  VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

  @btbusinesscare we have had such a poor service with BT, when you ring up to cancel they don’t let you go pass there indian call centre. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband

  .@bt_uk My broadband is down, my neighbours are fine. My wife needs it for work. No way to contact BT by phone. Fault registered - won't look until next week. Appalling service as usual.

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

  @bt_uk Please can you tell me why your service is so useless? You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Your staff are utterly clueless and inept. #btareuseless

  @clarescastle @btbusinesscare I've just cancelled all our business with them after 30 plus years. The incredible customer service we used to enjoy is a thing of the past
