    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk And I don’t think you do realise how frustrating it is. I have had bad service from day one with BT.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No broadband now for 12 hours, no support anywhere .... only BT guarantees broadband in every room? None in any room here

    @BigDuncNo9 @BTGroup @bt_uk It’s sound when your near the hub but if ye go upstairs it just lobs me on 4G. Never had sky like but yeah I’ve heard there terrible. There’s not many is there really

    @bt_uk I couldn't get reliable internet over Ethernet with BT, buffering videos and connection issues in games. Now I'm with Virgin, not had a single issue

    @bt_uk That's BT Sport. Says so on the screen. Every broadband provider except Virgin and Gigaclear use the same cables, connected to the old copper connectors that cause the dropouts. You are basically dissing your own network - the routers can only transmit the signal they receive.

    @bt_uk WiFi is rarely the issue, it's usually poor Internet connection, I've had issues for a long time. Unfortunately, I don't have other providers in my area.

    @BigDuncNo9 @BTGroup @bt_uk I’m with sky and I have to reset the router couple times a day sometimes, I just phone them up and ask them to credit my account due to not providing the service that I signed up for
