@bt_uk when I signed up I was supposed to have 6 months of nowtv. It won’t let me watch any of it. Couple that with not telling me I needed an aerial this switch to bt has been pretty rubbish and I’m seriously going to cancel

@Angelsfeartogo As always greedy lazy incompetent BT who own EE.. This company is actively harming the UK by demanding bribes to provide fibre connectivity when it should be a basic tenent of their ownership of the major network infrastructure they were given when GPO was sold off @bt_uk

@btbusinesscare We have tried all of this and even had an engineer come down. There is just too much cable between us and the exchange. Customer service have said we can't get fibre either.
