@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

  • NGRhodes Nick Rhodes (@NGRhodes) reported

@TomNomNom @johnmclear @bt_uk Sadly not much choice here, no OpenReach FTTP until 2024 earliest and Virginmedia are crap in our area too.

  • AGEEZEY Adam (@AGEEZEY) reported

@bt_uk Openreach said we need to contact BT as our contract is with you being our communication provider and they’re the network provider so you need to contact them. Shall I DM you address?

  • Eddie_Plum Edward J Plum (@Eddie_Plum) reported

@bt_uk That's very disappointing, as it does result in a poorer online experience and didn't happen with my previous provider (@EE which is ironically the same company now). I'm unlikely to renew with BT after my contract period if they don't support location services.

  • JustUsTwoTravel Just Us Two Travel (@JustUsTwoTravel) reported

no @bt_uk broadband for 16 hours and the @VodafoneUK 4G signal is atrocious, why do i even pay for it 👎🏻

  • Wizz57058652 Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported

@bt_uk Doesnt matter now, I'm going ahead and cancel because I'm rejoining virgin media BT have been great, zero issues but the speeds you offer in my area which is the most populated in Grimsby just isnt enough thesedays In 2022 you really should be offering more than 70mb/s

  • travelswmyphone Travelswithmyphone Rachel she|her (@travelswmyphone) reported

Hi @bt_uk I've got no broadband (whole village seems cut off) but the only way to report it on your website is by sending a text with our landline number. I have no landline nor do neighbours. Surely this is a common problem. Help

  • soumeshika Swadeshika Prusty 🇮🇳 (@soumeshika) reported

Hello @HyperopticCS , I am tweeting this using @bt_uk broadband, Coz your’s which unfortunately I am a customer never works when its required. What would it take to work again after numerous fixes done as claimed by you ? Does this tweet downloads at ur place ?

  • helenpegg Helen McWalter (@helenpegg) reported

@bt_uk I’ve tried dealing with customer service 3 times, now saying can’t speak to Openreach until Friday and if they try before then @BTSopenreach won’t speak to them and if I phone them they’ll just put the phone down on me

  • Snaphead Dee (@Snaphead) reported

@bt_uk This was over 48 hrs ago. What is the resolution eta? I cannot work atm.

  • Eddie_Plum Edward J Plum (@Eddie_Plum) reported

@bt_uk Sorry, but that's untrue. Websites and apps think I'm in Northern Ireland, so I get adverts for "local" services in Belfast which aren't relevant and when I want to find my nearest retailer, it's an Irish one and the one down the road is 200 miles away. It's bad service.
