@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk @OfficialIrishFA As soon as my contract is up I'm gunna leave you guys and go @skytv broadband where they offer more mb for my money and hopefully less issues wirh getting coverage in certain parts of my house, need 3 discs with you lot, it's like I own a hotel not a 4 bed new build

@bt_uk Thanks Martin. 1640 - the engineer is finally here. Obviously none of this is his fault, and I'm glad to see him. As long as everyone in charge @bt_uk is happy that 3 months is an acceptable time to wait for service, with two missed appointments on the way.

Why is that every time @bt_uk do work in your street, they inadvertently mess up your phone line..? It was fine this morning and now it’s not and we’ve been told it will be up to five days to fix it which is ridiculous when they probably caused the issue! 😠
