    I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

    @bt_uk I am disgusted in your service. I am disabled and this is the 4th day I have been left with no active sim therefore no phone! All roads on your website direct me to a call centre where for the last 2 days I have been ringing with no reply! Now I’m helpless! What next?

    Hi @bt_uk is there a problem with broadband in / around Hexham, Northumberland. I’ve checked speed & it says running as expected, except it’s not! I believe there have been reports of other problems in the area? Thanks

    @bt_uk I’ve tried 3 times now for 20 minutes a go to upgrade my package with you and the line just hangs up on me after 20 mins of waiting. I’ll go elsewhere now thanks! Shocking service for such a large company!

    @bt_uk how long does it take to get someone up and running on a new contract? I need to cancel my order with @Plusnet they are totally awful.

    @bt_uk disgraceful service! Phone off since 18/08 with estimated return of service 06/09. Working from home no petty refund will compensate for the potential loss of business.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk having been with bt for years I phoned today to get help with a Wi-Fi issue. My option is to pay £20 a month more to solve the issue. It does not work in 3 rooms in the house and disconnects In others. They would not help me in any other way. #poorservice

    @bt_uk Their customer service is absolutely shocking, long pauses where you have to ask “is there anyone there?” The simple fact is they simply are not interested even though the issue started when they started messing with our phone contracts. ((4))
