@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Also - .@btsport I have a deal with.@EE and I can't access it after sorting email out and password and it sends a confirmation text to an old phone number and doesn't allow me to change it!!!! Shocking service and cancelling tomorrow.

@McNallyMirror @btsport Hey I had this when I hooked up the new bt tv box, was awful, I unplugged it and plugged in my old now tv box and access BT sport via the app on it - much better - still losing though :(
