What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@btbusinesscare Ordered a business broadband service and waited 15 days for the installation but on the day they were unable to carry out the installation. Not happy with the service and the way they carry out their business operations.

@jsclark_ @bt_uk It seems to be a common theme that BT does not return calls as I logged a complaint on 25th January and am still awaiting a reply. Needless to say I've been left with no choice but to move providers.

@bt_uk My elderly father has a landline and a bt account. He has had a broadband account with a different provider which his wife (now deceased)used. When we went to cancel it they told us we would lose the landline number that he has had for nearly 70 years. Is this correct?

@ClintHWalker @bt_uk Yep same here. Tried to chat with an agent using my mobile data as BT Broadband down too and they can’t access anything either. They said fix time 2 hours but who knows??

Another week passed with no call from @bt_uk @BTCare - I was promised a manager call last Saturday. Nothing. Then it was Tuesday. Nothing…then Wednesday…you guessed it! Meanwhile my complaint has been closed with no explanation or communication. And no resolution to the issue!
