@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@bt_uk Still waiting for BT broadband, staff have been good, it’s Openreach let us down, said they would return today. BT engineer was on standby the whole day to finish off the work,waiting for Openreach to fix the broken cable! It’s beyond ridiculous. Been installing for 8 days!

@bt_uk Just spoke to BT regarding my FTTP delay. I'm glad BT has finally realised the benefit of good and fast and local (UK) customer service. I phoned ready for a rant and ended up thanking the bloke for his help.

@bt_uk So if my neighbour denies access for any reason, my services will remain broken? That's f**king useless to me isn't it? I'm paying for a service not fit for purpose and there's nothing you're doing about it. If I cancelled my payments, you'd be on me like a f**king dog on heat.

Well @bt_uk openreach have possibly been the worst company I’ve dealt with in years due to the misinformation given by their engineer. Promised a call back again today , #hangingonthetelephone
