why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

So my contract with @bt_uk broadband is finally coming to an end after they renewed my contract without my permission, failed DPA doing so, and constant drop out outs in service, and upload speeds that have literally halved over the past 2 year.

@bt_uk Ok I’ve already done this but as I say BT provide the lines if there is a dusky which it clearly shows there is on the down detector map then maybe yourselves should make it known to customers being affected

@bt_uk Thanks Theresa we’ve been through this process so many times DM’s & phone calls for hours on hold. ‘ your appointment is 100% booked’ in writing.. constant reassurances & BT priding itself in customer service… we just want a phone line attached & broadband now @KevFComicArtist
