I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

And I can have no physical lines with them. Can bring my own ISP, mix and match them and the underlying technology used. Cheap, replacement ISP routers even have USB support and 3/4G failover built-in (for gone 6+ years easily). @bt_uk and @VodafoneUK are just late to the party.

@bt_uk No issues with Freeview at all (ie watching through the TV using the external aerial and built in Freeview). As soon as we switch to BT box, picture pixelates. Does this answer your Q’s?!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down since yesterday around 11am in my area how long will it take to get this issue fixed? I couldn't do any work yesterday and Monday doesn't look very hopeful either.

@JediandyTV The guy I just spoke to went thru to the repair lot and they said Monday 2pm,so think you can write the weekend off 🙄 @bt_uk Broadband sucks! been shielding since March 2020 and when you don't leave the house at all you kinda rely on the Internet for alot of things! @AngelicVic
