why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

Do not and I cant stress this enough. EVER take out broadband with @bt_uk been a loyal customer for years. Moving out of my house and in with parents for personal reasons and @bt_uk want to charge me over £340 cancellation fee for a product I CANNOT use!

Just been “upgraded” to Digital Voice by BT. The upshot is that two of our phones will not work. BT’s solution is to buy a new set of 4 phones for £119.98. Rip off. @bt_uk

@bt_uk Good morning. I am a BT 900 customer with halo, phone and Mobile. Pay £72 a month. I’m now dissatisfied that I am subsidising new customers to get a free year of Gamepass Ultimate. If I take out a new 2 year contract, could I have the 1 years free Gamepass code too? thanks

@sarah_church @bt_uk Also it would be cool to plug your laptop into the cat 5 port on the back of the router, just to prove your problem is with the Wi-Fi and not your internet connection. If you live near a lot of other households then the Wi-Fi has to complete with everyone else.

@btbusinesscare We have been in touch with your complaints team but unfortunately have not been able to get any ETA and have been given incorrect information / commitment. Really astound to know that there are no SLAs for @WeAreOpenreach leaving business customer without internet for 10 days

Hi @bt_uk how do I make a complaint against BT Mobile? There is no option to do this on your website. I have received shocking service from BT Mobile over a prolonged period. Broadband you are great, for mobile you have been shockingly poor. Thanks

@bt_uk Yes, but no thanks to any information from BT I'm afraid. Luckily another of your customers hung on for 1/2 an hour, spoke to a human and found out the problem was at BT's end and was being resolved, as it now is. It's nice of you to ask, but a day too late I'm afraid.
