@btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

@BTCare @Angels35Karen The engineer will plug in his tester and if it comes back and says no issues he will be told by his boss to move to the next job. That's how Openreach work now.

@bt_uk - I don't really understand, why that my router likes to constantly drops every single time. Constant high pings, not be able to stream properly. Fix this rubbish. 😑

@candicemcqueen1 @Angels35Karen @bt_uk I’ve seen it before with freestanding lamps - weird likes but does happen. I’d unplug everything you can and reboot your router and see if it makes a difference. If it does switch on 1 item at a time until you find out what’s causing the issue

@Angels35Karen @BTCare Make sure your router is up high and not being blocked by anything. Most wi-fi issues are sorted by alignment of the router to the centre of the house.
