  If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

  My @bt_uk contract is up soon and the best *offer* they can do is offer me a £14 a month increase for literally no benefit in service for me? Maybe time to look for a new broadband provider ….

  @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

  Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

  @bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

  If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

  @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

  BT Broadband = Unbelievable rubbish service! Made Contract at EE. BT refund my deposit with no message, and refuse to install the broadband service 1 day before scheduled installation date. Avoid to use them. Anyone tried their good service? @bt_uk @EE

  @bt_uk i have been trying to ring 0800 783 1401 and 0800 800 150 since 8am to cancel my account but they are not working. I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere

  @bt_uk Internet is back but this was not an isolated problem but one affecting the whole AL1 region. If you had admitted this when I called it would have saved me a load of hassle, booking an engineer I didn’t need etc

  .@bt_uk When can we expect a meaningful update to the "you view" set top box. It offers terrible #UX. 50% of remote clicks seem to do nothing. Apps often launch with no audio and need a hard reset to fix.

  @bt_uk desperately trying to sign up to your tv and broadband package since Friday but the website keeps crashing or saying there is a problem....not giving me much hope of a reliable service!!!
