So, after following instructions from @BTCare , my online account access breaks. Three contacts later, inc a delayed callback, I’m told there’s an issue affecting “many customers”, but no answer as to why they couldn’t have said that this morning.

@livesurfcams @btbusinesscare I guess my point was that these things can be worked round, my banks seem to manage it. Also, if there is a known issue this would save a lot of agg if the issue was communicated.

@rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

@AscendantDirect @bt_uk Yes, why do you block a BT Sport account for 20 mins when someone gets their password wrong?! And I can't even get hold of any customer services to help me. Why not just reopen the account when the right password has been entered or I reset my password (like I've just done) 🤬🤬

I paid £29 for a month of @btsport for the Champions League quarter finals and the end of the Premier League season. Honestly the quality of the feed is terrible and I think I'd get a better picture watching an illegal stream. You're supposed to be a telecommunications co lads
