    I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

    @bt_uk You answer the calls after a 30-40 minute wait, are unable to resolve the issue, and promise call backs the next day which don't come. Please could you ensure I actually receive the call back I was promised?

    @bt_uk your service remains as poor as always. Despite paying over£100 per month it doesn’t entitle me to a signal where I use the internet, for that I need Halo 2 (and an extra £30). Maybe that new service would also mean you staff your contact centres to meet demand?

    @bt_uk my broadband is down AGAIN & I have an engineer out tomorrow but I cannot seem to able to speak to a human to get my mini hub connected? Pls can someone help as we have no Wi-fi, no TV and no phone! Help pls

    @bt_uk yet another fail by BT complaints - cut off mid call by advisor her error. Now unable to get my complaint resolved AGAIN. 6 months of intermittent service BT do not care about their customers! Time to contact OFCOM

    @bt_uk Yeah my connection drops for a minute or two the lights on the router go green then flash orange then it says no internet on the network then connects again

    @bt_uk 2nd time one of your engineers has let me down to install broadband. Is this a scam ? I have now been on a call to you for an hour and a total of 4 people have now put me back into the “call” wait system. DISGRACE
