    @bt_uk ARE HONESTLY THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER. 3 times we’ve booked them in to repair our internet. 3 times no show. 18 hours spent waiting in for someone to come within their 6 hour time slots. Nothing. Absolute shambles.

    @VodafoneGroup Why are you making the dealing of the bereavement of my parents so difficult? No other companies, including @bt_uk are demanding such details, when the LPA reference code is enough. Your processes and procedures are antiquated and your poor team won't help.

    @virginmedia Yeah, you're basically the only company that DOESN'T communicate via DM. how very convenient! The issue is over a tivo recording that switched channels earlier, only your guide didn't change. @btsport said they changed the guide, but you didn't switch over.

    @bt_uk Can you please explain to me what I'm actually paying for? You've sent engineer out 5 or 6 times now since early Dec, and I still have no service. Consistently dropping making work impossible. This is APPALLING service

    @bt_uk BT internet support intentionally hangs up the phone and sends a text via a bot. This is unacceptable when all want to do is speak to someone.
