@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bojack90s @bt_uk Wait that's in BT's contract? They put in mine last wk, their COVID installation conditions mean my routers in the kitchen and so wired connections are via plug socket, so far my PC has a best connection speed of 35Mbps from the suooosedly 900Mbps service I pay for. Shite.

@bt_uk first contact 9th Jan! You are falling way below customer service guidelines. I keep getting promises that stoke on trent connections team/Dundee fibre bb team will ring me back but no contact has been made. Appaling.Had 4 letters saying someone wants to take over line.

@bt_uk Had BT broadband once. Never again. Promised speeds of over 3 times what was actually achievable. Fibre broadband actually slower than ADSL. Ripped off. Never again. BT = Bloody Terrible.
