  • BarryPaffey Barry Paffey (@BarryPaffey) reported from Middlezoy, England

@bt_uk disappointed with your connection service, how can it take over a month from date of order to get a phone line and broadband connection? And you keep missing your deadlines 😩

  • simonthyer Si Thyer (@simonthyer) reported from Yeovilton, England

@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  • GeoffKnight3 Geoff Knight (@GeoffKnight3) reported from Yeovilton, England

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

  • Fariska Davide Melis (@Fariska) reported

Hey @bt_uk Just got an email from you guys regarding a survey that looks legit from a tech point of view (doesn look spoofed), but the poor design screams phishing.

  • SpookyNorra 𝔖𝔭𝔬𝔬𝔨𝔶𝔑𝔬𝔯𝔯𝔞🎃 ♡ (@SpookyNorra) reported

If I’m quiet it’s because my internet has gone down since 1:30pm today! Doesn’t help the fact I rely heavily on my wifi for work so had to cancel my later shift and tomorrows shift! Useless @bt_uk

  • RMarikar RayOfHope (@RMarikar) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for the call Rita. I was astonished that your advice was not to call the support line every night because this causes confusion to action on my request. So, I received a BT text message today that says I will be connected on Fri 19th. My BT confirms this. Do I trust this?

  • hilaryhendy Hilary Hendy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@hilaryhendy) reported

@bt_uk I've been a customer for 11 years. I have spent a month & the current call has been over an hour. I want a wifi set top box so I can have full fibre to the property. Ghastly customer experience.

  • LewisMNorth Lewis North (@LewisMNorth) reported

Hi @bt_uk who do I need to moan about my property PIA is incorrect from your Physical Infrastructure Access maps? Because I’m pretty sure that’s the reason why I have had so many problems with the internet, and why I cannot get fibre at my property.

  • evanzo7 Craig 'Evanzo' (@evanzo7) reported

@bt_uk Took out BT Broadband via @EE & it's been up & running for about 2 weeks now but the speeds are terrible & inconsistent! It was advertised as the best speeds & package for my area but in reality it's seeming to be the worst! Can someone look into this?

  • RavinAnend Ravin Anenden (@RavinAnend) reported

@virginmedia and @btsport I now am a BT Sport subscriber on Virgin Media. However nobody at either of your customer service teams can tell me how I can access BT Sport docs. Please can someone help

  • TitanX94 André TitanX (@TitanX94) reported

@bt_uk BT broadband has been so bad of late

  • Hotfuss73 Ali Robbins (@Hotfuss73) reported

@bt_uk My elderly parents have had issue with their home telephone for 5-6 weeks now. Still have no dialling tone, unable to use their phone and this means they cannot use their burglar alarm. No help from you whatsoever. What is happening?! #btbadservice #bt #help
