    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @Closey69 @bt_uk In some cases the cabling from the local exchange to your house is Vodafone. That might be the case with you and why its improved the service. But essentially Vodafone use BT Openreach as their internet delivery service.

    VAR was brought in to assist the refs because they needed help to get officiating right. If they are still getting it wrong WITH VAR then VAR isn’t the thing that needs changing @btsport @GaryLineker

    @Set_To_Fail @bt_uk I don’t know how any of it works but all I know is we were getting average download speeds of 3mb with BT and we now get around 68mb. Used to constantly drop out on BT but is fine now. Multiple devices never worked on BT but fine now. Much better.

    @Closey69 @bt_uk Sorry, I meant their fibre lines, not just like a normal phone line. Vodafone did an extension with BT sometime last year. Its essentially the same service but with a different end device.

    @bt_uk - Been trying to re-sign up since September when the contract ended. You call centres seem unable to be able to resolve the internal issue at BT that has prevented it happening 5 times. Can anyone help? Or do we have to change to @plusnethelp etc?

    @btsport @LFC @fcmidtjylland that was quite possibly the biggest fix or bs iv ever seen the rules just get made up as they go along the score should have been 2-0 Liverpool what a disgrace, I'm done.

    @bt_uk So that guidance you just sent said they will visit to fit a socket as they won’t need to be there long, however BT complaints team said no they won’t come for that purpose. More contradictory information from the world’s worst communications company!
