Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

Mark Taylor (@tails101) reported from Sheffield, England@bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.
