@bt_uk Have no signal on all ITV channels, pictures freezing or breaking up, no issue with any other channels. This happened last month too! Any ideas. Have returned channels!

@bt_uk quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was supposed to be connected after moving nearly three weeks ago. Nearly 6 hours on hold, cut off three times, passed from pillar to post and still no service! Absolutely pathetic!

@bt_uk I’m absolutely not happy with them, I have wait 2 weeks for my activation for broadband, after that they didn’t activated the wifi, calling them is just impossible, waiting almost one hour, I still waiting for my wifi, long story short I will cancel my contract!!

@btsport your streams are often out of sync. Ac Milan game is out of sync, but the man city game was fine. It's about 3+ seconds out.. please fix
