@bt_uk It’ll not be paid I can tell you that much. I did keep the proof but as this was weeks ago and I hadn’t heard anything I thought all was fine. Terrible way to treat an ex customer. Not a chance I’ll be going back. @skytv at least treat you better.

@bt_uk There is absolutely no internet in my zone 1, central London flat where no power lines have been affected by the storm. This has been since FRIDAY. How long does it take to get internet for our street which already has dreadfully slow speeds?? We need internet to work!

@bt_uk Still haven't fix my broadband connection yet its been down since Friday. Can't understand why BT can't get it fix quickly as possible but have to wait for 5 days to get it fix. I demand compensation for the lost of wi fi connection.

@bt_uk NOT impressed with BT Internet, I cancelled my BT Internet account today as they decided to suddenly raise my monthly cost to £75 a month ! They said the service will stop in 30 days. Less then 4 hours later my service was cut off! Now we have no internet whatsoever ever
