After two days I am guessing you have more of a clue than that.

@bt_uk For the number in questions that lists (now two) "Broadband -- Current Service Issue". This is entirely the point I am trying to make; not a single clue as to what kind of fault this is. Just "Broken". How do I evaluate how to respond to an outage with that level of detail?

@stokesinskeggy @bt_uk We had issues (still do a bit), and so did my dad. They ended up putting a new socket in at ours which improved things. (is yours still the original/old?) They put an extender/booster (can’t remember) in for free at my dads.

@bt_uk This is the problem I have, it doesn’t show within the app. I’ve explained this previously, and it’s why I needed assurance it wouldn’t renew.

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.
