    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @bt_uk is it standard for customers to wait 20/30 mins on hold to speak to someone? Have you considered taking on more resources?? Cut off twice but no call back. Shocking - if I ‘could’ shop elsewhere I would.. home move sucks. #BTFbre #Nohelp

    @bt_uk we placed an order on 29 Jan still no hub, 8 calls no one can help getting the run around ! We have fibre so what's the issue ???

    @OpenreachHelp worst customer service I have ever experienced you and @bt_uk 3 weeks 8 calls and still no further forward !!!!! Incompetent beyond belief !
