why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@btsport why don't you offer a Day Pass? There's obvious demand for such a product. Most people I know aren't stupid enough to pay £40 a month so just stream it anyway. Your Loss! You are the reason for the death of the modern game.

@bt_uk Elaine, I’m afraid you miss the point. This isn’t about ‘entitlement’ to an additional paid for service. I simply wish you to provide me some resilience on the service you are not currently able to fix. Near daily outages which lead to endless calls is not acceptable.

@bt_uk Unfortunately yes. We are in a doom loop of calls, line tests, engineer visits and guesses as the problem cannot be identified. Given you offer a 4G back up service it would seem fair to put that in if the fault cannot be resolved.

@bt_uk Accidentally purchased the wrong sports pass (wanted the boxing for tomorrow night) spoke to customer service who have refused to refund. Even tho I’ve only just purchased the pass just now in error.

@DaveThePepper @bt_uk It’s been the case for years! I have no issue using any Apple device in most places to access email through Apple mail. I wouldn’t say I’m using an app. Just the iOS email set up for BT Internet as default account. IT team at SoHo house can’t resolve. I can’t access BT as no bb

@bt_uk That’s a screen shot from the bill you sent me. Are you suggesting we should pay extra to buy an additional service to cover the near daily outages since installation that you are unable to resolve? Is that the sales tactic here? Fixing the problem would be fine TBH.
