    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

    @bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

    @bt_uk as you are aware, multiple people having issues connecting to services, seems to be a NAT type issue with BT and not the services themselves

    @bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Trevor - there a loads of people, me included, that are having issues accessing a percentage of the internet. Please escalate this. Lots of people more techy than me have tweeted your team with details. Please take this seriously as an issue at your end.
