@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk joined BT 24 oct when moved into new flat. Fault with ONT box. Had 6 appointments engineers haven’t shown up for & 3 that have been cancelled because my service is “fixed” even though nobody has been near my flat to change the ONT box. Ridiculous and frustrating service 😠

I was rather excited at seeing @HyperopticCS running fibre optic a cable to the telephone pole that services my home. Less excited as in doing so they’ve taken out phone services for three streets! Hopefully @bt_uk via @OpenreachHelp can fix the fault ASAP

Absolute shambles @bt_uk endless delays for broadband installation after nobody showed up to their engineer appointment. Waiting days and days just to be able to rebook the date for installation, never mind someone showing up. Issues dragging into a next week.

@bt_uk The point is it didn’t need an aerial but the engineer was wrong and had obv not had the correct training or info. Pretty bad really.

DO NOT TRUST @bt_uk AS FAR AS YOU CAN THROW THEM. CHECK @bt_uk AREN'T FLEECING YOU!!!! BT continue to fleece a pair of terminally ill pensioners. FOR 3 YEARS (!!!!!) where they have originally mis-sold to them and now are failing to deal with the problem.

@bt_uk How about stopping fleecing my terminally ill parents that you've been doing for 3 years. NOw it's taken me over a month to try to get a resolution but your useless customer service team do nothing and say they've called me when they haven't. COMPLETE JOKE> Don't trust BT

@bt_uk had two engineers in the past 3 weeks come and “fix” my #BT internet, which constantly loses service and flashes orange for extended periods of time. Outrageous. Worst internet provider ever. Do not use.
