I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

Still no resolution to my internet issue! I can not stress this strongly enough, DO NOT use @bt_uk! Easily the worst customer service you’ll ever receive! Hurry up @gigaclear and install fibre in my area please. Can’t wait to switch!

Hi @bt_uk How come we, as your loyal customers for 50 years (!!!), have landline down 2nd time in 18 months? The previous episode lasted for over a months and the current one is not going to be fixed for 5 days? nice little story for a newspaper....

🚨 Can everyone please report @clairelauras account as hacked? Someone has hacked her @bt_uk email and then got into her Twitter, and changed her 2FA settings inside it to lock her out. No reply and no help from @TwitterSupport

@paullewismoney @O2 @bt_uk tie customers into longer length contracts, up to 3 years, imposing eye watering mid-contract rises whilst service speeds and quality reduce, but offer new customers far better deals. Legalised theft.
