@bt_uk worst experience ever & it's not over yet 😭 😭 😭 Ordered fiber to property not working & turned off my working broadband. Day 12 still no engineer assigned & told another 5 working days + for an update for assignment. 5 updates of no info so far 😭 😭 😭 #waitingforever

@bt_uk hiya, your website suggests there’s no issues in our area (SW17) but our router has been blinking a pink light for hours now despite multiple resets - is there an issue in the area? We can’t get through on the phone either!

@bt_uk Thanks Alan although the letter clearly indicates the need to go back to BT if no solution is offered. We both agree that @YaleHomeUK have been told but as they are not offering a solution (yet) and it’s BT pulling the plug, what do you suggest…?
