    @bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

    @bt_uk I understand the issue. The Bt exchange in Bangor had a fire last night. Apart from going onto local Facebook groups or North Wales Daily Post there seems to be a complete absence on social media from Bt, EE - TalkTalk posted a few updates (although not accurate)

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk hi your engineers were in my village a week ago today and have disconnected my line and reconnected me to the wrong exchange leaving me with no broadband TV mobile phone (very poor signal area) BT have done nothing.

    @bt_uk Seems like you aren’t sorry to hear this as once again you are ignoring me and not responding to messages. Shame on you @bt_uk leaving an elderly and vulnerable lady with no phone service for days on end and unable to contact anyone for help.

    @bt_uk This is my PlayStation4! It’s on all my computers all the time. Everything takes upwards of 12 hours to download. If you look at my history, I’ve had the same issue for over 6 months now :(
