    @bt_uk Which is apparently June 2nd between 1-6 but with no confirmation nearer the time and no communication with the service engineer neither presumably. If you turn up then great but i have lost all confidence in your approach. I have 10 months left and will be looking elsewhere.

    @BTCare What's the problem in BT22 this time? Engineer was out a while ago. No problem in house. Everything ok after he left. Now very intermittent WiFi. Considering alternative provider!

    @btbusinesscare On hold for over an hour yesterday just to be fobbed off. On going terrible service. I’m now losing customers with Cloud Voice Express 😡
