I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@gigaclear is quick when it works. But it has constant outages. This one has lasted all day. Lucky it's a weekend, but not a suitable product or company for business to rely on. @btbusinesscare was slow but ultra reliable. #failure

@bt_uk when is the broadband problem in Ilford going to be fixed?? The wifi has been off for a week now and no one can tell us when it will be back on. This is absolutely ridiculous!

@adamsummerton @btsport of* The only problem lies with the Saturday 3pm Blackout, which bans the Saturday 2pm from being shown and the opening 15 minutes of the Saturday 5pm Game. That of course is out of BT's control but it's not convenient purely because we have to find a way around via the bookies.

@cmrpemberton @BT Same here - really poor communication too! We have been without landline for 2 weeks @BT_uk need to send new phones and they are ‘in the post’ apparently. Fortunately have access to mobiles (not BT ones thankfully!)

@bt_uk I've been without broadband since overnight Wednesday/Thursday. I've now spent two and a half hours on the phone with you and I've now been told that no one can help get my broadband back on until Monday. Is there anything you can do to speed things up?
