I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?
