What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@Alichat66 @witherjay @bt_uk When mine went down they said they would send someone to check the junction box. Then said no problem at junction box so if it’s inside property it’s £150 fix. Eventually turned up a week later and, yup, one of their engineers had unplugged me at the junction box 🙄

Isn't it remarkable that my @BT_UK broadband connection has slowed down dramatically - to the point where Teams/Zoom calls that were 100% fine for the last two years are now slow and unstable - just when they've trying to get me to pay another £10 for a new "super-fast" package?

@bt_uk do not be conned into using BT digital voice - service is appalling and doesn’t work regularly - phone lines often not available / nightmare when you need to urgently call you GP and no way of doing so

@bt_uk I can’t say either way. Will you come back and tell me whether your BT colleague just took the wrong details on the telephone. And secondly will you find out when I contacted BT to raise this issue before. It’s irritating that it wasn’t acted upon. Paragraph

@bt_uk Hi. Broadband came back on yesterday morning..confirms my theory that overnight maintenance was to blame. BT complaint open, so leaving that to progress. Meantime my neighbours are cancelling their full fibre instals based on my unstable service

Guess what! @bt_uk were meant to come set up our broadband today. And guess who never showed up!? Who can suggest other providers (not Three) to us? It's been since 20th June and both of us tethering off a 4g connection hub is unacceptable for zoom and work. @hex
