@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk hi bt I need a contact number that can help me with a complaint. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap

@btsport massively disappointed, I ordered BT sport pay monthly on my broadband account expecting to be able to watch it on my TV within 48 hours. Some really frustrating conversations with your support £25 down and 2 weeks later still no BT sport on the TV. #cryforhelp

BT cut off my 84-year-old disabled Grandma's phone line accidentally, so she was literally in isolation. Now they are not giving her her old number back so no-one can ring her. Keep saying they will but have not yet. Would appreciate help ASAP @bt_uk
