I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@bt_uk Hi, I have the BT Box Pro. Recently, whilst watching BT Sport Ultimate, the picture goes black. Sometimes the box resets itself, sometimes I have to reset it by holding down the power button. Is there a fix for this? Regards, Mr Ramon Gamma.

@bt_uk Been on there loads can't find a solution to BT Sport not playing properly live on any browser (been trying for years to find a solution). If you get rid of the Windows app I will have to cancel my subscription.

@bt_uk Your web devs have no idea what sensible password change policy is. Show buttons only work whilst held down. You allow pasting on the 1st new password field but not the second. This just encourages poor password choices and creates frustration.

I see @bt_uk customer support still having a "left hand not talking to right hand" issue. On the phone "no, you don't return the mini hub to us, keep it for next outage" Email "how to return your mini hub, which btw is good the environment" Make up your minds maybe?

@bt_uk how do I get an update on my complaint? Was supposed to get a call back on Wednesday, was then pushed back to yesterday, now pushed to middle of next week..! No info about what's happening provided just a change of date for call back notification each time!
