@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

Don’t you love it when the BT engineer who comes to fix your internet up to the speed we’re paying for actually makes it worse. Then the engineer booked today to make it workable doesn’t turn up. Grr. Lesson prep is going to be interesting. @bt_uk

@bt_uk Just wanted to make sure they repaired our connection after it was damaged a few months back whilst they were working on someone else's repair (thankfully wife caught them up before leaving in that incident)
