@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

Someone just tried to scam my Mum calling from @SkyHelpTeam (when we have @bt_uk) saying there was faults on our line + trying to get info. She passed it to me, I clocked on + asked them to prove themselves...they told me to "**** off ************". Happy Friday I guess 😐

You deal with a different agent every time (albeit very lovely people) but no one from either @bt_uk or @virginmedia can actually help because they all tell you one thing and then online it says another, not in left without internet from both of them. Time to complain to @Ofcom

@bt_uk hey, is there a broadband outage in Worksop? Local friends had problems Tuesday and ours is down today. We’re out in the sticks with no mobile signal (I’ve had to take a walk to tweet this 😬). I’m having to put off clients and board meeting as I can’t work - please help?

@bt_uk I was switching provider and multiple BT agents confirmed with me that my service would not be terminated until 26/03 but instead they terminated it today and I have had to order a new BT package on a new account just to get internet back until that time but that cannot be 1/2

@bt_uk Thanks, I’m in the middle of that process now. Couple Qs: is this a known local outage or could it just be to us? Also is there a rough idea of how long this could take? It’s costing me money while ever it’s down
