@bt_uk Fed up BT with your Broadband & TV. Constant Wi-Fi issue for 2+years, no compensation that feel I should get as I have not been getting the service I pay for. Now with no Wi-Fi or landline, been holding on for help & now been cut off as your phones lines close at 8pm 😡

@bt_uk a goodwill gesture was given and to add insult to injury I asked to pay 2 bills together, was only given a 2 week extension as it was claimed there would be a late charge, never happened before when ive asked

@bt_uk Hi - yes sorry, I still can't seem to renew this. BT Sport is listed under 'Your Products' but when I click 'Manage' it is trying to get me to login with an EE account which I don't have.
