We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
