I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk our internet drops in and out all day, every day, you’ve sent 2 engineers who have confirmed you have mis sold us the package as the cabling in our street cannot provide the service you have sold us and continue to charge us for each month…..

@bt_uk hi but its not my choice, im being forced to use the digital service, so the line will never be used or serviced again, by me or Bt, so you are forcing me to pay for somthing i don't and wont use ever again, forced by BT. think trading starndards is a good or ofcom is next.

@OpenreachHelp That’s the problem, @btbusinesscare is the provider and they have repeatedly sent the wrong person for the job. I have explained clearly I need a way leave planner, and on 5 occasions they have sent an engineer who isn’t capable of doing the job. I’m going round in circles.

@bt_uk My husband has spoken to you, initially he was told me would be compensated for this but told he’s been told ‘financially it doesn’t make sense’ here’s the thing BT, we don’t work all day to over pay you for a service you knowingly can’t provide!!

@bt_uk It was advise as there’s no way to fix it and you can’t keep me in a contract when I’m not getting and won’t be getting what’s promised. I’ve finally got through to someone so dw.
