@BTCare nearly 3 weeks without BT TV channels each day my fault resolution date moves back a day. Is it time to switch to @SkyUK? Come on BT sort out the service I pay for!

@bones633 @bt_uk I get 0mbps from Virgin because there's no cables here for miles and Virgin said they aren't going to lay them. At least BT could be arsed to put cables down here.

@bt_uk An engineer has checked the line and we were told thats the best it will get. My issue is having to pay the cancellation fee when i am not getting the upload speed promised.

@bt_uk Hi Rita, thank you for your reply. I had tried that and it doesn't work. I've also tried playing the messages but it just shows 0s where the length of the message should be?

@bt_uk logged on to my account and saw message about renewing my broadband. You want 63.99 a month for fibre halo 1 and complete WiFi but the equivalent is 37.99 for a new customer! I think not...
