  @bt_uk Terrible service from BT. A simple case of changing the account holder after completing a contract has resulted in Two disabled customers being left without broadband or phone line! We were told there would be no loss of service! Shambolic treatment of vulnerable adults!

  @bt_uk Hi - we have a broadband outage in our area. When I try to use my mini hub, it says I’ve used up my credit? I didn’t realise I had credit - I thought this should be used when the connection is down?

  @bt_uk Nothing has changed since yesterday apart from more of my neighbours taking to Twitter about this. Still don't know what has happened to our broadband. Have EE backup as part of contract but signal nor strong enough here

  @bt_uk I was, and because I don't have any mobile Internet, I figured I'd try the WIFI, but ironically it wouldn't sign in because I needed a mobile signal briefly to sign in to be allowed to use the WIFI, I gave up and just turned my phone off. Useless around here since December
