    @bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

    @bt_uk Being able to talk to a human there would be great. The fault check service has stopped working. The bot is now saying a different number than any number I have is associated with my account. All the automated tools fail.

    @bt_uk Yes I do I have been struggling for a long time now with internet connect when I am upstairs in my house the signal goes very weak?

    @bt_uk Just for the benefit of clarity: If I was a customer of any of the other telecoms providers who use the Openreach network, I would be asking them the very same question.

    @bt_uk By the way, calling that number you shared generates an automated message saying "we tried to call you" and "there is no reason to call us." Both are wrong. Your fault tracker page also still doesn't work.

    @bt_uk Well nobody has called yet and it’s been about an hour and a half, maybe they will use the several calls all at once. I was promised no disruption to service and now I’m looking at + 48hours with no service, using mobile data plan.

    So @bt_uk have closed my complaint after doing nothing. Removed my phone line and won't reinstall. The Full Fibre 'THEY' installed doesn't work so my internet is dreadful. Called into question my having Multiple Sclerosis and not a word of apology. #disabilityinclusion #MS
