@bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

@livesurfcams @btbusinesscare I guess my point was that these things can be worked round, my banks seem to manage it. Also, if there is a known issue this would save a lot of agg if the issue was communicated.

So, after following instructions from @BTCare , my online account access breaks. Three contacts later, inc a delayed callback, I’m told there’s an issue affecting “many customers”, but no answer as to why they couldn’t have said that this morning.

@rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

@btbusinesscare What does that mean @btbusinesscare? I’m months into my complaint and all they do is text/email stupid comments like “I’ll update you”. I need action and if you can’t do that, then the courtesy of a phone call to discuss what is happen. That’s care!

@btbusinesscare that as my 4g doesn't work it means my mobile wouldn't have data or voice and or no bars on phone ..putting too many services on b/band without a real phone is a huge mistake as it not like you see phone boxes anymore on every corner

@bt_uk worst customer service ever!! Phone line broken for a week, promised to fix it by 17/12, now postponed to 21/12. Customer service dept pass me to openreach that is closed, ring bt back and they literally blank me a cut me off. DISGUSTING!
