@girl_tinder @bt_uk You should be able to terminate the contract, according to ofcom "If you want to change provider before the end of your minimum contract period, you might have to pay early termination charges (unless you're not getting the speeds you were promised). "

@bt_uk bt are a load of rubbish! I've had no Internet for a month, called 12 times, been sent 4 mini hubs all do not work. 5 engineers booking - days messed about, no one showed up. 2 routers. Still no Internet. World's worst broadband company there is. 🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk Would be good to just have the broadband up and running in the first place. Shocking service with the promise of a possible update on Friday when it should have been up on Monday after a house move. Should have changed provider in hindsight.....

@girl_tinder @bt_uk Can’t you just cancel the payment and then tell them you only do internet banking and you have no internet so can’t reinstate it! Obviously tell them via angry post it note to back up the story of no internet

@NeilMull @girl_tinder @bt_uk Yeah I got this when had no Internet with bt for about a week. Obviously prefer the service but it goes some way to helping. Think there is a maximum limit though if I remember rightly

@funchristX @lockhart_flaws I was a @bt_uk customer for an uninterrupted 30 years. When I recently moved to Ireland they charged me £260 for the pleasure.

@bt_uk I've not missed a payment not yet I'm all paid up I don't care anymore if I knew this a year ago I wouldn't of joined you what a way to treat ur customers a complete joke I'm switching
