So, after following instructions from @BTCare , my online account access breaks. Three contacts later, inc a delayed callback, I’m told there’s an issue affecting “many customers”, but no answer as to why they couldn’t have said that this morning.

@bt_uk Hey BT, my vulnerable 85 year old dad has been without a phone line since 23rd Aug. Each time we phone BT you say it will be fixed. We were promised a head engineer would come out today, no one came and no follow-up phone call despite your promises. Please help us!

@bt_uk DM sent. Text help says "nope nothing wrong out end, move your router"... Surprise surprise.... 4 months of awful service constantly refused to be acknowledged by BT. Says something when I have to tether my laptop to my mobile for Internet to work doesn't it...

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@PDissadent @bt_uk If you’re going through anyone other than plusnet or BT themselves your complaint should be aimed at Openreach dude. Probably find it’s kelly communications that messed it up, they cause our firm untold misery.
