    @bt_uk Hi it’s Hedley Rees. 4 The orchard wallasey, Wirral, Ch45 5JN. Account number GB10024276. Hedley has rapidly deteriorating Alzheimer’s- so you can imagine the problems being unable to contact them are causing. A visit was promised again today- no show

    @bt_uk need to raise a complaint told to call up but it’s a joke as on hold for an hour ! I pay extra for god knows what , mini box supposedly sent last tues not received 🤔

    @guardian That's normal. We have had ultrafast since before Christmas. The fibre cable goes past the front doors of many properties before coming to us. They (our neighbours) cannot order even a superfast fibre service from @bt_uk. @OpenreachHelp don't. Its not even a postcode lottery.

    @bt_uk- shocking service from you and openreach that had seen elderly relatives left without phone line/internet since mid December. 3 appts all no shows with engineers. Hrs of phone calls and lost work time. How can this be resolved?

    @bt_uk @EE and their subsidiary dept 'Enjoy', sorry to cancel my contract with you at BT but due to the benal way the company 'Enjoy' work's who were supposed to set up my phone twice, I was left with no alternative to cancel, they're a completely useless load of idiots serious

    @bt_uk @btsportfootball @btsport Is there EVER going to be a fix for the PS5 BT Sport App? So fed up of paying for a service and then being unable to watch anything for any more than 20 seconds before it CRASHES! This has been ongoing for a year now.....
