15 years with @bt_uk to be trated in a very poor way. Moving houses and they can only freeze my account for 2 months. Do they know how long does it take to move house? £550 to terminate a contract that has already been offered to the new owners? Never again!

@bt_uk issue still not resolved in the Hackney area and have been without Internet the last 7 hours? Is BT going to do anything apart from offer compensation when they don't fix within 48hrs. Why am I paying monthly to receive no access to services? ?

@bt_uk Hi Lesley My challenge is that we are moving with my wife's parents temporarely and they already have the service. We will not be able to move to our new house until July or even later as the seller haven't found their new property.
