  @bt_uk Hi. I am a sky customer and we have had no Internet since Tuesday, along with others in our area (M28). Sky have said there is an outage and bt openreach are dealing with it. I'm just wondering if there are any updates you can give us?

  @bt_uk Will do Thanks I am receiving recorded app already scheduled 2 in one go to go to some site to cancel the appointment. The last message says this message will be deleted in one day & deletes. It the leave the message when app time is gone. Pls advice
