    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

    @bt_uk I implore people not to go with BT, especially if you are a business customer. My internet from them went off last night as they cancelled it for no reason. Mine and my partners business is run from home so we are losing money by the hour and they do not care! Do not use!

    BT Email servers access extremely slow, snail-paced. In fact just stopped altogether this moment. In contrast, Microsoft Outlook/HotMail/Live email access & Google Gmail working with no access or speed issues or any problems @bt_uk

    @bt_uk outrageous customer service call and unethical behaviour from BT Billing team. Just been on the phone for 30 mins with somebody repeatedly telling me they aren't arguing with me and unwilling to escalate to a manager. That's the new 2yr Broadband being cancelled 👋

    @bt_uk @MirrigoldS Also unable to log in to BT email ... why is this service so erratic ... and don’t get me started on attachment pdfs constantly being corrupted
