The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk My issue is not that there’s a fault it’s just the complete lack of communication to your customers considering you are a communications company. Uk power & affinity water notify us instantly if there’s an issue but we’ve not heard a thing from BT.

Seems #BT is profiting- w no free customer help number- hours spent trying to get someone to sort a problem that they caused.
