@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

My @bt_uk Broadband down. Again. Can't use it to work from home. Again. Openreach unavailable until next week. Again. I live 25 miles from Scotland's biggest city. Why is fibre not available? Didn't @theSNP promise it would be Scotland-wide by now? So fed up with this country.

@bt_uk Still no internet or response to my previous Tweet. Been down since Friday afternoon. An ad has just been on tv for BT unbreakable internet which is laughable. Why is it taking so long to fix? Is it being fixed remotely or at an exchange near my home?
