@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

Usual rubbish customer service from @bt_uk Been locked out of my account online so forced to call. Been holding for 20 mins now. All I want to do is get rid of BT Sport that I pay £20.90 a month for and never watch.

How bizarre is this? Major @bt_uk fault in my area until 3.45pm today. As a halo customer the solution would be a 4G hub which only gets sent out when fault reported. Surely more sensible to send out 4G hub at the beginning of contract???!!!
