@bt_uk I don’t even get a stable connection in the room that contains the router!! - I’ve been a loyal BT customer for over 30 years, asked for some new equipment when I last renewed (currently have a 2 box old system) never turned up. I’m moving to another provider asap.

@bt_uk I’ve had problems and great disruption raised to the complaints/compensation team following two engineer appointments failing to diagnose. Online chat requested full transcript with no receipt as yet. Told 24/48 hours that was last Thursday 😤😤
