I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk I'm extremely disappointed, as signed up back on the 17th Oct for install on 2nd Nov. Have now cancelled, as 8 missed install appointments. I then had the phone put down on me, after I requested to cancel. Very frustrating, now followed this up with a complaint letter!

@bt_uk My problem is not with when engineer is due. My problem is that bt website would not let me upgrade sport & tv package until wifi upgrade is done. If I had known this beforehand I would have upgraded the tv and sports first, as I now can't benefit from Black Friday deal on it.

@andy_gaffey @bt_uk I'm having the same issue and got the same vague response. It's happened the last 2 nights in a row too. I'm in CR4 so not a million miles away from you. If there is network maintenance going on, then it's ridiculous that customers in the affected areas weren't warned in advance.

@bt_uk Also, if you're going to take customers completely offline for over 3 hours at a time for multiple days in a row, do you not feel obligated to warn them ahead of time that the service they are paying for won't be accessible? This is a disgrace.
