    So, after following instructions from @BTCare , my online account access breaks. Three contacts later, inc a delayed callback, I’m told there’s an issue affecting “many customers”, but no answer as to why they couldn’t have said that this morning.

    @bt_uk Thanks. I’ve now worked out that I’ll save money & get a better service by paying your Early Termination Fee and moving to one of your competitors.

    I swear, the internet I’ve had at this flat for the past 5 months makes me want to scream everytime I use it, better off using my 4G since @BT_UK can never help 👍🏻 0.5 mbps and constant disconnections get you nowhere, especially when working from home

    @bt_uk I was told that your policies are to provide different upgrade prices to different existing customers. A neighbour is getting a better service for £10/pm less than I was offered, but it was impossible to give me the same price.

    @MrBenRice @btsport In a perfect world, we would have 2160p with HDR but we still seem years off. SD looks awful on my TV but even Sky's HD is bad because they jam so many channels onto the same transponder to save money, it pushes the bitrates to just about passable as HD.

    @bt_uk Raised a complaint a few weeks ago and I’ve had no contact whatsoever from yourselves and I even had to reopen the complaint as you closed it without resolving it! I am also being chased for a bill for services I don’t want and am not using. Sort this out please

    @bt_uk another engineer failed to turn up, this was the 2nd appointment as they didn't turn up on the first time. Last chance to get us connected or I'm changing provider. We've been without Internet for 2 weeks. Temporary connection too slow to even make a WhatsApp call #fail

    @bt_uk we don't have any internet in RG40 area. I can't find a way to check if services are down on your website (except only if I have my landline number - who below the age of 30 knows this). We tried the old restart, unplug etc
