@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

Day 10 of no internet @bt_uk ....3 times the engineer just hasn't arrived for a booked appointment. Call centre staff have been brill...rest of the system- broken. Will your engineer arrive on Monday so we can work and my kids can attend school remotely?..not holding my breath!

@bt_uk I don’t understand why everyone who has problems has left it until they see an ad to **** the company off. If you have issues, contact them directly and sort it out. It ain’t difficult. Oh, and yes, I do have a perfectly good BT service.

@bt_uk BT will never call back as always calls end up with different CS member. And when fault is BT then will pass buck to BT fiber. Just like this tweet response pass the buck. Fake promises of refunds. Its after 30days of poor service not 24hrs.
