I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@bt_uk Wifi isn't working. I am connected via ethernet at the moment. However, I pay for wifi too, so this ongoing problem i've been having for months and being told it is fine its not, is not the service I am paying for!

@hammer2090 @bt_uk Yeah I am learning that now....I should be working but BT refuse to help me. Maybe I should cancel my £75 direct debit I pay them for a service and part of that is customer service yet they don’t help me

@bt_uk I’m trying to connect to customer service since Friday and no one #answers. It’s a 30 minute wait every time and it’s annoying coz it never gets answered even if you hold for 30 mins.

@bt_uk So why did BT allow us to go ahead with an order if they knew we couldn't have it installed until 20th April? We have given our current provider a month notice as no one ever said it would be an issue to install? Why did no one tell us this?

@bt_uk Broadband been up and down all morning. Very frustrating when trying to work form home. Then I see BT engineers in the box up the road. Don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but it certainly explains the outages.

@bt_uk been trying to get hold of you guys using live chat since last Thursday and it keeps saying no agents available and only to call if urgent. My query isn’t urgent but could do with someone helping? Why is chat never available?
