@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk As I'm no longer able to use BT due to being of no fixed abode £90 is an excessive fine for those struggling. NB I was quite happy with EE TV and only took out the BT contract because EE stopped the service. It is obvious now that is because you're hand in glove with each other

@bt_uk without a doubt THE WORST company I have ever used. Ongoing issues with broadband. No internet for over a week. Engineers not turning up. Billing issues. Complaints not dealt with properly. You’ve no idea how much stress this is causing, yet you won’t let me leave

My contract ends soon and I am seriously considering going back to @bt_uk. I know @GNetworkComms promises high speed, but if it’s not able to keep the service running what good does it do.

@bt_uk I won’t hold my breath. Why does it take 3 weeks and 4 attempts to even get close to getting an appointment for full fibre? Is BT retaining customers? How do your shareholders feel about this continuing poor level of service? BT used to own Openreach.

@bt_uk hello. Openreach were supposed to come today to connect my bt Full Fibre. They never turned up and I took a day off for it. I never got a message that it was cancelled. Openreach are suggesting this is your issue. Can you help me get to the bottom of this?

@bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service. Been told got engineers coming out today been 8am-1pm. Guess what… NO SHOW! Had nothing but issues for the last 9 months. At least @SkyUK have better customer service.

@bt_uk I have a fault with my BT Wi-Fi disk. When I plug in direct to router I get 100mb (should be getting 150mb) when using the disk for Wi-Fi I get 9mb sometimes 2mb. I have reset the disk and reconnected still same issue. I have done your online help still same issue
