    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people werenโ€™t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like ยฃ50+ each month and canโ€™t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says Iโ€™ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly havenโ€™t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

    @bt_uk thanks for the digital changeover with no option to decline. Live in an area where VOIP required and home phone was for emergencies as mobile signal with any service provider non existent. So if internet down we now have zero communications.

    @bt_uk OK then customer service is terrible so what about the 3 times I gave your phone operator and still couldn't take payment in the end I gave up and moved to a different provider

    @bt_uk Hi, Something is not right here my broadband is fully working but I have had hardly any Wi-Fi signal since Tuesday on my phone? And my network @EE signal is one bar. Having to use my data due to some error with BT. Not a happy bunny as its going to cost me a fortune!

    @btbusinesscare you are to blame for this as well! And over 90 minutes on the phone to your customer service and order management team feeling like I am banging my head against a brick wall hasnโ€™t helped either!

    @bt_uk hi, my internet strength has been getting progressively worse. Had an issue a few months ago, you were going to send an engineer but then I was told it had been fixed. Wi-fi currently not strong enough to stream TV or do zoom calls. Iโ€™m the sole user. Can someone help?

    @bt_uk We have limited mobile access, with BT. This would be a short term fix but perhaps improving mobile coverage in poor coverage areas before working on fixed links would be a better idea? It seems that commercial business and tech is forgetting older demographic in UK....
