@bt_uk This is false advertisement. My broadband is forever going down and dropping or just not working. It's rubbish and defo not worth the money will be switching back to sky. Shocking service and to make it worse your call centre hours are shocking and are of no help

@bt_uk Why don't you have faster speeds now that you do fibre? 😫 Terrible customer service from Virgin Media but can't exactly leave them when no one offers anywhere close to the speed I'm getting with them (360Mbps) and I don't want to downgrade!

@bt_uk the most horrendous service from BT with them cutting off our talk talk broadband & phoneline, leaving us without wifi for 4 weeks!! We have costs of more than £2500 now!! No complaint procedure or email & have been told a manager would ring 5 times now!!!! Still nothing!

@bt_uk Haha just been scrolling through this and did not see 1 positive comment about this "reliable" WiFi. Just all the same, slow doesn't work, drops out, not helpful and call centre not even open certain hours to help. Very unhelpful

1/4 I have just had a call back from a senior member at @BTCare from a complaint I logged with the CEO who advised that he would get the issue resolved! The senior member that has just called me insists that there are no issues with the BT network and nothing has been reported...

@bt_uk In fact someone earlier said they had worked for bt for 4 years and had never made anyone ex directory and did not know how to help. Someone must know how to help her- its stressing her out and she needs a proper response.

@bt_uk my mother has had 6 spam calls this morning. She spoke to 3 different members of your staff trying to remove the number from your online phone book (having been told before she is not on it- she is). No one knows how to remove the number. Pls help. Completely ridiculous.
