@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

You might think that @bt_uk would want to keep you as a customer, but instead they offer you a maximum of 74mbps full fibre for close to twice the price you were paying on a new 24 month contract and blocking you from signing up to a 4x faster service for less money

Just got off the phone to #bt_uk and couldn’t be more disappointed with poor customer service after upgrading broadband to fibre, had nothing but trouble with the upgrade, taking 2 months to switch, endless problems still dropping out coverage, slow speeds, thanks @bt_uk
