    @bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

    @bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

    @bt_uk I can’t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?

    @bt_uk It’s a waste time nothing gets sorted just keep getting past to so many departments and the issue never gets resolved.He has had over 50 phones since start June.

    @bt_uk I have had possibly the worst internet from you over the past 4 years! I pay for 950mb and barely get 130mbps on a good day. Fobbed off every time I speak to customer service. Never again
