@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk been on the phone for an hour trying to work out why BT can cancel my contract when I move house to sign me up for another 24 month contract, if I pay the same or more for slower speeds. Absolutely disgusted that I will be paying £51.19 for £27 fibre speeds.

@BBCWatchdog hi, @bt_uk have proper messed our broadband connection up, disconnected us without our knowledge & now we are struggling to get our services back up & running. For a communications co. they’ve been awful. People rely on internet like electricity & water.

@nickynicolson @bt_uk Yes. I took it to the top as the person who originally took the complaint didn’t think it would get resolved to my satisfaction as another customer had the same issue and couldn’t get it sorted. I realise we will need to do the alarm upgrade in the next year or so to accomodate.
