@Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

  • Natalieball1984 NATALIE BALL 🛡️ (@Natalieball1984) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk absolutely appalling customer service to my mum who had shielded since March 2020! She can't use BT sports anymore and BT are saying £130+ to remove it!! She doesn't have any money! She is stressed, immune compromised and BT drop this on her! Shameful!

  • darth_noga Noga Fett (@darth_noga) reported from Barry, Wales

Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

  • Smilers_Coffee Rich M (@Smilers_Coffee) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

  • ippyfuzion Leon Ip (@ippyfuzion) reported from Newport, Wales

@bt_uk No known issue. Since there was BT van outside my home doing some sort of upgrade on the copper wires of the area. Internet been very poor. Already replaced router twice. When gaming on PC with ethernet cable plug in and someone makes a WhatsApp call my ping spikes to 500ms!

  • RebIrvine Rebecca Irvine (@RebIrvine) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. The estimated fix date goes up weekly. Ideas?

  • martzreed1975 Martz (@martzreed1975) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport @btsportfootball what I would change in football. Cancel injury time and adopt rugby rules. Clock stops at half time and fulltime and whistle blows when ball out of play.

  • julianevans11 Julian Evans 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@julianevans11) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk If you provided the service I’m paying for I wouldn’t have to use my mobile data. I’m meant to be working from home tonight and tomorrow night. Do you want to tell my boss I can’t because I don’t have sufficient internet access??

  • Gavinallen Gavin Allen (@Gavinallen) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

  • cymruchris Chris Griffiths 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@cymruchris) reported from Church Village, Wales

@bt_uk I've just released I'm being charged for a sim that I asked to be disconnected months ago. Can you help please?

  • Hanlccook Han🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Hanlccook) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?

  • GhGriff27 Gavin (@GhGriff27) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport I can't access my bt sport app. I pay for "Large Screen" on my phone to cast to my tv but have not been able to use it. Please help.

  • jaisullivan Jai Sullivan (@jaisullivan) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

  • TheReverendNess Ness (@TheReverendNess) reported

Wondering when @bt_uk will be fixing the bug in their set top boxes that causes them to blank the screen after rewinding a channel and catching back up to live TV. 15 seconds later the screen goes off and you have to change the channel to get it back on. Bad start to my service

  • MattIPv4 Matt Cowley 🎃 (@MattIPv4) reported

@bt_uk Nah, looks like y'all just had a blip yesterday, and it looks like all y'all's help pages are back working too now. :)

  • RanbirRai87 Ranbir Rai (@RanbirRai87) reported

@bt_uk Disgraceful service. Communicated and committed Fibre would be live 12th October. After thier initial mistake from installation. Still not live past 12th October. No communication or update provided as to why not!

  • Mark__Eadie Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported

Got to say that when the @skytv Q box needs to be reset, it takes a ridiculous amount of time and ridiculous efforts to do it. We are out of contract with them and will now go back to @bt_uk. The offer is not a lot better but both the system set up and customer support ARE.

  • JimJMcInally Jim McInally (@JimJMcInally) reported

@btsport Any chance of Jake correcting his mis-information comment from earlier, when he did that Rangers had never lost a competitive match by six goals before. Perhaps he should ask Ally McCoist!

  • itbothersyou_ adrian (@itbothersyou_) reported

  • sarah_church sarah (@sarah_church) reported

  • Jay84uk Jamie (@Jay84uk) reported

@bt_uk Hi, Ok it's now a long time since I highlighted this and it's still not resolved. The bill in question is due tomorrow and I'm concerned that this issue will affect my remortgage application due to an error on your part!

  • MJMHamill Matthew Hamill (@MJMHamill) reported

@bt_uk I'm just over ½ way through a 24 month SIM-only mobile contract and want to cancel. The website says I would have to pay off the full remaining 10 months of service on a *SIM-only* plan. Meaning I'd be paying for 10 months of service that I'm not using. Is this correct?
