I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

Sad that the only way I might get to speak to someone at @bt_uk to sort my issue out is to do an online complaint. Phoning is rubbish - keep being cut off, wait for ages and then have to explain again. Cut me off when I ask for escalation. Sad that BT are so poor at customer care

@bt_uk hi we have an engineer that should come today but still no update on which time (only the time slot given nothing since) and the website is showing that the engineer visit is complete which isn’t the case. Could you help please? Thanks

@bt_uk Can some person at BT explain to your customers what BT intend to do with the disaster called cloud update. when will it be repaired and why not test it before it has been released. Seems BT are quick to charge but slow to repair

@bones633 @bt_uk I get 0mbps from Virgin because there's no cables here for miles and Virgin said they aren't going to lay them. At least BT could be arsed to put cables down here.

@bt_uk had a fibre connection date of the 10th, but it has been inexplicably moved back to the 24th? We’re installing ourselves, why is it taking 5 weeks to post a router out to us and turn our service on?!?

@bt_uk I have ended up having to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and get a full refund from my last bill so no I didn't get the help I needed for this matter
