@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

Called @bt_uk as bills going up by RPI PLUS 4% because they can. Back to their bad old ways with bad deals & customer screwing. Their 'offer' was to increase bill by MORE than RPI + lock me in till 2025🤬Any way to cancel the 9 months on contract? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

@bt_uk I am very frustrated with your service. Engineer booked for Monday 27th February never turned up. Technician book for a call on Tuesday never phoned!!!

@bt_uk @artsmithdrums 14.3% increase is disgraceful and thankfully less than 12 months and I’ll be moving as like this customer it won’t be forgotten.
