    @bt_uk just been in contact with open reach..now an engineer has told me that there is aluminium cables running to my street cabinet..and open reach has said that bt can make a case to have this changed...now this could be a major problem of why iv had so many problems

    @btbusinesscare Complainant is Days Lane Fibre CIC – we have CFP relying on GBVS funding - 46 participants & 45 installed – Openreach confirm all signed off for service with sufficient FTTP usable fibre capacity - hold BT responsible for any shortfall due to failure to complete – PLEASE RESPOND

    Week 3 of no broadband. Just called @bt_uk & spent 45 mins of people explain that our order has failed several times now with no one updating us, but to trust them this time 😒 Could be the 8th before we’re connected, if that doesn’t fail, over a month without WiFi by that point!

    @bt_uk My Smart Hub 2 is flashing purple, has been since early this morning. Restarted and no fix so fault reported. Says it was external now an engineer needs booking. What’s going on?!
