Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

Someone explain to me how it is customer centric for @btsport to hold the rights to #LIVLEE but decide not to show it because of the #ucl clash, yet @SkySports can only broadcast it in full at 90 mins! It’s a joke - either show the game or let someone else. #Fansfirst

@bt_uk hi BT, I recently discovered that BT continued to charge me for months after I moved to Sky. I called to complain and was waiting for bt to phone me back. No one ever did and they closed the complaint. I was charged 600 pounds over 9 months despite returning the BT box
