@bt_uk It’s apparently a fault in the area. Ongoing for 7 days with no solution. And your colleague told me our package actually doesn’t have provide us with internet at all. That’s disgusting and criminal and taking money off people and not providing the service they signed up for.

@bt_uk infinity stopped, chkd status no probs, use sms bot fix, svrl replies last 3, tested - problem in your area eta 24h, problem in area eta 4h, problem in area eta 4h. link to chk status which still says there are no problems. Need some consistency checks and reliable info

@bt_uk How are you going to resolve this unacceptable problem? I’m paying for internet and not receiving it. It needs resolving and it needs resolving now. A week is too long. So let down by all of your colleagues. So untrustworthy.

Getting absolutely pissed with @bt_uk now. Still not connected over a month later. Already billed once with no service. Another bill ready. Three engineers and no installation. Now trying to charge £130 to send another out! 🤬
