I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

Ey up @BTCare, if I sign up to a 24 month contract then in a year I decide to move home and the now area doesn't support Full Fibre Broadband, what happens then? *thanks in advance

@bt_uk no one is taking the responsibility to provide solid solution. So called Customer support is merely giving rote learned answers and trying to pacify the troubled customer. Thumbs down👎

@bt_uk Been there, done that. Spent days in call centre hell and you still won’t cancel a contract. Service has been very poor.

@Mystifiedmum @bt_uk BT have a guaranteed service standard...if they don't make a set appointment slot they should pay you £25, just make sure they do. They pay for each missed slot.

@bt_uk After chatting on messages on twitter with the customer support lady(won't mention the name) telling the whole problem with the initiation of the BT WiFi. She suddenly disappeared. No reply.

@retiredbrain @bt_uk I can get into my email but my goodness the loading is so slow since the changes they made some time ago! Deleting etc takes an age now!
