    @bt_uk after the rude, stuck up, arrogant useless person I spoke to in the week. Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

    2 times been out to broadband.. this time can’t even be arsed turn up after another afternoon waiting in absolutely pathetic can’t even get through on the phone after 38 minutes .. direct message no reply.. absolutely shocking customer service @BTCare 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

    @bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

    @bt_uk not happy with your customer service today! I placed an order online and price on confirmation email states £20 extra! I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk how do I make a complaint ? Bt have annoyed I'm not happy also I need you to find out how many months are left on my contract for broadband has I will be looking to move suppliers after reading what I have read today ( Thursday )

    @bt_uk I have a family member who’s having a terrible time with your broadband service. Were told someone from BT would call, asked for them to call landline (which you provide) bc no mobile signal... but BT called mobile number so couldn’t get through! They’ve had no /slow 1/4

    @bt_uk hi BT, can you please advise? Not a customer but believe contractors may have scratched my car. Customer services ask for acc no. Manage to get through to accounts(?) Who put me on hold then get cut off
