@frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

Unfortunately, after 1 engineer visit and 11 outgoing calls, our BT phone line is still down. We have only received 1 callback from @bt_uk since 9th August following a missale. This service is essential to our the daily operations of our business and it must be resolved ASAP!

@bt_uk My parents both in their 70s have been without a landline for week now, They have no broadband & bad mobile coverage. Reported last Week told fix by Saturday,Called again then told fix by today now says online it will be next Wednesday 29/09 assume automatic compensation
