  why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time it’s full of people that don’t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and I’m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly

  @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum
