Just stumbled upon @WWE on @btsport , 1st time I’ve seen wrestling in a long time (Years) & wow ....******* Terrible, “Big guys” against Jobbers and botched moves all over the Gaff 😂 The crowd looked like it was at a funeral too!! @90sWWE was obviously a golden era !

@GuyLikeTy @bt_uk I am sorry. They need to do better. I had dreadful experiences with BT engineers and their customer service is a complete joke. They are inefficient, they don't listen and imo they lie

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

@OpenreachHelp hi Paul, it's 2 months now that I am contacting @bt_uk. All that I get is a different openreach engineer being sent to my house with absolutely no clue of what the problem is. Since Openreach sent approx 10 engineers, by now your company should have clear notes.

@bt_uk @BTCare Hi Dee, I think I’ll make a more formal complaint - you look anywhere online and this is clearly a bigger problem for BT customers. Your service seems to have gone to pot since parting with Yahoo. BT really needs to sort this out as I don’t get these issues with others!

@bt_uk I have no phone line at the moment – road is being dug up and I suspect someone has cut through a cable somewhere. Reported it 2 days ago & was told I'd receive an estimated fix time w/in 48 hours, but haven't heard anything. Fault tracker isn't showing anything either.

@bt_uk I am seriously fed up and frustrated at the extremely poor service provided by BT. We have been trying to get a BT line installed at our property since 26th October 21 (TBC)
