    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

    @bt_uk what’s bt wifi x doing on my router ? Why is it impossible to get anyone in bt to tell me how to connect to it ? Does it come from my router ? How’s it powered ? Why does your complaint department insist on letters but respond by email ? Why did I sign up for Bt ?

    @tweedledee23 @bt_uk Seems a bit hit and miss in their replies, some agents appear to be saying its relating to the Facebook outage but who knows! I've tweeted seperatly to ask for an eta of a fix 🙈
