why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

  • GeoffKnight3 Geoff Knight (@GeoffKnight3) reported from Yeovilton, England

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

I seen horrible goalkeepers in my life..BUT this wee guy from LEEDS is just da worst ever #BTsport

  • OneTrueSpur Jeff (@OneTrueSpur) reported

    @hevans1111 @SkySports & @btsport really dont like us H, do they? You know what I say? **** em. #COYS

  • mremw1991 Michael Wilson 🏳️‍🌈 (@mremw1991) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I'm trying to connect a Nintendo 3DS to my network but it keeps failing. According to Nintendo's technical help, the 3DS works on 802.11b/g - would this work through a SmartHub 2?

  • DanoGP79 Daniel O'Brien (@DanoGP79) reported

@bt_uk Yes done all the normal problem solving things. but connection stability has been something of an issue in recent weeks.

  • Realitsthefeds Darren Meredith (@Realitsthefeds) reported

@bt_uk The problem is there is no update even after all this time. Today told to call back on 6th January for an update, over three weeks after the fault was reported. Three promises on date to repair this have already elapsed, and we are now desperate. Shocking.

  • Realitsthefeds Darren Meredith (@Realitsthefeds) reported

@bt_uk It is seemingly impossible to get anyone in BT to take ownership of this issue and get it solved, even though BT appears to be in breach of contract.

  • UtdAdorer Mourinho’s Intelligent C*nt (@UtdAdorer) reported

@thfcValyrian You’re talking about a guy who deliberately missed a drug test and cheated on his sick wife. That’s how awful he is. Why @btsport deem it fit to always throw Utd ex players in Spurs games is beyond me. Their agenda is horrendous.

  • Stevwrig Steven (@Stevwrig) reported

@JSDPK @btsport I can't possibly respond to that headline with no further information, and I'm not a scientist or doctor. Why would I possibly believe anything reported is ever true? Why should I not think any headline like that isn't Clickbait? **** mainstream media, they're all liars.

  • Realitsthefeds Darren Meredith (@Realitsthefeds) reported

@bt_uk It would appear that BT and Openreach are pursuing their targets in ter sof new connections and not devoting sufficient resources to maintaining the existing network. My predicament would seem to be a direct consequence of that.

  • trojan1963 Chris Donaldson (@trojan1963) reported

@WestieSpurs @btsport Yes I policed the spurs stadium when leeds came down to nth London for the FA cup ,jermaine Beckford scored a late equaliser. It was mayhem after the match when a load of Leeds fans left and tried to renter the spurs end. But to be fair that was 10 years ago.
