I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk Think I’m just going go switch providers to be honest with you, had too many problems over the years and upgraded and bought new boxes just for it to be as bad if not worse.
