@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk had an broadband engineer round yesterday "i could see it wasn't working this morning but now everything is working", and today I've already had 2 drop outs. You need to retrofit the line on my road, it's been 2 years of poor performance. Invest!

@bt_uk Cancelled because it never worked and went round in circles trying to get it to work. BT then gave us a huge bill,due to cancellation. We challenged it and they took £30 off the final bill.

@bt_uk Hi BT, I’m having line issues, fault logged, but estimated fix date has been pushed back until Tuesday 2/2/21! I cannot wait that long with unreliable services I’m paying a lot of money for! Any chance of expediting the situation please? Fault code VOL053-1702765902113
