Lucy Chiswell (@lucychiswellx) reported@bt_uk Last update was around two weeks ago. Nothing since. And regarding the debt collectors I hadn’t realised it had got that far! Only after receiving a letter, text and email from the debt collectors. I will be raising a complaint as this has caused a huge amount of stress!

You cancelled her services in error over 10 days ago, and despite promising a swift resolution, have now told her there has been an 'integrity problem' and to wait 2-3 working days for a callback for further info.
