    @bt_uk Yes that’s the one. 10% price price in the current climate is totally unjustified. Although you will kindly allow me to downgrade my package if I take out a new contract and pay off the remaining year on my current subscription up front!!!! Time to cancel the direct debit…

    @LyndieLou100 @bt_uk Complain to ofcom - bt want you to complain to their own complaint service so they can keep it all ‘hush hush’. Don’t settle for that - take it further to ofcom so everyone knows what a joke bt is

    Wtf @bt_uk have been charging me £20 a month for over a year for BT sports when I have never asked or have anyway to watch it. WTAF. The broadband has been pants also. Deffo leaving them for good. Better give me a PS5 for the blunder.

    @bt_uk have you buggered up the web ui that runs on the smart hub 2? I can't get mine to save any port forwarding rules or static ip assignments on my internal network. I know the router is OK (checked with BT on the phone) but can't solve this problem
