    Iโ€™m currently charged ยฃ20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sportsโ€™ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and canโ€™t find a fault. ๐Ÿคฎ

    @bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

    @virginmedia any plans on installing fibre in the Irvine area as @bt_uk clearly can't provide any sort of reliable service.

    Greed and Corruption has blighted football for far too long. Not enough that several clubs, from certain leagues, get automatic CL entry, they want even more. Shameful. Sky/BTsport/PremierSports, you are all part of the problem. Youโ€™ll get no more money from me.@SkySports

    @bt_uk Is the service down in Stevenston, North Ayrshire? My router keeps dropping connection and now it keeps flashing purple. Tried restarting it several times. Was working fine till around an hour or so ago.

    To anyone interested. Never use @bt_uk for your Internet or phone. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

    @bt_uk Can't see the reply I sent immediately, but that may be because the Mini-Hub I was sent today has only been working intermittently. Keeps cutting out. Of course I reported the problem and spoke to 5 different BT advisors yesterday. So far no joy at all.

    @bt_uk Yes. I'm aware of that. That's why it's worth letting your leaders know that they'll probably be invoicing BT for the 4 FTE, 4 x vans, drum of fibre, hoist hire etc. And.... They'll probably charge again as they need to come back and fix my neighbour's one also. ๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿค‘ Kerching

    @bt_uk Residential. There is no broadband at all right now. Not sure how long it's been off. Last 4 days almost nothing, very weak connection. I have a video if you want to see how bad it's been?

    @bt_uk been with you since January 12th since then Iโ€™ve had 7 failed orders, multiple wrong routers sent out and currently on my 11th week without service.
