I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

Still on hold now 45mins and counting. Absolute useless service. Useless.

Changed from copper to fibre broadband but has been told she can't keep her old number (had it for 65 years). She lives in a very rural area and mobile signal is awful - landline is essential!
