@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk Thanks. Just trying to understand that BT are removing the ability to use residential landlines during a power outage to make emergency calls. Seems a retrograde step & one that isn't being highlighted in your info. Also still being charged for a line even after transfer.

@bt_uk @bt_group another day another failure to provide me with the service I’m paying for. Working from 0600-0900 Sunday isn’t ideal but essential due to @bt_uk being unable to provide the broadband I’m paying for. Absolute rubbish service

@bt_uk please help now, this has gone on far too long. Paying too much for this awful wifi. It’s now been flashing amber for the last 6 hours. This has been going on for a month. Had numerous people out, yet it’s still unresolved. This must be fixed now, as it’s getting silly.
