    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

    @bt_uk Trying to get through to a human to discuss was enough. Accessing my emails. Getting emails the client ID used for over 10 years up until the “security” issue many BT users were told they had last weekend. All a bit of a mess really.

    @bt_uk That is correct. But we have had crap broadband for almost a month now,yet the fault was repaired. Poor service from BT.

    @bt_uk BT ‘we connect for good’... really? You disconnected my parents’ phone line 18 days ago and now tell them it will take ‘weeks to fix’. My dad just told me some agent is fobbing him off with a new number after ‘losing’ the one from the last 30+ years. Money first. Service last?
