@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

Just stumbled upon @WWE on @btsport , 1st time I’ve seen wrestling in a long time (Years) & wow ....******* Terrible, “Big guys” against Jobbers and botched moves all over the Gaff 😂 The crowd looked like it was at a funeral too!! @90sWWE was obviously a golden era !

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@bt_uk pay for ‘super fast’ fibre which continuously drops out during the day and means my work is affected. Answer from your caller is they can’t do anything since the problem is intermittent. Unacceptable, paying for a service I can’t use in the day!!!!

@bt_uk ordered BTTV Big Sport package last Friday. Box should have been delivered today. It hasn’t. Now TV was supposed to work last Friday. It’s not working, although it worked Monday/Tuesday. Been in touch and told it’ll be 24 hours tiI I get Now TV, and a box is being ordered

@btbusinesscare Thanks. I’m aware of this process as I have had to use it 10 times in my quest to get a response. I am told I have a complaint handler who just sends a copy and paste of last week’s response when I try to chase up a completion date. Where does it end?
