Once again, raging against a "service provider" that actively avoids service. @bt_uk has switched me over to digital voice -- which I did not ask for -- and our router doesn't have a telephone port. So we are cut off. Can't reply to the "You're good to go" email. No contact.

@bt_uk Really? Ok I pay for your top broadband package - it’s slow, keeps on dropping and if we get WiFI it’s slow? Also have had no landline for a month and there’s no one to call - each day I check online fault progress each day it says it will be fixed that day??? Can I email/call??

@bt_uk Thank you Craig- that’s the closest we’ve got so far- are you able to confirm that this is what would be charged if you stayed on the phone for more than 59 mins? Im thinking of being on hold to a Dr’s Surgery - obviously Mum doesn’t want to have to hang up!

Hey @EE @bt_uk you have some incompetent staff at your customer service centres, I’ve been passed back and forth to the wrong departments and wasted two hours on the phone with idiots. I was misled by your sales advisors and been told incorrect information???
