@PHoare1963 @rkelwick @bt_uk I wonder how many of us are there out there that have been mis-sold a service that they are unable to provide or repair?

  • BigLadTom Tom (@BigLadTom) reported

@bt_uk what a joke trying to call all day my #youview box is constantly freezing I have a perfect WiFi connection and followed your Internet help guide and its aweful..... Seems like you're happy to take my money but not help with any issues #jokers

  • Kezza100 Kerry-Ann Beer (@Kezza100) reported

@bt_uk day 2 of an external fault on our service, told by your team won’t be sorted out until Thursday? Also told the only solution to get WiFi is we would need to upgrade our contract by over £10 a month ? Is this acceptable ?

  • _nativerez Jamie Wallace (@_nativerez) reported

@bt_uk Let's be completely honest here. The BT router you get absolutely will not, I repeat not, be able to punch the WiFi signal through every wall of your house. I don't know why they keep saying it. The only true way to get decent coverage is invest in a good mesh WiFi setup.

  • Sarcastit Sarcastit©️ (@Sarcastit) reported

@bt_uk I still think the Bt product and operational services on the front end are excellent. It’s that whole customer support and connected services piece that doesn’t fit and let’s you & customers down. I did apply to help you but you never hear back from that either!!

  • LoveyourselfBo2 Loveyourself Boutique (@LoveyourselfBo2) reported

@bt_uk I think you need to rethink your customer service as if somebody saying their stuggling to pay bills etc can you lower your package you say no you can only upgrade. Like now been told nothing can be done got wait for debt collectors 599. Yes no home single mum and no cares.

  • DamoGrant Damian Grant (@DamoGrant) reported

@bt_uk I find it quite bad that your customer service employees don’t know of this mysterious change in your terms and condition.

  • Jayne2502 Jayneyboo (@Jayne2502) reported

@bt_uk I suggest you come and pick up your rubbish equipment. My super duper router is in my bin. I have suffered your awful service for just 2 weeks and that's enough. My bin gets emptied on Monday btw. I will cancel my direct debit also. Not paying for non existent internet.

  • larruper Gary H (@larruper) reported

@bt_uk I’m the paying customer. I’m the one who has had intermittent, broadband service since November. I’m the one who can’t work from home. I don’t need you to run another line test. I need an engineer to come out and fix it.

  • Yuri_2310 Yuri (@Yuri_2310) reported

@bt_uk we've had 20+ years of problems with BT exchanges or ISP routers, regardless of ISP - not even better with BT. had to move to Virgin Media last year - it's not all plain sailing but it's been a breath of fresh air and nowhere near as agonising.
