    @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

    @bt_uk Please can you tell me why your service is so useless? You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Your staff are utterly clueless and inept. #btareuseless

    Isn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.

    @btbusinesscare please cancel my order as you seem incapable of delivering a service and can’t even manage to transfer me to a supervisor to escalate my complaint when you change my installation yet again - that’s almost 4 weeks waiting now 🙁
