@bt_uk Have no signal on all ITV channels, pictures freezing or breaking up, no issue with any other channels. This happened last month too! Any ideas. Have returned channels!

Hey @btsport, why have you removed support for the windows app which worked faultlessly and forced people to use streaming via the website which is constantly lagging and buffering. It's rubbish to say the least

@btsport please can you explain why when @btsport has invested so much in the coverage of the champions league the quality of the picture on BT Sport 3 is just awful. It keeps pixelating which doesn’t inspire confidence. I wonder if I will receive an answer?
