@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

@bt_uk Just spoke with the team after being on hold again for 30 mins. Wrong hub ordered again! So another ordered today, fingers crossed it comes this time. Not a bad effort, what will be a week and 3 hubs. I'll not celebrate just yet though.

@GaChunYau Been using EE for broadband since I've been here. I get an extra 5gb of data on my contract with them as well as a few other benefits if I wanted (i.e. Btsport or apple music) I used talktalk before I moved and the customer support wasn't great... No idea on vodaphone/plusnet

@bt_uk Your service is completely useless... I have now had three engineering appointments booked and the engineer has never turned up to any of them. Leaving us without a phone or our internet for weeks is completely unacceptable. Comes to something when Virgin Media are better.
