I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk I’m so dissapointed in BT. No internet since last Weds 14th July. The first engineer was booked for Friday 16th & never came. Rebooked for this morning and again no one arrived. Rebooked for tomorrow but I have no confidence anyone will come. Please can someone help me?
