  VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

  i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company

  @bt_uk I’ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.
