@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

@bt_uk 2. Charging the existing customer £450 to reconnect services that they hadn’t even asked to terminate is a scandal and caused terrible stress to our seller WfH due to the pandemic.

@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that
