  @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

  @bt_uk another fail. Not only could you not connect internet to my house for nearly 2 months, your hubs r so faulty they barely pick up signal & crash regularly. From 2 places in the U.K. Ryan in Belfast from ur CS team is the only good thing you have #badcustomerservice #badbt

  Find it ridiculous that I can’t cancel my @bt_uk order today (because I’ve changed my mind about BT) but I can cancel it tomorrow if I refuse the engineer today?! I appreciate its last minute but surely better to not have an engineer come here in the first place?

  @BBCWatchdog thousands of @skytv customers are unable to download TV programmes to their Sky boxes for over a month. Sky blamed @bt_uk for this and have not officially admitted there is an issue despite the Sky help forums being full of threads reporting an issue and

  @bt_uk Which then proceeded to cause issues. If I had done this myself I would understand, but do not believe this is the case. Are you able to retired a phone call (if recorded) so you can verify I am not at fault and was instructed by the CSA. Thanks 2/2

  The wifi controls for @bt_uk are utterly useless completely fail to work. Rebooted reinstalled and no guidance anywhere.
