@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@bt_uk set up new broadband contract - rate was wrong. Agent promised to get it fixed... 11 days later - no progress. Complaint logged... then closed by BT - no one even contact me... truly hopeless! Have to spend 30 mins in q just to speak to someone!

@bt_uk Terrible service, we have had no service since the 3rd of March. Excuse after Excuse. Keep being told different times and dates as to when we will have connection. Apparently we don’t qualify for a dongle as temporary measure as we don’t pay enough.
