@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk No i have not but stuck in a bit of a dilemma. I cannot afford to be without internet for two days because of work and 4 year old. If their engineer visit fixes stuff on 2nd then i may have to cancel and hope the service is fine for next 18 months.

@bt_uk LISA! Every single adviser is telling me this! Never ever happen. Confirm this complaint is still open and a manager has accessed the complaint/account since last time we spoke 1 or 2 weeks ago.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp 2 weeks ago you came to my house to fit fibre&caused thousands of pounds worth of damage by bursting a pipe under my floor.I'm still waiting for a phonecall back& replies 2 my emails(I've rang over 10 times now!)If I owed you £££s it'd be a different story!

@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk issues returned last week and another @OpenreachHelp engineer came out and this time bypasses the existing internal wiring with a new cable from the junction box to a new socket. My connection is STILL dropping out! 😤🤬

@bt_uk Your forum moderator suggested a fix by end of Feb. We are past that with no fix. This is becoming ridiculous. Remember we pay for this and it is a part of the BT Broadband proposition

@bt_uk This is indeed a horrible company to deal with. You must cancel your direct debit immediately you decide to leave BT. They tell you they will refund you easier if you leave your direct debit in place. Lies, I’m still waiting weeks after leaving BT.

@bt_uk @nowtvhelp can you please provide me with an update on the broadband outage in in L8 area on going since last Wednesday. Both now tv (who I have broadband contract with) and bt (who provide the service to now tv) are unable to provide any update/ETA for resolution.
