    @bt_uk I’ll give you a little break down of what I have lost through BTs incompetence. 2 jobs because I don’t have internet and I’m wfh. My partners business can’t fulfill orders = more money lost. X 4 sessions for the dog to be out the house for each engineer visit £50 each time.

    @btsport purchasing Wrestlemania is proving extremely difficult. I cant purchase via my Sky Box. Told to go to sky web site. That takes me to BT Sport web site. Then asked to enter my viewing card number. Dead end. Terrible service. It’s like you don’t want us to by it.

    @bt_uk Missed my mums birthday after a year not seeing them because I have to wait in for an engineer so had to cancel my plan. BT are taking the absolute piss out of their customers and it is atrocious. A huge corporation who do not care unless they want your money.

    @bt_uk Dear Rita. Did you read the message? You have stopped a 101 yr old from phoning out due to an outstanding bill. It wasn’t paid as there was no service provided by you for 5 mths due to a faulty line. Please stop threatening court action and reconnect her.

    Absolutely unbelievably poor service from @bt_uk I rang to inform of house move in 3 weeks and they cancelled broadband within 30 minutes! Now tell me it will take days to reinstate!
