    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk hey there! a lot of websites aren't loading (at all) today, while others are still fine and download/upload speeds are good. using a vpn solves the issue, so I'm guessing a network issue on bt's end? similar reports from other bt users. would appreciate an update as/when!

    @bt_uk I’ve been having issues with my internet for the past week now but today is something else. Got a new BT Smart Hub but that hasn’t helped at all…. My wife and I work from home and this just doesn’t help
