@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Thank you for the BT mini hub. It arrived yesterday. But it seems the 4G signal here isn't strong enough for it. If junction box is fixed on Tuesday that will have been 9 days with no internet service. Will there be some refund ?

@bt_uk Was set to move to FTTH on 21st May and early morning they cut my FTTC connection even before the Fibre ONT was installed and later found an issue with fibre install. Now without broadband and assured copper will work next day. Empty promises, worst company to deal with
