Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.
