I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

The CPI+3.9% isn’t good as you *never* increase the base cost for new customers, if anything it goes down, like it did today!

I had an engineer twice that was booked for me to be switched to Fibre Optic Broadband and it never happened and the BT software was saying that I had Fibre Optic Broadband and another software was saying I had copper Broadband.

Alan Sabatino (@AlanSabatino) reported@bt_uk Just done an update for BT sport on the ps5 and now the app won't load any videos at all. Just gives me a black screen. BT sport still works fine on my phone and tablet so something is wrong with the ps5 version. Can you help??
