Walker 🕷🔥💪🏻🌹 🏳️🌈 (@littlemoonfish) reported@bt_uk Nope hybrid connect flashed green for a long time but the central circle went back to solid white. Though still got 3 solid blue bars on it. The actual smart hub 2 works fine Mybt app still says no signal when the hybrid signal is tested

Conrad Braam🤖 (@zaphodikus) reported@christovskia @bt_uk Last time I had to get help from BT the operator was a nice lady from South Africa, it was a calming effect hearing a familiar accent. She booked a visit and a tech fixed a long running issue few days later. Have often spent 40 minutes on phone to troubleshoot issues. BT rocks.
