What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.
