@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

Hi @btsport why is the feed and picture quality so poor for the Gloucester v Leicester game. Really poor to pay and not be able to get a good picture from the BT box.

@bt_uk Signed up for fibre. Previous system US. BT suggest hybrid device as interim. 3 hybrids, 2 hubs, and 6 calls to help line later, can't make any of it it work! Call today... 'Oh, it won't work until your full fibre is connected in 2 weeks time!' Arghhhh!

Anybody else having broadband problems today? @bt_uk just got problems solved. No sport again. Not a happy chappy. WiFi dropping out. Rubbish really. Can understand if it is atmospheric problems but in that case an announcement would be good.

@bt_uk I live in BS39 when can I expect the broadband to be working again. I understand there is a major outage
