I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk ...BT billed me for the bad broadband that never worked on Friday 15 Oct 2021. Efforts to present our complaints have been futile. BT customer service is somewhat disorganised. We are embarrassed and disturbed by the erroneous bill which is nothing but mistake on the part of BT.

@bt_uk We were told it was sent to the higher tier engineers on Thursday and it would be fixed by today. According to your own SLAs they had 48 hours to resolve the issue. Monday now… that’s just not acceptable is it?
