@bt_uk Connection is atrocious, numerous engineer visits, told it’s a different but external issue/fault each time. Last engineer recommended a hybrid hub; whilst he was here, BT reduced our ‘guaranteed speed’ to 1mb from 3mb with no warning or discussion.

@Hannah89643024 @bt_uk New box delivered today,I plugged in & set up ready to start viewinerror code #IPC6023 Phoned technical helpline can’t get their own equipment working I cancelled service immediately. Every other piece of tech equipment in house works fineSmart tv nest thermostat ring doorbell.

@bt_uk Help! I’m with @virginmedia and they are unbelievably poor in terms of customer service. The only redeeming quality is a 100Mbps service. I’d leave for anything >80Mbps. #virginmediaisdodgy

Day 19 - still no #BTbroadband.The 4 communications with @bt_uk today speak volumes. Became more curious about the workings between @bt_uk & #Openreach . Wondering if @The_ChrisBryant needs to revisit this. Saw engineers today by chance who told me the where &what of my issue.TY

@bt_uk BT down in L19 area? Your website said it was due to be fixed at 20:13 but the fix time has now gone and still no internet. 40+ minute wait to get though to someone, cba. Second time this has happened in 2 weeks, appalling service
