    I would just like to thank @btcare for their helpfulness during these hard times for business......Broadband been down for two days of Ascot......no chance of taking a bet for our second busiest week of the year....workmen trying to fix problem now gone home for the day (3:30 pm)

    @bt_uk Another day and another 24hrs without internet from @bt_uk. Oh, and did the advisor contact me as soon as possible as indicated in their last message? No, of course they didn't. Appalling customer service. Counting the days until my new service provider comes on line.

    @bt_uk My FTTP is fine, phone line via the FTTP line seems of poor quality. Caller display shows active on previous bill and showed active on the "order" for digital voice, but isn't active.
