@worcesternews since the interview i did with yourselves yesterday morning before the government explained their plans for small buissnesses we have had positive support from both @SkySportsPub and @btsport who have suspended our monthly fees and also our 1/2

@bt_uk Have no signal on all ITV channels, pictures freezing or breaking up, no issue with any other channels. This happened last month too! Any ideas. Have returned channels!

@bt_uk quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was supposed to be connected after moving nearly three weeks ago. Nearly 6 hours on hold, cut off three times, passed from pillar to post and still no service! Absolutely pathetic!

@btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

@bt_uk Your wi-fi doesn't work. Does this not bother you? Because it bothers me. It'just gone again. I'm in central London and BT wi-fi doesn't work. It's disgusting - it's just gone again. How can you market your wi-fi as fast and reliable when it doesn't work in central London?

@chloe_hockney @hollymaayy1 @bt_uk Oh Chloe!!! We waited months and months for them to sort an issue, it never got resolved. They kept sending the wrong people out. We cancelled and went with virgin and it was all sorted in 2 days.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp. Now day 9 without any service. First time BT customer. Great start. Fed up of having to chase myself and I’m still not able to be told what the fault is or when it will be fixed. Has anyone done anything to fix the fault in last 9 days?? Terrible service

@TalkTalk I’ll switch her to @bt_uk tomorrow, TalkTalk even sold an 85 year old Super Fast Fibre Broadband, she’s confused and vulnerable you need they need looking into regarding sales techniques @Ofcom, no landline for 4 days but apparently TalkTalk have her down as vulnerable by age !

@bt_uk @bt_uk BT's "fast and reliable wi-fi" cannot connect for more than a few seconds. In central London. Constantly disconnecting after signing in. Possibly the worst wi-fi in the world. It's just gone again. Premature disconnection. Give it some Wi-agra.
