I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

John Nevill (@cortina) reported@bt_uk I've had a an email about my BT TV service. Apparently, you're get getting rid of several channels. I can keep a limited few if I want to pay an extra £12 per month. But I can't see anything about a reduction for taking channels away. Am I missing something?
