why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Hi @bt_uk, I've just switched my families mobiles to BT seamlessly, but am a little disappointed to learn that there's no visual voicemail available yet? This isn't exactly new technology, and is available on the EE network, so when will this be introduced?

@bt_uk Having sort of intermittent problems.. like it’s bad for 3 nights.. then it’s ok for a bit… then it’ll start again… so I don’t know if it’s a BT issue or a my house issue lol

@bt_uk @bt_uk yes I have and I have made a complaint as this has been ongoing for months. @OpenreachHelp have been out numerous times and aborted appointments. This will now cause us financial issues as we are meant to have a systems working by this weekend. Please can someone help

@OpenreachHelp I don’t know where to start @OpenreachHelp .. wrong exchange on the system, newly updated post codes not registered on Openreach databases. Nothing to do with BT, @bt_uk are trying to sort and aren’t getting far as the issues lie with
