Andy W (@Lazy_sunbather_) reportedIn the new award for worst customer services, I telephoned @bt_uk, agreed a new 24 months contract. When the email came through the agreed price was for 3 months only. I ring back to cancel and apparently have to wait for the contract to actually start before they will cancel it.
