I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@btsport Did not believe all the bad reports about BT Sport customer service - until Friday past! On Thursday I phoned your CS to enquire about my BT Sport package. I was promised a call back the next day (Friday) after 2pm. I'm still waiting?! Inexcusably poor!
