    @bt_uk a few weeks ago we purchased a BT Baby Monitor (6800). Now the parent unit sound doesn’t work (very low volume). Turned it up, reset the unit but still can’t hear baby. Tried calling helpline but 1.5hrs later no answer, just in a queue. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Phone line is dead (no dial tone, phone screen says "check tel line"). Dialling in appears to ring but neither phone recognises there's an incoming call. Internet is working fine. Used your online troubleshooter - stopped at 99% then took me back to the login page. HELP!

    @DivinasRedWig @bt_uk @btshopuk Sucks that your unit was defective, but thats completely out of BT's control. Unfortunately i doubt they have the stock to replace your console as it would mean cancelling someone else's, this is why they've refunded you. Try contacting sony directly, its their mistake, not BT.

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @paullewismoney Is it normal that, if you pay up during a dispute, you can no longer take a complaint to a @ofcom? @bt_uk has just said that my choice is to pay and thereby resolve my complaint with them or to escalate it and they will send debt collector & blacklist me

    After yet another no-show by @WeAreOpenreach today, we rang @bt_uk CS team who said they would call back with an update. Almost 6 hours later, no call received. You call this "service"?
