I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

I phoned 195 & was hung up on twice when explaining the problem. Utter disgrace.

What BT don't tell you is that their service will never ever run at the "guaranteed speed" and you'll most likely go days without any service at all. 2 days and counting here, trying to run a business, no contact from BT at all.

You texted to say you AIM to fix by midnight on the 9th November! No you need to sort this now in the next 4 hours.
