@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@OpenreachHelp BT have said the earliest is 22nd march but this has cause my family so much problem. Without a connection since march 3rd. Old service cut off and its @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp fault. My kids cant do home schooling. Wife cant log on even though she is key worker&I'm losing income

@bt_uk when I joined your advisor told me you are a premium service thats why it's worth paying a little more. Couldn't be more wrong wish I had stayed with previous provider as they could provide a strong signal thru the whole house. Disappointed
