@bt_uk vulnerable and disabled adult at home, can’t use telephone as fault on the line. Unable to make calls in an emergency due to not being able to hear anything because of faulty line! Been advised fault on telepgraph pole. At what point is the fault deemed to be urgent !!

The @bt_uk Smart Hub 2 has to be the worst router/hub that I've ever used. Firmware auto-updated before xmas & nothing but problems since I fixed most of it but my @BritishGas hive heating now fails to connect to the network BT - Good service but a terrible hub

@bt_uk thanks for the reply. the issue is not wifi related. I disabled the hubs wifi over 12 months ago, everything is ethernet or thru my own AP I run my own DNS/DCHP server (because the very limited BT hub won't allow simple DNS changes) which has worked perfectly for months

@bt_uk Why - suddenly do I keep being told NoService in places this has never happened before, then when it says connecting I lose all my battery son the phone is dead- and it takes ages to load texts . I do not use my phone for anything except phone calls, texts checking emails
