@semsnet Perhaps mine does not as placed 3 orders with @bt_uk they have never turned up. Compliant filed with OFCOM. Perhaps I will see if I can get my time back from such a wasteful company. Now looking for local companies who may be able to deliver on their sales pitch.

@bt_uk, my router keeps flashing purple/pink and not connecting. I’m aware that it is something to do with the broadband cable however I’ve done everything from unplugging the cable and plugging it back on, and it doesn’t seem to work. Can you help?
