    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    Some companies get a lot of stick for poor service, being greedy or not supporting people through this pandemic. BUT a lot of companies are actually stepping up, @EE and @bt_uk being just one. EE have also given all NHS workers free data during this whole pandemic too

    @btbusinesscare I'm in contact now with a manager, but openreach is a problem not forfilling the work as normal , this is not the 1st it's happened they did this to my shop as well :( this is costing me work

    @bt_uk was meant to get a phone call between 12-2 today to do with me getting money back on 2 missed appointments and no service for 2 weeks and surprise surprise there was no call!

    1/2 absolutely disgusting service from @BTLocalBusines1. During this difficult time v r trying hard 2 manage & run our business of providing training instead of closing down. but BT can't b bothered 2 move our leaseline which v r paying for every month. @BTLocalBusines1 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk engineer booked and confirmed to arrive yesterday afternoon. Did not turn up or reply to text. No chat service available to follow up. How can we re-book?

    @bt_uk Sky is the provider but the issue is with BT. Openreach were advised by Sky of the issue on 30/12/2020. Zero update since from BT to Sky or me. Myself and my wife are key workers and I am calling my MP today

    @bt_uk After reading the responses I think I will give it a miss. Suggest you look after your existing customers who will tell their friends if they get good service. This will grow your business.
