What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@bt_uk how do I make a complaint ? Bt have annoyed I'm not happy also I need you to find out how many months are left on my contract for broadband has I will be looking to move suppliers after reading what I have read today ( Thursday )

@bt_uk Had the engineer come round this morning and it turns out one of your sub contractors has disconnected my line. He has put a report in and sad someone would call me regarding compensation, so far no one has. Can anyone help?

Decided to upgrade to @BTCare @bt_uk guaranteed wifi with the BT discs. Told me on the phone I’d receive 2 discs. I only got one. Ordered another no problem. First one is faulty and they can’t order another yet as I have an ‘open order’ !! May return for a refund. Terrible.

@bt_uk bt has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life.ordered broadband and TV package for my 87yr old father and after 2 weeks the broadband is still not connected.after numerous phone calls and so called engineers visiting its still not working😡😡

@bt_uk I have been on the phone over an hour today. Cut off twice. Promised a call back that never came. When you cut me off transferring me between teams maybe YOU should have the courtesy to call me back?
