@bt_uk Would be having a relaxing day if my internet was working and I didnt have to wait a whole week for an engineer when I work from home with no sympathy or offer of a solution. Been with you 3 weeks and an absolute joke of a service so far after being assured it would be an upgrade

@bt_uk cityfibre have ripped out BT cabling in #CHELTENHAM in error and now 6 houses have been without internet or telephone access for 75 hours - called to speak to BT and was told unless it was a trip hazard could not help me @CityFibre please advise

@bt_uk Also, one of your costumer service agent is now saying it will be fixed today by 23.14 . Same thing they said to us yesterday, and the day before. Please make you this will get fixed tonight
