@bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

@bt_uk Don't worry about it I've solved the problem myslef, and I've been told I can't change the account name even though I've paid for it for 6 years, I don't live with my sister who originally organised it and I always change my package without any issue but hey ho!!!

Hi @bt_uk, I have used btcloud almost since it started, with 50GB, I pay for extra 50GB. Its now 1T, which is excellent, I would like to remove the extra 50GB, but I can't!! Your call CENTRE said that it can only be done by the app or Web gui, which have no option for it. WTF?
