@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

.@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently upgraded to Fibre 300 at a discounted price of £39.99. Service went live, now been downgraded as “it was a mistake” and there is no way of honouring the price, despite having it all in writing. Seems poor from a massive company, no?

@bt_uk @BTCare Hi Gareth, Thanks good guess, but there isn't a line for there to be an issue with... we're hoping to connect a new building to the network, and waiting on notification of when they want to do a site visit to price the connection. (and for the router to arrive)

Hello @bt_uk Fibre broadband has not started in my area in Milton Keynes MK10 for few days and when I called they said it may take more than a week. Please look into this asap. What type of problem is this which take 2 weeks to fix?

@bt_uk BT continue to fail at providing good internet whilst also failing to keep their customers happy. If I fail to pay BT, I am held accountable but if BT fail to provide a service it seems to be perfectly fine. It’s outrageous. Nothing is done to get me back online.

@bt_uk I've got a mini-hub coming to tide us over which seemed to be the only solution to get me some sort of connectivity. Pretty disappointing to lose my broadband and TV services for at least a week for absolutely no reason.

@bt_uk It is frustrating yes. Because nobody is actually doing anything about it, other than telling me it’s frustrating. Not only is it frustrating, it is detrimental to my business. I pay for a service in the trust that it will be provided, or at least swiftly sorted out.
