@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@wsjudd @bt_uk I’ve just spent an hour telling Andrew at Bt who wouldn’t have any of it what we think there problem is :- ask an engineer who knows what they are doing to check the ASN Router on 31.55.186.232 as it is stopping traffic on some of BT’s network to multiple Aws servers. @bt_uk

@bt_uk issues with Ring doorbell, Alexa devices and PlayStation network. Router in sync at correct speeds, Everything else connects ok. Clearly an issue at your end . Are you sorting the issue?

@damiendavis @bt_uk Weird. I'm also with BT, also having the other issues you described, and can also circumvent it by coming off WiFi and hotspotting my phone. This is such a weird problem.
