@btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

@bt_uk Complaint VOL013-612582541921: 2 mths since I ordered broadband & you still can’t confirm when it will be fitted, despite needing it for work.String of delayed engineer visits,escalated to exec complaints & now Gemma Nicholls isn’t even responding. Is anyone there competent?

@bt_uk Another official complaint re the old overhead copper wire FAKE fibre sub standard broadband service in this area, it’s a terrible service for WFH NOT ACCEPTABLE been awful again today just USELESS #diguptheroad !!!!!! Enter into 2021 !!!!!!!

@bt_uk I’ve spoken to your call centre, most days. They seem unable to find out what is going on, apart from “leaving notes for the engineers”. As I said, this was raised (and accepted) as a welfare case, it’s an obvious problem, it just needs OpenReach to get on with it!
