@bt_uk Hi so there are works to install infrastructure on my road and there is a problem with the traffic lights that are being used. Stuck on red every night in a bus route at 3 way junction. Please let the relevant agency know that something needs to be done✨

@btsport when are you going to fix the streaming on your fire stick app? Picture is perfect for adverts, but live football runs at like 1 frame per second. No issues with the audio.

@BT_UK are of absolutely no help whatsoever. I have been having internet problems for almost the entirety of the pandemic. Their phone app does not work, their call lines are unresponsive and their go-to to 'solve' problems is either vaguely tell you that they're "running tests"-
