@bt_uk Your customer service was the reason I have stayed so long, why has it turned absolutely appalling all of a sudden? My broadband has been due for install today and I have had no heads up as to whether the engineer will be turning up or not!?

@bt_uk Never had this issue with my ASUS router when It was on my FTTC connection and that was using Band Steering. I guess as you are not using SIP over FTTP in my area I’ll just put my ASUS router back on the WAN link instead then :-)
