why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk It's not 'unbreakable'. It's resilient. And even then, unless @bt_uk are claiming that neither side will fail then it is 'breakable'. Very misleading advertising.

@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

@bt_uk My dad’s landline is dead. I can hear the dial if I call him but at his end it’s totally dead. He saw @OpenreachHelp doing some work on a telegraph pole outside his flat earlier today. He purely has landline for calls, no internet, how can it be reported? No website login.

@bt_uk For an unbeatable super-slow connection. Time you started offering FTTP instead of dragging your feet because you want to rip everyone off with leased lines, especially since you took so much public money!
