    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk I signed up only to be met by a litany of incompetence, lies and the most egregious experience of customer services I have ever experienced. Seriously outstandingly bad. And then they had the temerity to take money from my account when they never delivered me a service.

    @michael91510009 @bt_uk Yeah Marc was really concerned about my situation and got someone to reach out to me. Nothing came of it by the way. Wouldn’t trust anything they say. They’re full of ****. They’ll just keep blaming open reach and won’t take any fault for the issue your getting trust me.

    @katewalsh11 just watching Spain v Nederlands and whilst the Dutch are excellent the lack of respect shown to the Spanish team by the commentators who don’t seem to know any of their names is poor, not to mention the Dutch TV production #biased #btsport #EHC2021

    @OpenreachHelp Guess what told to call today for an install date. Guess what system issues and need another 48hrs. Absolute joke @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Early May was when I upgraded. Having to go fibre direct as bt cannot fix a fault in my area. Can even get new line installed. Becoming a joke now

    @bt_uk why on earth am I paying £45 a month for broadband when I’ve had to have an engineer out twice in the past couple of days? 4 months I’ve been with BT and it’s failed several times. Absolute garbage, never experienced such poor service
