Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@RebeccaAnneByr1 @bt_uk When you place an order for service with BT or any other supplier, you order is accepted subject to survey. Delays are not visible to the person taking your order, it’s only when the engineer tries to carry out the work it becomes an issue. You will get 1/2

My transfer to @bt_uk was not without issues but that was more down to @WeAreOpenreach and their obfuscation but now it’s complete I appreciate how poor @virginmedia was. The television is sharper and the internet is better. Thank you BT.
