@bt_uk hi I have elderly neighbours who have a problem on their phone line it's not working. They need it for their assistance call buttons, they are both in their 90s can you tell me how to report this please there is no number to call and they don't have mobile phones!!

Before he has to move on. Seriously. @bt_uk cancelled the appointment after I had to book an hour off work to accommodate them. Now, this.. 2 weeks a customer and the service is this bad. I have to now phone up to rebook, think I might phone up and cancel. Karen Rant Over!

@bt_uk My phone and Wi-Fi have now been down for 13 days because the wire between the telegraph pole and the house has snapped. Between me and my mother we have called 8 times and you are still refusing to send an engineer. Can we get this sorted please?
