@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk I'm getting following message on my phone - is this a scam? I have Plusnet sim card not BT. "Emergency alert (operator) this is a test message #2 from BT_UK, please ignore no action is required. OK"
-
Hibbytrish
(@hibbytrish) reported
@bt_uk Thanks. There seems to be no way of getting rid of the message without pressing OK. It would be good to know for sure if BT have been sending out emergency alert test messages. Are you able to find out please?
