@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@btbusinesscare I have already logged a fault. I tried to track its status over the weekend by logging into our BT account but the tracking module was not working on both days. We have already suffered a few weeks of slow broadband.
