@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk Then I’d like to cancel my membership and get a refund as when I was registering it said I can watch all games. It didn’t highlight that some will not be available through tv and some only on mobile devices.

So a scottish 'proffesional' football club openly states that it cannot guarantee the safety of two @btsportfootball @btsport pundits, (from their own fans we can only assume?) In 2021 in Scotland? This is acceptable? What a horrible club.

@bt_uk Fault Dee. Broadband was working then suddenly stopped. Receiving updates every few days but no clearer as to what problem is or when it will be resolved. We have been given a data hot-spot but connectivity is a bit hit and miss and it doesn't give us the coverage we need.

@BBCchrismclaug @btsport @policescotland Does this mean that they are not going to let any Celtic players into the stadium in future for security reasons, or others that they don't like. If they are not going to operate as all others then fine them, cancel tv coverage and if need be their games.
