OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@bt_uk Yes theres no excuse. Bt switch a number off without the new service in place. We have elderly relatives who dont use mobiles; we need the phone. A communication company that disconnects you twice in two months. The irony!!

@bt_uk I don’t accept that my services going down on Thursday, that because it’s a weekend & bank hols, I have to wait 9 days to be reconnected. Apparently if I was a halo customer I’d be up and running by now. So my £60 a/m isn’t enough, you need £10 more.

@bt_uk Home move booked and confirmed for Monday 12th. Two days later I get a text to advise its been moved to the Thursday 15th. On phone now trying to get a resolution, but the advisor basically wants to give me a couple of quid to go away and find my own solution. Not happy.
