@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • NYR_Jugs88 Christian Nehls (@NYR_Jugs88) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

Let’s hope the UK market won’t tolerate the greed from @btsport and let’s hope that the ratings were poor. #GreedyBTsports

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

  • crfc1876 Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor You should be ashamed writting that, no sports coverage due to most serious situation we are likely to face in peace time and you want to charge 😱😱😱 On the poor service list you go for when this is over...

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Alex_Jan_London Alexander Jan (@Alex_Jan_London) reported

@bt_uk Thanks @bt_uk. Your colleagues are going to have their work cut out. Most BT phone boxes in my part of central London are in such a terrible state. They are used as toilets, for drug taking and exploiting vulnerable women. But do ask them to get in touch. Thanks. Alex

  • KB2021HFC KBS (@KB2021HFC) reported

@bt_uk 7 days my wifi has been down, phoned every day to get the same **** excuse. Trying to run a business from here too. Absolute abysmal customer service. Yer a fraud.

  • dxjohnston D Johnston (@dxjohnston) reported

@bt_uk Everything got sorted, the issue was that using my phone trying to access the live chat it wasn’t working but managed to get through on the laptop

  • lazza_10 Kev Laz (@lazza_10) reported

@bt_uk Are there broadband issues in the Ashby De La Zouch are of Leicestershire? Ping is over 1000 ms download speed is 0.16Mbps upload speed 0.65Mbps. Can you have a look pls. Had same issue 2 weeks ago, then returned to normal after 36 hours!

  • BonesAddict84 A Foster (@BonesAddict84) reported

@bt_uk Yes my partner is and I'm using his log in and created a BT Shop login with his details but still couldnt get it to work. I'm guessing they all sold out yesterday.

  • ALThomasMD Annemarie Lewis Thomas (@ALThomasMD) reported

.@bt_uk incase you hadn't noticed a LOT of people are still working from home. Don't you think that you should notify customers if you're going to 'upgrade' their line, and mention that that means that they'll be without the internet for several hours?? #WTF

  • KatrinaHearn katrina hearn (@KatrinaHearn) reported

@bt_uk I’m wondering why my nan who lives alone is still waiting for 3 weeks for someone to repair her wires for her internet, twice they have been out and looked at the main outside connection, when it’s an indoor problem not once have they knocked on her door

  • efgbricklayer Clive May (@efgbricklayer) reported

@bt_uk Why is my BT emails so slow at peak times? Its been like this for a few days now What's the point of superfast broadband if it takes an age for emails to load up?

  • mjb8028 Mark Bush (@mjb8028) reported

@bt_uk Well it’s still not back… it came back briefly for about an hour (as above) and hasn’t been back on since. I’m guessing that job was “completed” so since it went down again we’re back to square one with openreach so potentially looking at the remaining week and into next

  • lazza_10 Kev Laz (@lazza_10) reported

@bt_uk Have done. No known issues in your area. Like I said, it happened on 30/12/21 and lasted a day and a half, then it was fine. Ive done all the standard stuff, still no joy.
