Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • PeteUplink Pete Ainsworth (@PeteUplink) reported

@bt_uk I know what's happening. The EE network covering in my area isn't strong enough for the hybrid connect to get more than one bar. Really, I didn't want all this, I just wanted to drop BT Sport, but the customer service guy wasn't for taking no for an answer.

  • author_hughes Julia Hughes (@author_hughes) reported

@bt_uk So an absolute lack of service on your part, means his bank account has been raided, and the contract he agreed has doubled in price, without his agreement.

  • bobski2410 Bobby Cott (@bobski2410) reported

@bt_uk You tell me? I had a complaint open with you, it wasn’t resolved and now I don’t hear from the handler who was dealing…

  • Wightsmuggler Simon Dabell (@Wightsmuggler) reported

@bt_uk could u help me? My friend has BT Halo1 but her 5 year old router is now playing up. Every few days the WiFi drops from an expected 65mbs to around 10mbs. This is corrected by unplugging and restarting. This is a fault on the router.

  • TaraJaneBell Tara Bell (@TaraJaneBell) reported

On 22 April my broadband service stopped overnight, here I am 8 weeks later still with no service. Come on @bt_uk, sort it out!! Losing the will to live!

  • drmatthewhardy Matthew Hardy (@drmatthewhardy) reported

@bt_uk Thank you, I thought so. The only problem with blocking calls like this is that my BT block list is already full. We get scam calls several times a day and I can't block any more. Why do you limit the number customers can block?

  • drmatthewhardy Matthew Hardy (@drmatthewhardy) reported

@bt_uk Yes, this problem only gets worse. It makes me wonder why we have to have a landline number at all, its not something I'd choose to have if given the choice
