why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@btsport when are you going to fix your smart TV app so it won't buffer? 60 meg connection and it buffers every couple of minutes. It's a well known issue so please don't try and fob me off with the usual "self help" steps. Netflix and Prime can both deliver a smooth 4k service.

@bt_uk The phone line is down and we have no mobile phone signal where we live. We have a seriously disabled man living here and have been told it will be 10 days until the phone line is fixed. What the hell!

As per @bt_uk if you search for a mobile deal, then you have a hard search on your credit history and this will reduce your overall score. Be aware of this process, if you want your credit scores to be ruined, such a stupid process. I cant use @UswitchUK @Gocompare such a shame.
