@bt_uk funny how you are supplying data to the nhs workers yet unable to help us switch from you to another provider in the designated time leaving our 15,500 patients unable to get through to us during the pandemic, when they need us most #rumneyprimarycarecentre

  • Statto1927 Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, Wales

Commentator on this match just apologised if any Portuguese speakers are hearing any “fruity” language as can hear players clearly. Going to be a nightmare for @SkySports @btsport commentators when UK football restarts. Will be continually apologising for bad language 🤬

  • DjGiggsy Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Why is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage

@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense

  • Br1tt3n Mathew Britten (@Br1tt3n) reported

@bt_uk technical support is just empty promises and misleading reassurances. No internet for 8 days now and been told each day - an engineer has been assigned it will be fixed by the end of the day. 8 times I have heard that now and still no closer to resolving the issue.

  • ryan_toon Ryan Ennis (@ryan_toon) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@smckay1058 @bt_uk Would you like me to speak with BT and get this issue sorted for you Steven?

  • moza90 Rich M (@moza90) reported

@bt_uk you seem to have cut our complete home broadband off this morning. Nobody will reply to chat etc. checking online says your looking at a fault with a Saturday resolution. Is this a joke?

  • sebanandwani Seba014 ♐️ (@sebanandwani) reported

@ESPNFC Idk if you lot are reporters, or just a bunch of neanderthals speaking about how Man U are poor and have been poor since Ferguie left. Seems very byass to me. Anyways @btsport and @SkySportsPL do a better job at acc reporting

  • CaseyBarlass Casey Barlass (@CaseyBarlass) reported

  • MrMercator Rob Greenfield (@MrMercator) reported

@bt_uk your website for retail customers is rubbish, impossible to cancel selected TV services or make a complaint online from my account, it asks to call but I just want to do it online should take 3 mins I’ve wasted nearly half an hour, will definitely be leaving #complaint

  • ScottNi69579814 Scott Nixon (@ScottNi69579814) reported

@bt_uk I have had zero landline since August 4th, multiple times told it will be fix to no avail. My appointment today with an engineer which I was told to wait in for has been cancelled without my knowledge!! WTF IS GOING ON???

  • BenchSue The cats mother (@BenchSue) reported

@bt_uk You have left my sister in law living in the depths of the countryside with no mobile signal without a landline for 2 weeks. Despite numerous calls to yourselves and broken promises the problem remains unresolved. How can this be acceptable? #appalling

  • Wirksworth_TM T'Owd Man (@Wirksworth_TM) reported

@bt_uk @Tweharrison An ISP who doesn’t know when a connection goes down? Sorry James, it’s not your fault. But wow, that’s terrible. (I used to run an ISP and we would contact customers about trouble before they lost connection).

  • weezie472 Louise Cliff 💙 (@weezie472) reported

@bt_uk been told its because Open Reach haven't closed down the job, but they say they have. Then BT tell me it can take 24 hours for it to show as closed on your system. But it's over that now. Now apparently there is a fault on the network but can't be reported or fixed til job closed
