@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bfford @btbusinesscare Yeah. ISDN finally got ditched in December and replaced with broadband, but seemingly never got cancelled (even though they said it would be) so was still being billed for it.

@stupotsug @sconny3383 @bt_uk You're right, it shouldn't be left but it's hardly worth a complaint An example about complaining is me, I few months ago something was badly stacked in work I glanced my head I typed an email to the boss then stopped it was weeks before Christmas and someone could've been sacked

Never met a company worse than @bt_uk. Left them 2 months ago and they STILL CONTINUE to take money out of my account

@bt_uk Diagnostic came back but because I'm a sky customer I have to contact them? Despite BT owning the infrastructure that they use? Bit mad really isn't it? Especially seeing as the problem happens when the BT engineers doing the work 🤔

@BTCare on making complaint, your team tell me there is no issues and i have fast speed, yet my broadband is cutting out intermittently but apparently you can't help any further.... SO, What exactly am i paying for?
