    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

    So it's time for another @bt_uk rant. I know, it's not the fault of the people who run their social media, but the service we get is pathetic. They confirmed yesterday that we can't access fibre despite hundreds of other houses on our road having access, including our neighbours.

    @bt_uk Always the HD channel we never have a problem with SD. I’ve spoken to you guys about it before and they were going to come and fit something downstairs as our broadband is upstairs and can’t connect directly with Ethernet to the BT box

    Hi @bt_uk, I’ve been a BT Broadband and Mobile customer for about 3 years now and I generally love your service, but it annoys me that you still don’t support visual voicemail on iPhone’s, especially considering you now own EE who do. When will you be introducing this?

    @steviejb87 @bt_uk If your neighbours can get fibre swap to Virgin for a year and you’ll have fibre, plus a cheap deal with 200mb internet as a new customer. I left BT because they lie and spout bs when comes to fibre coverage.
