@bt_uk Confused about the recent letter re: contract changes and price/CPI. My 24-month mobile contract dates from May 2020, so I should be able to cancel my contract without paying an early redemption charge on the basis of the contract changes.

@bt_uk Don’t worry I have spoken to someone instead, quite funny that he said always phone us as we know it is impossible to do anything online. Why tell people they can cancel online when they cannot?

@bt_uk That’s what I am saying, it isn’t straightforward as it does not give you the option, the link just takes you to the general help page. There is no way to cancel online, as the person on the phone confirmed, you have to call

@bt_uk My internet has been down since Fri. Timeline you set has been & gone. Bot, app etc now just say “shortly”. Am burning thru BT mobile data at rate of knots. Appreciate that storms mean you’re busy but how about a realistic timeline? Now interfering with my ability to work

@bt_uk Hi yes I have dm'd, the outage checker says that an incident was created at 09,50am tue 22 but says a fix will not be done until 15.00 tomorrow Wednesday 23rd,is this because the engineers go home for the evening?
