Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.

  @bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to £90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails

  @bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail
