@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk There’s one visible with seemingly strong signal. It no longer transfers us to the BT to website to connect. So strange as it worked until last weekend. Is there a wider issue?

@bt_uk We have just lost our landline without any warning. The phone number that we have had for over 12 years has just disappeared. Apparently it’s to do with ‘future voice number’ but we have no idea what is actually happening. Can you help @bt_uk

So @bt_uk have ****** my sister by booking appointments then cancelling at last minute and LAURA is being anything but useful as she won’t read the dms properly I don’t know my sisters details but I know ofcoms number and will be reporting failure to fix her WiFi

@bt_uk Thanks. They weren't a great deal of help, as it's with @RoyalMailHelp somewhere. Supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Our postman has been today and not delivered anything so little hope of anything today... how can I get online in the meantime?
