    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk @UNESCO In fairness to BT (who have a universal service commitment to maintain the boxes...I think unfairly)...it's not BT that is vandalising them. Vandalism is mindless and we seem to tolerate it.

    @bt_uk for the 3rd time in as many weeks our broadband is down.fault expected to be fixed by 9th which isn’t good enough.last engineer said another engineer is stealing our connection for someone else’s service but we end up at the back of the queue again. Not good enough!
