    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @bt_uk, Moving eldery parents to BT BB & Digital voice.Install date confirmed yesterday, failed to happen. Parents left no BB & no phone line so medical equipment doesn't work for 4 days. Apparently nothing BT can do apart from blame Openreach, joke no regards for the vulnerable!

    @bt_uk hi, I signed up to BT Internet yesterday, I am due to be connected on the 27th April, however I've received a text saying it will be installed on the 18th May. I've tried signing into my account but can't find any orders or info, can you help please?

    Another issue is that their pricing structure is so untransparent. Difficult to see what deals are actually available. Is this really all you can do, @bt_uk?

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach So, we’re now FIFTY ONE days overdue on my fibre upgrade with the only visible change being that you cut my previous FTTC connection off. Can somebody who knows what on earth the problem is please pick up the phone, call me and explain the reasons urgently?

    So, @bt_uk sent me, unasked for, WiFi router that I don't need. Two days later a returns bag. Don't return get a £50+ charge! All coms by email/mms. You doing this with everyone? Looks a lot like moneymaking scam... Especially for the old. Poor show.

    @btsport why is there still an issue with playing bt sport on the ps5? It’s been months, I’ve seen countless complaints. When are you going to offer a solution?
