Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”
