    @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

    @bt_uk @bt_uk. I have phoned the number. I’ve got it on speed dial. You constantly lie saying you will fix the line but you do nothing. You really are appallingly bad. No care for elderly customers without broadband. Formal complaint coming. Not that you give a darn. Appalling.

    @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

    @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum

    @bt_uk Well so far when speaking to people he's just been fobbed off with 'well it should be happening as we speak so he feels like people aren't actually really trying to help him so he's reluctant to ring again snd is now stuck between 2 phones....
