Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk I've got an engineer booked. But I have no confidence they'll fix the problem. As this has been ongoing ever since I have had BT Internet. When does does it get to the point I can cancel the contract due to you not providing a suitable service?

@bt_uk Ok I will..but in my opinion you should be getting into these companies that are causing your customers problems. It's not good enough. They, not you, should be giving us some compensation for this inconvenience.

Bloody @bt_uk broadband and landline has gone down. BT Bot tells me it’s a network issue. Anyone else in the Upton area of @ShitChester having similar problems?

@bt_uk No I fully appreciate that. But I've been with BT for years. Never had a problem until all this super fibre installation has started. It's very frustrating to say the least. So why do I have to be inconvenienced because of outside influences. It's not the service I pay for.

@Ofcom regulate poor practices @EE is doing. Ordered an extra sim contract with add on BT sport for big screen. EE confirms order, next day sends text needs to confirm some details, call in & been told they will remove the BTsport add on to add it in the app to pay more for it!

@bt_uk My internet has been disconnecting randomly at times and the reconnecting which is very annoying. It disconnects for about 20 seconds then reconnects for like 40 minutes then repeats the process. Help would be appreciated.
