I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

Obviously due to the weather there are going to be issues, but your website and signal strength checker says there are no issues. The 3 users in this house (2 BT 1EE) all have the same issue so not the phones!?
