Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

  • jakeehunter 𝐣𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (@jakeehunter) reported from Yeovilton, England

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  • simonthyer Si Thyer (@simonthyer) reported from Yeovilton, England

@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues

  • GeoffKnight3 Geoff Knight (@GeoffKnight3) reported from Yeovilton, England

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@MrNSmithPE @btsport Jesus Christ; if it’s isn’t bad enough getting up at dumbass o clock having to listen to Shane warne is dreadful. At least they keep dubbing over Vaughan

  • PaulKeefers Paul Keighley (@PaulKeefers) reported

@btsport paid all that money for the Ashes but then seem adamant that they want people to watch it with the sound off. Awful, all aussie commentary makes it literally unwatchable. Bring back Sky! @btsportcricket #Ashes

  • ben_vello Ben Vello (@ben_vello) reported

As sporting coverage of a massive event goes, this is as bad as it gets. Get cricket off @btsport Shocking.

  • NoRemus Remus (@NoRemus) reported

@btsport your #ashes coverage is really ****. How can you pay so much and then not even turn up

  • iancharris Ian (@iancharris) reported

@Stuart_Linnell @btsport I watched the first session in the first two days but at lunch last night I was thoroughly depressed and fully expect us to already be fighting to save the test by stumps tonight. I can see us getting back to close to parity with 5 or 6 wickets down.

  • Promediate1 Promediate (@Promediate1) reported

@bt_uk Yes please. But I’m not convinced the hybrid hub system is working nationally. I’m not convinced #bt_uk #openreach will actually be able to sort this problem out at all.

  • JonFordWarks Jon Ford (@JonFordWarks) reported

@btsport I refer you to a tweet I sent before the series started. Please ditch the Aussie commentary, it's truly awful. Make arrangements to cover it from the UK. I've stopped watching.

  • Markmcdonald Mark McDonald (@Markmcdonald) reported

Is Australian tv still in the 1950’s ? Not sure how much more of these guys I can stand @btsport #Ashes in-jokes, pro-Aussie excitement, did they ever listen to the real pros McGilvray or Benaud? Just awful - watching on @willow in the US - turning off the sound

  • barnettmike26 Mike Barnett (@barnettmike26) reported

The Aussie commentary of #Ashes2021 on @btsport is awful. They have all the charm and wit of a group of self-satisfied know-alls in the pub. We're not quite in 'Come back Michael Vaughan, all is forgiven' territory, but we're getting close. Oh my Nasser and Athers long ago...

  • Promediate1 Promediate (@Promediate1) reported

@bt_uk But getting mixed stories so told is a nationwide problem with #hybridconnect
