@bt_uk this is untrue you have sent me an email closing the complaint and blackballed me to go to ombusdman as deadlock.i rely on panic alarm and lifeline to live here and not got working internet confirmed by u u are purting me at serious risk of harm because without it i can die

@bt_uk Once more you're appalling telephone options force me to do this. I have just had fibre installed by Openreach but no hub or phone has arrived. I need these urgently as you may stop the current service tomorrow. Please contact me urgently.

@bt_uk Internet went down last night and am stuck with solid orange light now. Have tried 0800800150 but can't check the line because we got rid of our land-line and I don't have a phone number to give for the fault check. Have tried reset/unplug & wait/factory reset etc... Help?
