Fair play to the guy trying to do the interviews on #BTsport. Letting the players actually enjoy the moment with the team and fans and not get bogged down with the media #UCLfinal

@bt_uk Hi, I appreciate you replying. I have an engineer booked who is coming to look at it in a few days so hopefully it will get fixed. I apologise about the post, I was frustrated about my connection issues but hopefully these will be resolved in a few days.

@bt_uk why is it taking 5 DAYS to get an engineer to fix an area wide issue? You’re costing me a fortune in phone data and working from cafes.

@bt_uk I know when we call this number the customer value team will have none of the information I gave to you today. We will just have to start all over again.

@SpursOfficial Liverpool away is a joke time. Bowing down to @btsport again. No thought for the fans as per. Could’ve even been the 1230pm slot that @btsport normally have.

@bt_uk Should also point out that our previous provider on 25Mb download speed via satellite broadband didn't have these issues, yet we've fewer people in the house as the kids have gone to college, and we've the same number of connections. We don't understand why this is happening.

Dr Stephanie Flude
(@TheNobleGasbag) reported
@claire_horwell @bt_uk Most people won't use one, but there's still enough people who don't have adequate internet / smart phone skills or access and would rely on this. There are also still enough landlines that don't rely on internet access that this would be useful in an internet outage.
