What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@bt_uk I'm about to upgrade to a 5G phone and as I'm happy with the service I've had I spotted a 24 month deal, but it is only showing 12 month deals when I'm trying to choose one after signing into my account

@bt_uk Consumer-resolutionteam Suzanne Perry tells me she has done a referral to BT Openreach response time 7 days. No copy of referral, no contact details, no idea when the 7 days run from. No confidence it was done and she closes my 'complaint'. Abandoned without resolution.
