@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

@bt_uk no thank you. This tweet was more of a apology to anyone who supports us. Tagging your self was just to point out who screws his Internet install up. He has spoken to your support team and they was a mixed bag form useless to not helpful.

Virgin media taking over our internet on Saturday because @bt_uk super fast fibre is anything but fast, after 2 years of snail slow speeds we have had enough. Wednesday night BT decide to cut the service early without warning. Cheers BT can’t wait to not be a customer anymore!

@bt_uk The person at the store said the old hub could support 50 MBPS but the new hub was needed for the 150 MBPS upgrade. The question is why should I principally be covering the costs of delivery of the hubs when they are BT's assets?

On 27 July we moved 20m over the road. We asked @bt_uk to move our number and fibre 1 broadband. Since then it has been a daily nightmare. @bt_uk have been appalling. David at @OpenreachHelp has been superb. We still have slow broadband and don't have our original phone number...

@btbusinesscare But when the issue is way beyond anything an automated system can help you with there is no way of getting a real human to take any responsibility.
