@btsport @btsportcricket why on earth would go for an ad break with one ball left of the over, only to return and miss the last ball? Why not just show the ads after the over? Terrible coverage! You’d never see that from Sky.

Day 67 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.

@bt_uk Can someone explain the point of your complaints process? I raised a complaint about your poor service on 11th Sept. I've had to reopen it, it's been sat saying "we'll call you as soon as possible" since the end of September, and still I've not heard from you even once.

@bt_uk I bought emergency wifi 4 days ago and the money is still pending to be deducted from my account, which means I couldn’t use the service until it was deducted. I would like you to release the money and return it back please. This isn’t cool!
