@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

@bt_uk I rang BT support to get our minihub activated, as the person who I spoke to previously had told me to do when we needed it, only the person today said that because there was no fault on our line, they wouldn't do this.

Hi @bt_uk my mother, an existing customer, has been offered a new contract at double what it is advertised for new customers online. Over £60 for broadband and the most basic landline services. Seems extortionate. Can you explain the discrepancy pls?

@bt_uk got a complaint, my 90 Yr old mum has been without her phone for over a week despite promises and texts saying it would be fixed this is not acceptable this needs rectifying ASAP. HELP HER.
