@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

Hopefully (this time) my new equipment from @bt_uk will arrive on 2nd March. If not, I’ll need to look elsewhere. There must be other suppliers with better customer services and internal systems that work.

Is it only me who thinks why fernandinho never gets Red Card. People say it's cynical fouls. At least thr will be 4-5 fouls whr he goes without notice, if it was from any other team he won't last a single game. @premierleague #PL #PLFANS @SkySportsPL #ManCity @btsport
