@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp - no Internet for 3 weeks, and 2 engineer appointments where they just haven’t turned up. Unfathomably useless.

@bt_uk have to be the worst company I’ve ever been with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’ve been with them for just under two months and I’ve had about 50+ issues already. not a great service the staff are extremely unhelpful over the phone. and the broadband 💩

@bt_uk @luisaomielan Sounds like you had incorrect info given to you by them the first time Luisa. Hopefully the above reply can help get you sorted. I sympathise. I had crappy service with a provider & it was so stressful getting it sorted. Xx
