@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@RichCounty27 @bt_uk Unbelievable honestly, we pay for the super fast broadband as we use it for home tv and both for work but am seriously considering moving now - another bloody week with no service and paying a fortune to run a hot spot thru my phone

  • rubyrockcake111
Jo (@rubyrockcake111) reported from Barry, Wales

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @BBCXRay @skytv No Broadband, no landline no downloads, no catchup etc, for 6 weeks. Every week it’s a different excuse. This week lightening strike! I’m getting really fed up. Please someone help.🤯

@bt_uk How about you just provide the service we’re paying for…

  • RedhillsAnnie
Pauline Lomax (@RedhillsAnnie) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

  • speedupdating
Nick Speed (@speedupdating) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@seimon76 @privilegecafe_ @DC_Wales Try the #DevicesDotNow campaign from @futuredotnowuk which we have been supporting at @bt_uk - with devices going to @Online_Centres - longer term, it may be worth considering joining the network - pob lwc. #digitalinclusion

  • DaveBStDW
Dave Bowden (@DaveBStDW) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. I’m paying full price for freeview! I demand compensation and a quick resolve as this is just embarrassing for @bt_uk

  • TheExiledRobin
The Exiled Robin (@TheExiledRobin) reported from Llantrisant, Wales

If it wasn’t bad enough watching this it’s made so much worse with this TV coverage. Please never let BT Sport have cricket again 😩 @btsport #ashes @Channel7

  • ryanprice1927
Ryan Price (@ryanprice1927) reported from Llantwit Fardre, Wales

Time to cancel @SkySports and @btsport as I am funding this bollox. £80 million ffs. Better centre halves in the Rhondda

  • crfc1876
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • johnsey80
Steve Johns (@johnsey80) reported from Cardiff, Wales

I'm not a @bt_uk customer but spoke to Payel via their chat service today to help my sister out. Above and beyond customer service, a credit to the company. Thank you Payel & BT

  • darth_noga
Noga Fett (@darth_noga) reported from Barry, Wales

Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

  • cosmickx
🔮 ᴄᴏꜱᴍɪᴄᴋ ᴍɪsᴀ || (@cosmickx) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk is there an internet and landline outage in Cardiff, Wales? Our phone is dead and our internet keeps making a noise and switching itself off

  • jaisullivan
Jai Sullivan (@jaisullivan) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

  • iainmspillane
anfänglichinteressantesaberunterwältigendeslied (@iainmspillane) reported from Grangetown Community, Wales

@btsport Having a few audio issues with the commentary here. A few words are getting garbled and I can’t understand most of what they’re saying. Can you ask Fletcher to take his tongue out of Messi’s arse and that should clear it all up?

  • murfilicious
Chris Murphy (@murfilicious) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk I am still having issues yes, someone at EE is currently investigating whether or not I have the package on my contract (I do)

  • ferch_Cenydd
Hadley 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺☠️🌈 (@ferch_Cenydd) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btbusinesscare Oh, you have no idea how much patience I’ve had to excercise with BT for a few years. Improvements seem to made though, sensible call staff recognising a problem straight off, competent engineer sent ASAP. Just need to sort out recurring problem with local telegraph pole!

  • Npteggchaser
Darren Little (@Npteggchaser) reported from Victoria, Wales

@bt_uk having trouble with our home broadband. Have followed your advice on texting a number, but no reply & still the same. Also, can't access own account either, even after pin number for resetting password. Can you please assist? Is there any phone number I can ring? Thanks.

  • srp0000

Premiership coverage is so much better on @btsport than @SkySportsPL at the moment, more polished, better interviews, less stupid playground style questions by pundits.

  • MrAndyMich
    Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported

@bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.

  • RaeRubyRaeK
    RaeRubyRae (@RaeRubyRaeK) reported

@bt_uk You do sell customer info and I can prove it! So I can’t use the app unless I give you my mobile number is that what you’re telling me? There’s no other option?

  • brian_mcbride1
    Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported

@TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.

  • Caldale58
    CM (@Caldale58) reported

@bt_uk is there ever a day when your products actually work for a whole day. If it's not the unstable app continually throwing you out, it's accessing MyBT. Why does anyone stay with you. Totally exasperated again.

  • ScottWeller1974
    Scott Weller (@ScottWeller1974) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I am trying to access my bill but have been receiving the message "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment, We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later" for the past 24 hours. Can you please assist.

  • stratfordmark

@bt_uk Ok but as a customer that's been highly inconvenienced by @BT why dont you call me or send an email to me and we can discuss compensation? Why is it up to me to do the legwork?

  • simboman
    Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported

@brian_mcbride1 @bt_uk That's similar experience to my 90 year old mother's complaint about digital switchover and contract renewal. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
