An absolute shambles of a service by @bt_uk - suppose to have an engineer round between 8-1 today. No show. Got fobbed off with a load of excuses saying they’d be here. Tried to phone just now. Been on phone for 46 mins. Shambles. Money grabbing arseholes

@Cozz1e @bt_uk I get about half what I'm told I'll get but it's enough most of the time. Occasionally it drops to dead slow, but not for very long. The days of it dying altogether for hours at a time seem to be long gone, thankfully. I have similar issues with water pressure!

When u can't watch BT TV because it keeps dropping out and then they tell you, you might have to pay for an engineer to come and to check their router, ther cables , their signal boosters. Go "$%$$"%£ yourself @bt_uk
