@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Anyone else using @bt_uk internet finds it continually goes down? Down again and masses of reports on the down detector. Surely basic internet isnt difficult to get right in 2020?

@bt_uk logged onto my BT account to find that my BB & Phone package will increase by £8 per month..! Yet you are offering the same package to new customers around £5 less than what I currently pay plus a £100 incentive... What kind of customer service do you call that..!
