    I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    To anyone interested. Never use @bt_uk for your Internet or phone. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

    @bt_uk So the managers callback that was promised within 4 hours is now over 13 hours and still no contact. Do yourselves a favour and avoid BT at all costs, they genuinely do not care in the least about the problems they cause.

    ... we're on day 3 of no Internet. Makes life wfh & with a toddler really difficult & there's literally been no update or communication direct from @bt_uk It's such a disappointing way to handle customer care. I get its more complex than flicking a switch but comms would be 👍🏻

    @TalkTalk ever since moving to your service the other day from @bt_uk I've had nothing but trouble from what is supposed to be a faster speed WiFi compared to what I had. The TV lags when watching a film and phones lag when on social media and YouTube etc! Please can you help.

    @bt_uk Still nothing from Bt. Phone no has not been reinstated and no communication from bt manager as promised. Bt customer service is so poor
