@jonsmile @bt_uk I also fly through here every other week. It works fine outside but the building acts like a kind of huge faraday cafe and really hinders the connection inside. The WiFi is bad too

Why someone is calling me from @bt_uk who can barely speak English, and being very very rude, demanding me to do some steps, then to pass the phone to my partner then when I say he’s at work put the phone down on me! If there is an issue speak to me in a polite manor #rude #bt

@OpenreachHelp @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

@chris_rugs @bt_uk Did you speak to the engineers and ask them what the issues are? If not, their job notes should be on your fault report as it sounds like there’s a problem that needs further work they couldn’t do on the day.

Don’t go with @bt_uk, no matter how convincing they appear to be. Tell you there’s a stayfast “guarantee” that mean your speeds will never drop below a certain speed. What they don’t tell you, is their fibre optic line that is allegedly exclusive to our house isn’t strong 1/2

Is there a worse company than @bt_uk for customer service ? Without broadband for 11 days, 2 engineers out, and they still can't be bothered to figure out the problem. Shocking service, for somebody who needs broadband to work from home, and kids who can't do homework. #sortitout

@bt_uk My elderly father has a landline and a bt account. He has had a broadband account with a different provider which his wife (now deceased)used. When we went to cancel it they told us we would lose the landline number that he has had for nearly 70 years. Is this correct?
