JeemerDawg (@JeemerTheMeemer) reported@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk I absolutely am, I'm a paying customer, paying the same prices and line rental as those with the upgraded line a few hundred meters away Absolutely no good reason for me to not have broadband parity with them.

Bryan Gibson (@bryangibson8) reported@iant147 @bt_uk Know the feeling poor service because they have the monopoly and own the lines don't give a toss

Gemma Edmonds (@GemmaEdmonds) reported@bt_uk We have been told it’s been escalated for the last 2 months but still no resolution. We need a firm plan and someone to take full ownership
-
Justsumguy (@Justsum32062003) reported@NickRogersGolf @bt_uk So nick answer to whose responsibility this is is simple. Who are you now paying money to? The company you are paying to fix your problems telling you to get another company you aren't a customer of is lunacy.

Will Sugg (@SuggWillSugg) reportedRecently my ping whilst trying to play fifa online has been unbearably high, to the point where it’s almost unplayable. any recommendations how to help. @bt_uk please.

JeemerDawg (@JeemerTheMeemer) reported@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk Who do you think the line rental goes to? I am directly paying them There are no access rights, or ant of the other problems, they just don't want to upgrade the line to modern standards...

Roy Elmer (@RoystonElmer) reported@bt_uk so, after complaining about our internet speed, and having Openreach out twice, we were told by the engineer that we share our connection / bandwidth with a house down the road. We pay for 40Mb, we assume they do too. We both get 20. Doesn't feel legit.

gracie perry (@g1aciie) reported@bt_uk it’s outrageous that my 83 year old grandparents have been without a landline for over two weeks. They don’t have any way of contacting people in an emergency as they live in a remote area. Sort this out !!!
-
Kay (@KaylifiTTV) reported@bt_uk I am absolutely disgusted in your inability to provide a service. Especially when you were given about 2 months notice of a move. Such a joke.
