    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

    @sciatica_uk @bt_uk Quite...we have at least six neighbouring houses (v rural so that’s a reasonably area) who are having same issue. Been months now. It’s an intermittent fault where speed drops to 0 or v low, then back up again. Frustrating doesn’t cover it. Thinking of leaving & getting dongles..

    @WGTA_FPL @bt_uk True story: I once got such a bad service from BT that I started a BT hate group on FB which became so popular that I ended up getting a telephoned apology from their CEO and my bills paid for 6 months. 😎🚬

    @Shazztornado *silly question* Have you also tried tweeting ‘@bt_uk’ to see if they can escalate the problem for you? It says in the bio on BTCare Twitter to contact the bt_uk page so maybe try them too since BTCare aren’t helping. I do hope you manage to get a swift resolution!

    @bt_uk was offered a new broadband upgrade about 4 weeks ago. The order never went through even though I agreed to it. Made a complaint the next day and told I would be called very soon. Still waiting..... I would appreciate a phone call after being a customer for 10 years.
