    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk disappointed with your connection service, how can it take over a month from date of order to get a phone line and broadband connection? And you keep missing your deadlines 😩

    @David_Freeburn @btsport @AFL I think I know why. It might be an issue with music rights between Seven and Fox, which distributes the broadcasts internationally. We get the same in the US too. Not an issue with BT, alas. It’s why the int’l broadcasts don’t show the pregame concerts for the GF.

    Absolute atrocious that @bt_uk customer service is soo poor. I was promised a manager call and it’s taken me to remind them to look at my complaint 13 days later. I was promised today a manager call & I get a email (7:15pm) we’re looking into my complaint, no you’re not!

    @bt_uk I’ve had so much trouble with renewing my contract it’s taken Hours and 4 wrong contracts being sent then cancelled. Shambolic. Last person I spoke to told me to keep the disc and she cancelled the reminders. I’m still getting reminders. Can you please sort it out!

    @bt_uk My mother is 85 and partially sighted her broadband has been down all day so we cannot reach her by phone or mobile as both rely on internet connection I cannot get to speak to anyone at BT to discuss it. #verypoorservice

    @bt_uk When I signed up to have wifi with you I got a landline phone sent in the post aswell as the router. The phone is something ill never setup or use. 1. How do I dispose of it? 2. Am I being charged for a landline I don’t use?

    @bt_uk mis-sold a service by one of your retentions team recently and then was promised two months credit which surprise surprise has never materialised. Some of your team need retraining! An absolute joke.

    @bt_uk WORST WIFI provider 3 month of problems, everytime they send an engineer who says wait and see!!! they are beyond unreliable. Virgin was so much better and consisitent . BT are a complete joke and more expensive !!!!
