    @bt_uk my internet hasn’t been working all day any chance you are going to fix it? To make matters worse your 4G coverage is useless. The internet cut out at lunch time and was supposed to be fixed by 1930.

    @bt_uk Why is no one answering your tech support lines? Currently on hold for 32 mins (previously had to give up at 40 mins). For an update on my housebound parents' outstanding landline fault.

    @KyleOK10 @bt_uk Having the same issues! Installation date was meant to be on the 18th… they came, done nothing and have now told me to install the line requires major work. I’ve already cancelled my old provider and now am stuck with no internet or TV!

    @bt_uk yet another fault. Third time you've had to send an engineer. Any chance you could fix it properly this time? Or refund the money I have paid for a service I'm not getting?!

    @bt_uk Na. You're all right. I've done it countless times and it's never your fault. Not once. It's always something on my end. Funny thing is though. It's only ever happened with BT. Odd that.

    @bt_uk Several times. I’ve been told, by yourselves, that we’re part of a “major service outage”. The time for this to be rectified has been moved back several times. We have only had intermittent service since before 7am on Sunday
