    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk Day 21 without internet. No one can fix it after 5 (soon to be 6) engineer visits. 3 modems, a new Openreach box. Avoid BT Internet, no clue what’s going on. #poorservice - how do I sign up to @virginmedia ?

    @btbusinesscare Fed up with people saying they can help, whether it be from BT or Openreach. The service is absolutely horrendous and is not fit for purpose. Promises Promises Promises but deliver nothing.

    @bt_uk Hi @bt_uk no we mistakenly went with @virginmedia as a provider. How would you deal with a customer loosing there internet service would you let them know it was being switched off, let them know when it would be working again provide updates etc?

    Hi @bt_uk & @SkyUK from a customer service perspective how would you keep a customer who has had no internet connection for 14 days updated as to when the service they pay for will be back up and running? Just that@virginmedia don’t appear to do anything, just curious.

    My favourite part about this is @BTCare "tried to ring me" on a phone number I NEVER HAD CONNECTED! Honestly.
