@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk anyone thinking of getting a Ring doorbell to use with BT wi-fi, don’t bother. They’re not compatible. Our electrician couldn’t get it to work so I asked BT for help, which they agreed. Then an angry person called to say it won’t work & they won’t help.

Credit where credit is due 2 excellent customer advisors from @bt_uk helpful, polite and efficient. Shame people like these are let down by other less able or willing staff.
