On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

bunders (@bunders) reportedAnother year, another time the entire @bt_uk network to my parents village has been cut because @OpenreachHelp don’t bury the cable. Except this time a remote community has been cut from landline and internet access during a pandemic and can’t contact them or their neighbours.

Hi! (@darnp77) reported@bt_uk Hi Jordan, to be honest, the steps didn’t really make a difference. The internet is still pretty slow when trying to use more than one device connected to the WiFi
-
Lee Morson (@macmorso) reported@bt_uk please contact me with regard to complaint reference VOL013-537030085981 number is 07814967620. You have failed to deliver broadband service to my new build as promised. Costing me a fortune in data. Having to travel to work as I have no broadband. Not good enough!!

Hi! (@darnp77) reported@bt_uk Wirelessly. As it’s a new hub and I have a disc, I would have thought it could handle having a few devices connected to it. I’ve done all the steps repeatedly but it doesn’t resolve it. I keep being told I’m getting the speed I should but keep having issues.
-
Daniel Robin (@toilet101) reported@virginmedia your customer service agent today actually advised me to stay with @bt_uk and not to move to Virgin. He refused to take my complaint and hung up on me. I am going to leave reviews everywhere. I'd like a call back today please.

Paul G (@pauldgale) reported@btsport never in my life have I seen something so deliberately complicated as cancelling my BT Sport subscription. It is outrageous.
-
Mark Jelley (@PerkinsLodge) reportedHi @btbusinesscare, I've had 2 conversations with your online chat teams now over billing issues and have had 2 completely different responses, one has issued a refund for incorrectly billed calls and the other has told me I'm wrong despite the evidence from my order being placed
-
Kathryn (@Kathrynwood7) reported@btbusinesscare hi struggling as waiting for your legacy team to contact me. You have issues on our account so I can’t log a fault let alone get an engineer booked to fix it. Please can someone help ASAP! I’m going round in circles
