@bt_uk I am absolutely fed up to be honest. I’ve just had a text (for the third time in the last 10 days) to say “we have now fixed the problem” and within two hours I’ve got no broadband again. Why can nobody tell me what’s causing this or when it will be fixed?

@iamnicksimpson @bt_uk My general rule with @bt_uk these days is - if I have a problem, email the most senior person whose email I can find. Their customer service people lie to you in writing, they do nothing when you complain - they're a waste of space, honestly.
