@bt_uk please do better. I am paying for broadband for a small two bed FLAT and can barely get any signal. Every time I try to call up I am given a different excuse of why the service that I am PAYING for isn’t working, or an advisor tries to sell me another service.

@bt_uk BRAND NEW CUSTOMER - I DM'd after being cut off last night. Was cut off on the phone after a 93 mins wait! I've managed a virtual "chat" to someone who said I needed to spk to your Orders Team but they don't take calls!! What am I supposed to do!!! STILL CANNOT WORK!

@bt_uk a family members email account has been compromised, followed everything in your guide and rules are still being made. Phone line is also down to lock out existing connections, unacceptable!

Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing
