EVERY day & night, my internet drops and cuts out. It is affecting my work TERRIBLY. I’ve never experienced such bad internet from EE ever. It’s been going on for weeks now. East Anglia.

I don’t want to complain and I don’t want to be angry, but I’m at the end of my tether with the continual outages in my area which never used to happen. It’s affecting my work.

It has been reliable for years, but NOT in the last few weeks. Why is this?
