@btbusinesscare It's all sorted now Kirsty but went 10 days without broadband when had to work from home due to covid. The real issue is that it feels no one 'owns' the problem and when you eventually get to speak to someone, they have no background and have to start from scratch each time...

@bt_uk I have to wait until the 5th to see if they can boost me as I need more than up to 10Mb upload as a twitch streamer — so the “new” package would have never been ordered by me - I would also request my credit search to be reversed too since being misled

@bt_uk Yep, I knew it wasn't,but...Ukraine is not on the no service lists. I assumed bt would have a service agreement in place with say Vodaphone UA for instance The issue is bt is stopping me joining, even though I've raised my data cap from 10 to £50. That's not fair.
