@bt_uk Hi BT, I ran your Diagnostics Bot and it said that there is a Network problem and expected to be resolved by yesterday 18:57, but still without broadband and the BT service status still has an undefined repair date. Do you have more information on your end (01424, TN37)?

Hi @bt_uk, we've had no broadband for 2 days, 2 adults trying to WFH. No update except 'estimated fix date' in 5 days' time & problem is described incorrectly on faults site even though I have explained it several times (no connection, no dial tone). Pls sort this ASAP!
