@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@JohnWLewis @bt_uk @GiganetUK Based on my experience, I'd strongly advise you to look elsewhere unless you're a fan of intermittent "no route to host" errors and being stuck behind CGNAT with no inbound access from the internet side.

@bt_uk I was speaking to Connor in Newcastle and he cut me off. Why is it so hard to get decent customer service from you? You’ve been overcharging for 3 months and there’ll be another bill tomorrow. You can’t keep taking this money.

As an indication of how slow our @bt_uk connection is today, it took 3 minutes 12 seconds from entering my gmail address and the password page loading. We have a 32Mbps contractual guarantee and it is currently 240Kbps. This kind of staggeringly bad service was why we left Sky.

@bt_uk I was hoping to set the app up to watch the MotoGP race tomorrow since I won’t see it but it’s asking me to use my BT ID when I’ve got BT Sport through virgin media. Is there any way I can login using my virgin ID?

Got a subscription to @btsport and it's been working fine for months. Now suddenly they are demanding that I log in and when I do so, I'm not recognised. Frustration and rage. My bloke missed the rugby after an exhausting day at the Farmers' Market and in the lambing shed. Bad.

Here we go again. A rural north devon community without broadband over the weekend. @bt_uk and @BTSopenreach giving different residents different dates and times for getting the issue fixed. Frustrating and ridiculous 😡😤
