    @bt_uk Hey @bt_uk I think its really disgusting that you are going to charge me now £73 per month as a long time customer. Yet, for exactly the same package for new customers you are charging them then £54.99 a month. My contract is nearly up with you, will be moving to some other isp.

    @bt_uk WiFi poor every evening this week and yet your checker says it’s find no faults…..any ideas what I can do? Rubbish watching Sky Glass when WiFi doesn’t work! Normally v good.
