The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
