@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk They have now been without a phone signal or wifi for THREE MONTHS which leaves them extremely isolated. All they want is for their old copper connection to be restored but BT are refusing to do this.

@bt_uk we received an email yesterday saying “sorry that you’ve decided to cancel your BT broadband” and a survey but we haven’t asked to cancel anything! Is this a glitch? We don’t want to lose our broadband or TV

@bt_uk why would you cut off my landline and broadband 3 days before checking that you could successfully fit full fibre? Now I am left with no broadband, no landline and because we have have no mobile reception we have no way of alerting emergency services.

@bt_uk the @bt_uk process being that anyone can use someone's postcode and apply to take over a BT customer's (ie mine) line at that postcode? And apparently it's up to me to sort it out? Your business practice needs sorting out @bt_uk

@bt_uk your broadband outage in Golders Green has been ongoing since ~8am this morning. Your first estimated time to fix of ~11am was missed, but now at 18h30 the estimated fix time is 14h22, four hours ago? Better information, please.

@hitman8976rawk @bt_uk First trick is switching it off, count to 10 and switch it back on, if that doesn't work there's a reset button which you'll need a pen or a needle to push in then it should be fine

@bt_uk How can I find out if I have a genuine but mistaken letter sent from you demanding money, or if it's a scam? It's addressed to someone who has never lived here and certainly not our account. For some reason it looks like a good fake.
