  • simonthyer Si Thyer (@simonthyer) reported from Yeovilton, England

@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

@bt_uk Quick question to avoid waiting half-an-hour for phone support: we are transferring our BT broadband service to a new address—should we take the BT hub with us, or will you provide a new one at the new address?

  • GannetPaul Paul Eaton (@GannetPaul) reported

@rioferdy5 @btsport @bt_uk You don't seem to have any problem associating with a proven Xenophobic on your timeline though.

  • utdjimuk UtdJim 🔴⚫️⚪️ (@utdjimuk) reported

@rioferdy5 @btsport @bt_uk Rio, you’re stuck in a weird media bubble and logic has gone out the window. You can’t ‘end’ something just by condeming it. One thing that might help is suitable consequences/punishment/ID etc - but just saying ‘hate is bad’ ain’t doing much 🥴🥴 it’s actually offensively token

  • ColinAGrainger Colin Grainger (@ColinAGrainger) reported

@bt_uk Have reported it and phoned every day. A guy from a contractors finally came yesterday and said a cherry picker had to be brought out to fix a wire on a telephone poll that can’t be climbed. He said it should be yesterday and promised to phone back after a quick job. He never did

  • xenriklive Sparks (@xenriklive) reported

@bt_uk you are breathtakingly awful. You are very efficient at taking money, but not at actually delivering a service. I'm seeking legal advice. You can't stop blaming other suppliers for you inability to activate people's internet in a time like this.

  • mylutterworth thisismylutterworth (@mylutterworth) reported

@bt_uk Only your company can send a message that gives option to respond & when you try it errors!

  • ThisIsNuka_ Nuka (@ThisIsNuka_) reported

How can @bt_uk offer a StayFast guarantee, but also say that 48 hours of TOTAL OUTAGE must occur before compensation is awarded? Literally how does that logic work?

  • ColinAGrainger Colin Grainger (@ColinAGrainger) reported

@bt_uk I can’t write articles on my phone. My phone provider is also charging me extra for the extra 4g I am using . We both can’t use the mini hub as the signal keeps dropping out. We can’t print vital items and if we don’t get this sorted I’mnot only losing money but paying out extra

  • daz_jowsey Darren (@daz_jowsey) reported

@bt_uk can you tell me what I need to do to cancel so I can change provider please? My broadband is useless now, disconnected more than it is connected. I've tried whatever I've been told by BT, no change.

    @MarcusRashford @btsport Down Rashy!
