@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk After waiting for nearly half an hour, I managed to speak to someone. But the fact that I have to wait until the 4th of January to get the connection enabled is quite poor. Especially for a new customer account and cos BT chose a telegraph pole which is miles from my house
