@bt_uk Is this just with home hungry or can I claim on my mobile. Had problems with signal drop out and when I call I've had mast issues and being told I'm getting great speeds. Shame the myth app wont load on phone as its timed out!! Cheers BT 👍

@bt_uk Thanks for your help. An engineer has checked line and speed, recommends a new router as ours is very old. I tried calling but after 16 mins on hold still no answer. How do I get one please?

Interesting experience with @bt_uk. my contract terminated today; I confirmed I will not renew it in Dec. I now receive a bill for next month and I'm told I need to call to cancel my contract otherwise I'll still be billed. Why should I call to cancel a terminated contract?

Yet another SMS from @BT_UK to my @O2 phone telling me it's time to upgrade. BTBusiness say I'm not in their system as a customer (because I'm not). At what point does this become harassment?

@bt_uk Not impressed I’m now being told basically I haven’t got this offer or you would have sent this out!! I have a faulty broadband that drops out and only option I’m being offered is £20 more expensive! Not impressed with customer support

Hi @bt_uk The fibre installation engineer hasn't shown up. Your tracking site is rubbish and keeps my in a loop with no answers. Your phone service has 20-30 min est wait time. I need to know what's going on :(
