@bt_uk the broadband download speeds keep dropping i was wondering if bt slows the download speed down at certain times of the day . example 2 hours to download a 5 minute video from the internet with the ethernet cable plugged and noting else connected to the internet at the time

@btbusinesscare Speaking with you constantly, have a complaint number but no resolution moving in to week 2 with no internet when all we did was take out a new contract with you. Between the fault dept and sales there is a disjointed mess and no resolution. Don't need to be put in touch

@bt_uk Mobile and laptop. I have to re login on both, multiple times in the day. And it shuts programs relying on the internet connection down too. It's a joke. The amount of money you guys make and you can't even upgrade your services to make them reliable. My home WiFi is just as bad

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp what awful service move called to change broadband n phone from sky! House move delayed now it’s 3 weeks to fit phone and disabled need my panic alarm fitted but t#they could care! Don’t use them or @EE really bad service moved after a year in isolation.

@bt_uk me and my husband are sick of having crap internet! We live right in the middle of two junction boxes, the other side of our estate has fibre broadband but we don’t as according to the engineer we don’t have the new cables. When are we getting them then?! @OpenreachHelp
