@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk @Ofcom The whole point is that it’s a text service. But I’m going to have to sit in a queue to first to someone when the process is supposed to be instant.

@bt_uk It’s not that the service isn’t working at the moment it’s the fact that there was a line and now there isn’t. We wanted to know why it wouldn’t be put back and why an engineer climbed on our roof to cut the cable?

@bt_uk URGENT HELP NEEDED My vulnerable parents called to advise an upcoming change of address and you mistakenly cut them off right away. They are in mid 80's both had strokes, living remote Exmoor and need internet & phone BACK on immediately! Being told nothing can be done!
