why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk 20 Kepplestone Gds AB154DH trying to get Fibre went on to Open Reach web site and it says it’s available then BT tell me no it’s not it’s a crap service

@bt_uk not sure how you think it’s acceptable to put BT Sport up from £17.99 to £29.99 a month…. After emailing to say it would be £19.99. Now being told that’s not valid! My dad has been a loyal customer for years and this is how you treat him

@bt_uk That's very disappointing, as it does result in a poorer online experience and didn't happen with my previous provider (@EE which is ironically the same company now). I'm unlikely to renew with BT after my contract period if they don't support location services.

@bt_uk @BTCare My hub has died in todays storm, I work from home & being rural I have absolutely no service. I have to walk 1/4 mile from home for 1 bar. Called a no but just says have to text, help!!!!

Hello @HyperopticCS , I am tweeting this using @bt_uk broadband, Coz your’s which unfortunately I am a customer never works when its required. What would it take to work again after numerous fixes done as claimed by you ? Does this tweet downloads at ur place ?

@bt_uk Yes but you dont offer full fibre in Grimsby/my area, with no plans to before 2026 (the year the rollout plan goes up to) Which is kinda stupid given I live in one of the most populated areas in Grimsby yet areas of less than 200 ppl are/will be getting it before end next year

@bt_uk so my broadband went down at 14.46 and my modem is flashing purple. When I go online to the service checker it says there is a problem in my area. So why when I check the service checker on the my bt app does it say there are no problems.

Dear @bt_uk Why does my broadband connection have an IP for Northern Ireland when I live in Warwickshire? And how can I fix it so that online services are relevant?
