Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England@rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
