    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

    Hey @bt_uk I'm trying to work out if I can have my BT tv in more than one room at a time, but I don't seem to get the option to add "extra room" despite having a fast enough internet. Any help?

    @btbusinesscare I'm not wasting any more of my time or money with your company. You've cost me over £1000 and 10 hours of my time that I'll never get back. But your potential customers should be warned of the shocking way they'll be treat in the future. #AVOID

    @bt_uk why is it the maximum home broadband speed you can offer me is 45mbps gone down by 5mbps in 2 years yet I can get 150mbps on your 5g mobile network is there any point in keeping my home broadband with you when I could be paying less and getting a better service

    @bt_uk Interesting there is no mention of dealing with Openreach when you are trying to identify and organise the work required on your property to fix BT's damage but once there is a problem suddenly BT has no responsibility. #BTDONTCARE

    @bt_uk Okay I can see that. Thanks. I now need to reconfigure the two accounts I have in the house down to one. Last time i tried this it was a complete nightmare. How do I get to speak to an adviser? I have to say I hate the @BTGroup experience with a vengeance.

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Interesting that BT don’t feel able to communicate with a different branch of BT when there’s an imminent problem… It would be like you telling the patient to call a urologist from theatre if there was a problem you needed one of us for instead of you calling yourself… V odd

    @bt_uk I’ve reported it and apparently you can’t fix until Monday- which personally I think just isn’t good enough… not that it’s your fault thank you anyway for reaching out 🙏

    @bt_uk 3 times now Ash, now using my data. To follow instructions on app. Still getting nowhere, light on *** is blue but service is out of range.

    @bt_uk cs is the worst Iv ever experienced. Took an extra £113 out of my account for ‘unreturned’ equipment (not true), then lied to me twice abt refunding after I begged and cried to them bc I have no money to even buy food til they refund me #heartless #terrible #wheresmymoney
