@G99____ @bt_uk At least they sent me a hub this time. Last time engineer stood there looking at me like I was stupid. Then BT tried charging me £199 for it. Was all going so well until today when once the wall was drilled the services agreed where pulled from under me.

Seriously annoyed at @bt_uk ! I renewed my deal BUT had to get Full Fibre in to get it. After having holes drilled in my wall and installed they now say I can’t have the package I agreed to on the 12th April! Hours on the phone and now have to wait 5-7 days for a resolution
