@bt_uk In the last 12 months, the worst uptime I had was 99.21%. Must suck to have such an unreliable service that it needs backup.....

@bt_uk Thanks, I still have a query ref my account billing, whenever I try instant chat it’s unavailable. Try phoning the helpline and go through an automated service not actually answering my query so still unresolved

@untruenorth @bt_uk @Ofcom So BT provides a battery backup but would have to pay unless classes as vulnerable. Also remember that emergency calls over mobile network can work even if your provider doesn't offer coverage as it will use any available network it can get.

Grief is bad enough without having to deal with @bt_uk - yes, funnily enough, I am a third party as my dad is dead. Honestly. And their on hold music, which I've now suffered for nearly an hour, is the WORST.
