Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

@bt_uk They said it was because I had only joined as a customer 6 weeks ago. Which I had pointed out to both the customer service advisors who said it wasn't an issue, before being passed to the sales advisor

@bt_uk shocking customer service.... activation of services now cancelled 3 times, over 7 hours of phone calls....confirmation message last night to say engineer will be out today.... just spoken to agent who says that was never the case!!! False promises!
