You overcharged me for four years, the ombudsman and all the evidence from BT/Openreach agrees. But you want to keep my £1200. After I was a customer for 15yrs.

Mike Stead (@tweetymike) reported@bt_uk It was escalated to CEO’s office. An Executive Complaints Team person was appointed. He challenged the lack of service and excess charges, and it went to the Ombudsman. The case manager agreed 100% that I’d been overcharged, but under the regulations he couldn’t order a refund.

[Same issues for Seville - app didn't boot up successfully until 25 mins in.] And I've only really paid for #BTSport for the month to watch ONE game (lucky enough to attend the home legs), so I missed 28% of my value of the £25.
