I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@bt_uk Should have said, I’m staying with my brother and it’s his wifi that’s bad. I pay £22 in Glasgow and my wifi is amazing. Maybe it’s about time you upgraded your old wiring here in Kintyre.

So, I ordered my home move with @bt_uk for BB and TV on December 27th 2022. Today, they have advised me that my installation date will be 1st June 2023!!!!! I live in SW LONDON! YOU ARE A DISGRACE. We cannot control our heating and my wife can't work. Seven years a customer!

@bt_uk I don't have my mobile with you, so can I txt the number to see if their is a fault. My broadband is on the fibre network and my home phone is come down the same line.

@bt_uk What I was asking for via chat was to receive the terms and conditions via email instead of via chat. I respectfully suggest that this is a safer way for customers to receive the information and to feel less pressured to sign up immediately (albeit they can cancel later).

Hi @bt_uk can you advise me why I have had no Internet all week and whilst neighbours on same or lesser packages have been sent a hub, I am told I cannot unless I upgrade to your top package. We fail you, pay us more. Nice model

@btbusinesscare I have actually made an official complaint which is being investigated but thank you for taking time and trouble and asking. I am hoping a resolution will be reached but atm, no. I’m not at all happy.
