JannerJo (@JoTreharne) reported from Canterbury, England@bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

whenpateswentup (@davegow1) reported from Chilham, England@bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

Mike Nayler (@MNaylerAWS) reported from Minster-on-Sea, England@thompsonm_21 If you’re going to have a player from a team being a pundit, at least have one player from each side. I’ve never heard such a one-eyed commentary before - understandable and I don’t blame the player, but we need balance @btsportrugby @btsport
-

-
Tim Shufflebotham (@spart1cus) reported from Canterbury, EnglandWhat BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

NFTupperware (@TupperwareNFT) reported@mongrelcelt @bt_uk Don't call them, the slimy bastards will deny anything said on the phone. Raise an official complaint in writing. Send to their executive office for escalation. This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
-
lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
-
northern monkey (@StephenR27465) reported@bt_uk After spending 5 minutes on your automated system I’ve given up, let’s hope someone sues you and may be your service will improve.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedHuge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Hey, I tell a lie. She received a cable by post that arrived the day before people came to wreck one of her utilities. Where is the recompense? Where? Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.
-
Sue Alexander (@EphemeralArc) reported@bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedi absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
. (@SpawnSoul) reported@bt_uk Phoned you close to ten times. And to be fair if our postcode wasn't so limited I'd not be using your trash service. But is what it is.
