    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

    @bt_uk this is not an issue with the "hub" as it is working fine. Please can you provide an ETA for when we will be able to access your WiFi from our phones again? I don't have a landline number. #btwifi

    @blnode @bt_uk Same here, two Huawei phones in the house with the same issue, but not a bt router. Says no internet, but the internet is working. Odd.

    @_izzykins_ @bt_uk Getting told to check my area now which I have and there's no issues so it seems a bit strange this is happening same time as Facebook outage. How can they not know? Everyone is saying the same thing! Stressed now 😬

    @bt_uk your Internet services are down. Look at the number of people tweeting you. Resetting the hub doesn't work. Hub is connected locally but no Internet connection. Can we have a eta on when it will be working again please?

    @tweedledee23 @bt_uk Seems a bit hit and miss in their replies, some agents appear to be saying its relating to the Facebook outage but who knows! I've tweeted seperatly to ask for an eta of a fix 🙈
