    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    @bt_uk Hi, how do I get a copy of my last bill? You don’t include with the email advising it is ready and your website is down because you’re “launching something new”! Updating a website during business hours without notifying customers of downtime is not good customer service.
