Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I received no communications from BT to advise it had been cancelled and if I had not called last night would still not know

Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported@bt_uk last 3 days my broadband has been very slow. Only getting around 11mbps. And sometimes as low a 4mbps. Have restarted router. But hasn't helped. Have run bt speed checker and it says only 16mbps is coming into the house.
