    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

    @BTCare I reported a broadband fault (which resolved itself) was told I’d receive a mini hub, never received it and have had an email telling me that I’ll receive instruction on how to send it back! Help pls

    @bt_uk Another day and another 24hrs without internet from @bt_uk. Oh, and did the advisor contact me as soon as possible as indicated in their last message? No, of course they didn't. Appalling customer service. Counting the days until my new service provider comes on line.

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service. An Openreach engineer has been coming out to resolve our problem for the last 2 days but continual no show. Now tomorrow allegedly!
