@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

I think it’s an absolute disgrace that @btsport have decided to platform Michael Vaughan. Forgetting what damage he has caused over the last 6 months, BT have just brought him back to have cheap digs at Joe Root. A reminder that for some, actions never have consequences.

@bt_uk @itf I rang BT and spoke to a lad who who marked the hub as returned, told me I could throw it away, he wasn't bothered, then tried to renew my contract under the guise of helping me to avoid a price rise. No apologies. Awful customer service.
