  Has anyone else experienced their Internet quality drop massively as soon as you tell @bt_uk you are leaving??? Their service and quality has been poor for a while but they don’t even hide it now when I run a speed test….. 2 more ******* weeks of this shite

  @bt_uk Your broadband tests are saying everything is fine with my broadband, when clearly that isn't the case. According to other websites reporting AND CORRECTLY may I add, of an outage in my area HA2. I have been without broadband for 8 hours already. Who can update me for fix?

  @bt_uk 2nd time in 6 months BT Wifi is down. I have to work from home & this makes it incredibly difficult. Pretty rubbish for a services that’s not only expensive but pretty slow. Just annoyed. I don’t want to go into the office tomorrow!! Help!!!!!
