Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk hi bt I need a contact number that can help me with a complaint. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

Just watching women’s super league football on BTSport2. Was surprised (& very disappointed) when 20 odd mins into the 1st half BTSport left the game & showed a full set of adverts! Tell me @btsportfootball do you ever interrupt a men’s top level match to show adverts?? 😡

@Waltham_Bear @bt_uk Clause 127.1 of @bt_uk agreement, titled “got you by the short & curlys” says you can’t leave, even when they breach contract by failing to provide the service. If you went to a restaurant and they dropped your steak 4 times on the way to you, would u be expected to pay 🤔
