why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk Lisa. Get a MIFI unit (battery type) and a 4/5G sim card (on strongest network near you) far cheaper and likely faster. Take it wherever you go.

@bt_uk I’m building a new house and have filled in numerous online forms to get a connection. We have tried ringing but only get a list of email addresses but got a reply to contact service provider. Can you help or point me in the right direction to get a connection in NI?

@JohnMcArts Hi John, we live around the corner and have the same problem. The @bt_uk website is still claiming there is no outage but we've had no @Plusnet service since 12.00 yesterday. I presume yours is still down?

@bt_uk Don’t bother replying, I’m done with BT, when I move house I’ll have more options & BT won’t be on my list of choices that’s for sure! 37 years a loyal customer, not after 2022. I’m done!

@bt_uk since upgrading my broadband I’ve had nothing but admin problems - 3hrs last month on phone after 1 week without broadband should have resolved billing issues but once again I’ve been charged twice!!!!!! #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk When I became a customer my stay fast was 32mbps. After screenshotting the significant drop in speeds, an engineer came out and told me it was my hardware. New network cable, same awful speeds, and now my stay fast is 26, *just* under what I'm now getting. 2/10 service.
