I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk having issues in the BR3 postcode, had the same problem earlier and apparently there was an outage, checked the service status page again and not showing any problems in the area, hub is flashing pink/purple

@bt_uk a guy with ur van was outside our place at 6pm. After he left our broadband turned flashing red/orange and is now refusing to connect. Coincidence ? Why would someone interfere with a successful connection that has been trouble free for 2 years

@bt_uk moving your speed test to app only is ridiculous. I am a pc user mainly and want to test my connection on pc. Your advice also used to say use a wired connection as it eliminates potential problems with wifi. I don’t get your logic.
