I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
