    @bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

    @bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

    @bt_uk Can you help my switch over to BT was messed up and I now have now have no internet. I was told that that would receive a mini modem to use while the issue was sorted out this should have been delivered on Sunday by DPD but it hasn’t arrived.

    @Saz_Logue @bt_uk I have seen a delivery from BT shrink wrapped in same package delivered by courier - containing Smart Hub 2 & BT Pro box (x2) on a few occasions. I asked customer how come they have two Pro Boxes. Their usual reply was because they asked for two.

    @bt_uk I’ve called three times in the last week as my contract is ending, wait times always at least 30 mins. Terrible service! Your loss is @skytv gain (and they are £15pm cheaper)

    @bt_uk @dancresswell01 No not sorted, you were supposedto get this sorted by tomorrow. All i get is message from "trevor" saying same thing, they have done all that was requested,and it's still not working. Why are you wasting our time? Incompetent service received do you not know how to fix problem??

    @bt_uk my broadband been down since Friday 07/10. Engineer booked for today but cancelled citing strikes, but @OpenreachHelp engineers aren't on strike today. I work from & self-employed...why is the engineer apptment cancelled today- not acceptable to play with people's lives???

    @bt_uk do you have an email address for complaints? I have spent about 3 hours on hold to various departments since last Friday and have had no resolution to my issue.

    @bt_uk having some real issues with high ping and random speed drops eg. 0.4mbps download - can you take a look please? The ping is the big issue.
