@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Order / fault related. Issue with current broadband, told needed to upgrade, placed order to upgrade. Engineer came today. Said he couldn't do it. So now I'm left in limbo. Old kit installed but next to useless, new kit here but not installed!

@bt_uk broadband very slow today and yesterday. Current download running at 10.3mbps (dropped to below 2mbps earlier) when we are guaranteed 35mbps on our plan. Can't get on app to access technical support. Any known issues in Stockport?

@bt_uk I had an engineer booked in for this morning to investigate an issue I was having with my home broadband. Not only has no one shown up when I check the progress of my fault it says ‘Engineer Visit Complete’. What is going on as no one has arrived at my home today

@bt_uk Any problem with the network in the HS2 Ness, Isle of Lewis area. reset the hub then within hours the speed is back to 7mb download, very poor, 3 days like this so far
