    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @realmagicstu @bt_uk If you’re out of contract with BT I’d honestly leave them.They’re a total shower of s**t.We had a home move booked & they never turned up!Sent the new hub to the old address.We cancelled & they’ve tried sending a bill for £118 for a service we’ve never had!

    @bt_uk Absolutely shocking customer service from BT over the last week or so. Our landline was cut off through no fault of our own, we've spent hours on my mobile phone on hold to everyone and his dog only to be told we've got to wait another 2 weeks to get our line back on. Shocking

    @EE @bt_uk also during the months of October through to December 2022 I was promised compensation which has never been added to my account. I have had many complaints opened that I have lost count and now I am on hold to BT as I will be looking else where
