Massive thanks and respect to the two @bt_uk engineers who braved horrible weather to finally get my phone line installed this morning. They were great. Now the wait for broadband activation.

@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

@bt_uk I was promised a call last night between 17:00 and 19:00 and no call came - basic customer service would dictate that if you promise a call, you call.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

Made the mistake of paying the PPV fee for McGregor's last fight - won't do that tonight. Below average card (main event aside) they know people will buy it anyway for McGregor. @btsport promised me UFC was part of my package when I signed up, so they can go **** themselves.

@btsportufc @btsport so I've paid for UFC PPV tonight. If I try to login to BT Sport it says no active subscription (I don't usually have BT Sport) if I install and open BT Sport Box Office it says "not available in your area" I'm in the UK?
