@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam. I have internet with bt. Had no issues until the past week. Now my sky a had no internet connection but other devices seem to have it. It sometimes come back on for a bit then goes back off. Is it a sky or bt issue? Who do I phone?

@bt_uk I was looking into why Lothian Broadband are the only company to offer me full fibre at 1gb download speed. Will BT be able to offer me this in the near future? Is there a period when another company owning the fibre cables allow BT onto their network?

@bt_uk hi I have my engineer to come and install my broadband tomorrow but I only have a junction box. Would the engineer change this to a master socket or issue a micro filter??

@bt_uk hi , shocking service by BT Broadband , contacted BT on 10/10/22 when we moved house , 2 months later and countless lies we are still not connected, been a customer for 20 years but that means nothing obviously??
