    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk No the other way round. I’m won’t allow me to set up my bt id. Was on phone for over an hour and you can’t cancel a home move.

    @bt_uk I’ve tried on my iphone, ipad and on my desktop pc but still get the same message. Like I said, the advisor I spoke to yesterday said they were having problems at BT’s end.

    @bt_uk Hi, I am using the BT Cloud Work App for work but the 'Ask First' option is no longer working when I try to transfer calls to a colleague. Whenever I press it the call is disconnected. Please help!

    I so regret switching to @bt_uk for broadband from @SkyUK. Had no problems with Sky in a 2 floor house and now can't have a proper meeting in a normal flat with BT. Engineer came and told me that everything is fine but I wish he could attend the meetings with me 😡

    @bt_uk Halo, Halo 2 now Halo 3 all have the similar broadband speeds yet cost more then the previous package.Your Charging more for improved customer service.Customer service should be equal to all.Its like your running a class system.Halo 3 = 1st class Halo 2 Middle class Halo lower.

    @bt_uk please sort this damn broadband out, otherwise I will terminate my contract, not getting what I’m paying for, will cancel the whole lot! It’s worst now than when I spoke to someone on Tuesday!

    Question to @bt_uk you now have @NOWTV on your service of which I am also a customer but I can't watch their channels live through youview service without paying you extra. Why can't I log into my existing @NOW account to watch them without using the app?

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk COMPLAINT. Appalling customer service. I have fibre box and modem but still not online because you haven’t updated your system...according to BT. You asked for 5 days and have had 10. No explanation, indication when done. Please can u contact me to resolve?

    @bt_uk Engineer appointment between 1-6 pm to install new landline and broadband. Apparently he called this morning whilst I was at work. New customer not very happy. I chose these times for a reason. @Bt_uk. Get in touch.
