Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

@bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare
