@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@NewhamLondon @NathooVickash We have the same issue on harold road e13, are you proposing cameras there too? We have @bt_uk phone boxes where you have human feaces and flytipping at an endemic scale, this section needs a lockdown. Again all reports go nowhere!

@bt_uk Just done an update for BT sport on the ps5 and now the app won't load any videos at all. Just gives me a black screen. BT sport still works fine on my phone and tablet so something is wrong with the ps5 version. Can you help??
