@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@bt_uk Internet has been cut off by a BT engineer that was working on something near our house, the internet cut off and the engineer just left and we called asking how long it would take to fix and you said Tuesday, this is ridiculous what is this?!?!?

  • Wilfrixd11 Harry Morgan (@Wilfrixd11) reported

@bt_uk I’ve had issues all day with connection says bt to hub is good but the hub to my devices is low and I’ve not changed anything at all

  • LindenDStewart Linden Stewart Alsop (@LindenDStewart) reported

@bt_uk I left BT today for another provider ( after 50+ years with BT). BT took £39+ yesterday, knowing that my account was ending in hours. As this is a payment in advance for a service I no longer have, how do I get this payment refunded please?

  • jenigma_ jenni (@jenigma_) reported

@bt_uk Externally in what way? If majority wouldn’t need an engineer, surely it would make sense to get the customer set up and going as soon as possible?

  • PhilipJ73349475 Philip Jones (@PhilipJ73349475) reported

@bt_uk the fact that you are removing support for email clients is appalling. Please reverse this decision and switch to a secure protocol.

  • silverthorn2151 Chris Whitehead (@silverthorn2151) reported

@bt_uk We upgraded to your fibre a week ago today. Great, except we have no phone line. Despite numerous calls to BT you can't give me a day when it will be fixed other than 'not today'. This is an essential phone line connected to an emergency call button. Very angry.

  • Stu_Whitters Stuart Whitfield (@Stu_Whitters) reported

@bt_uk Hi. This isn’t really good enough. When he spoke to you a couple of days ago he was advised an engineer would be out tomorrow. He was then told because your automated bot assessed the fault as a slow fault (not totally broken which it is) that the call was cancelled?

  • laura_libs Laura (@laura_libs) reported

@bt_uk Hello. I'm having fibre installed today and the engineer is apparently on their way. However, no equipment has been delivered. I never received a tracking number. Has their been a mistake in sending it out? Details are in a DM I sent last night.

  • Sue_fle Sue (@Sue_fle) reported

@Philippa_Perry I’m pretty good at managing my money on the condition the services I buy work for me. @bt_uk powered by fools! Telegraph pole swapped outside -= no broadband service and it will tlr 10 days to fix. All for £100+ per month!!!

@AstrosFansUK @btsport We never get to see it on national games here either. Was a pleasant surprise. I almost missed it because I was listening to pregame on @SportsTalk790
