@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

About to do a late stream after spending hours getting stuff just right for it and the internet cut out. Tried to call @bt_uk to see what the crack is and even their service line is down for maintenance. Just my luck. 😩

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk I've been with Virgin the last 12 years. Recently on their 350 and 500 speeds. However when patching through to offshore call centres are awful and only reading from textbook. With BT they actually get you and understand. I'm glad with the switch even at lesser speeds.

@bt_uk I've been with BT phone and Internet for 15 years. I've recently moved house and the service is absolutely shocking. I have spent over 6hours on the phone trying to rectify problems and it's still not sorted!

@bt_uk Thx for your reply, however the point is I had these problems over 3-4 years before the Pandemic and every remote ‘test’ and engineer visit missed basic connection issue, especially when manifests during damp conditions mentioned! The lack of comms is ironic for network provider!

@bt_uk my Samsung A71 is trash it never connects to WiFi and Samsung won't do anything I don't wanna be stuck for another 20 months with a dodgy handset, can I exchange it for a different handset that actually works?
