At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!

So while everyone is complaining they can't watch Netflix etc... my elderly mum and others in the street are without phones as they don't use mobiles. This is why no-one should depend on the Internet and the fancy technology. Landlines never fail @virginmedia @BTCare

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!

@bt_uk we've had no WiFi for nearly two weeks now! Cancelled last minute sending out an engineer last Wednesday. Then the engineer comes out yesterday, says the issue was diagnosed wrong and we need to wait 24-36 hours for Openreach... LIES! Now they say Saturday @BTCare
