    Why the #BTsport app so odd I will never know, I’m watching by the Man U matched, & I’m like 1hr behind the live stream, I reach 22mins and it kicks me off and there’s no catch up on the site :/ - if I done a illegal atleast I would of got sole of the end kmt

    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    @OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

    The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

    @bt_uk BB. Changing to red and back again to blue. On and off all day. I’ve had really problems with this over last couple years lots of visits and CS contact.

    Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

    @bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

    @bt_uk Yes I’ve managed to get another booking but it’s shocking customer service. 2 previous agents have tried to fix this problem but haven’t managed to. I’m losing hours at work and it’s starting to affect my job. Might as well leave for a different ISP

    @bt_uk It’s residential and to be honest, the fact that you need to confirm that after all of the problems I have had just goes to show that you you are not (not personally of course I would never do that) aware of the problems I have faced…I’m sorry but your company has fallen short.

    @bt_uk Not fixed yet Mat. Can u imagine how annoying it is to get 3 texts yesterday saying 'great news, it's fixed' when it isn't. Agents ring back without any prep at all saying "what seems to be the problem." This is after three weeks. I am appalled. Soviet era service @OpenreachHelp

    @bt_uk terrible company, they was supposed to close a phone line account over 4 years ago when moved house, we set up a new line and number, with them, BT did not close old account and now have debt agency chasing us, terrible lying company
