What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

I have had the worst most difficult experience. 4 weeks without internet and failed promises only to be let down again.

Johno (@PapaStrider) reported@bt_uk anyone thinking of getting a Ring doorbell to use with BT wi-fi, don’t bother. They’re not compatible. Our electrician couldn’t get it to work so I asked BT for help, which they agreed. Then an angry person called to say it won’t work & they won’t help.

I've ended up calling back, 1 hour call to BT resulted in another failed order & being asked to call back Monday. Access service point failure, which was translated as the offer that was promoted isn't valid. 4 hrs so far. @Ofcom acceptable/happy?

Martyn Cox (@Blackthorncox) reported@bt_uk Please can you help us. After 2 fibre lines, 2 visits from engineers, 2 routers, lots of calls to you, we still have no phone. We are now getting very fed up with your advanced digital phone, it doesnt talk to the hub (s). Its now getting ridiculous.
