@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@btsport app on PS5 is so ****, always buffering then failing, every other device works fine with my internet, even when connected to a LAN cable it's the same

I find it incredibly frustrating that I can’t use the @btsport app when I pay for the service via my @virginmedia subscription. At least the @SkySports app allows you to login using your Virgin Media account details.
