    @bt_uk Our connection has been appalling in the last few days. I'm on a copper connection but I have been getting about 1-2mps. The connection will cut out every 5 minutes. Can someone come and take a look at get this fixed as its hugely frustrating.

    . @virginmedia I am receiving calls on my virgin landline from this number 01722 505626 advising me of known issues with my virgin router. When I called back this number as I suspected a scam it went to a @bt_uk voicemail!! Can you block the number?

    @bt_uk We’ve done they multiple times my parents are disabled and rely on WiFi to do everything through Alexa I understand you’re busy but we simply cannot wait until possibly Monday at 23.59 to fix this is there nothing we can do?

    @bt_uk Hi there, reported an issue yesterday with your fault tracker on the website (internet is down, router flashing purple). Received confirmation email and text but when I go to the site today, I can’t see a fault logged under my account. Should I resubmit the fault?

    @bt_uk what a disappointing broadband service company. Mid working and your connection is down. No support agents or help by any of your channels to find out what's happening. Best to change to a company that can provide a decent service
