why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk I have just finished a call with Tony & He sent ANOTHER EMAIL & STILL THE CONTRACT IS WRONG. I AM HANDING THIS OVER TO OFCOM NOW BECAUSE IT IS A JOKE - @bt_uk DESERVES TO FAIL AS A COMPANY !! TONY WAS VERY PLEASANT BUT SEEMED TO THINK THIS IS ALL A JOKE !!

@bt_uk Well I've had a months of crap Internet I have had many complaints all were closed even though I had never said I was satisfied. I have an open complaint at the minute that's been escalated I've never had any compensation. So why are you pretending to care now?

@Bt_uk Another day goes by and still no call from BT customer care or sales to resolve the situation. What does it take to get someone from BT with the authority to agree a deal to call a valued customer? Is this matter bound for #ofcom to get a resolution? #incompetance

@bt_uk Brian @bt_uk @BTGroup I have little faith in your help !! In the last 24HOURS I HAVE SPOKEN TO MORE THAN TWELVE AGENTS. It is a simple case of changing my contract to what is agreed & STILL I am being charged for unlimited calls which was CHANGED !!!
