When you cancel BT Broadband and go to EE, and stating you want to keep your land-line and number etc ... Just to find out they've got the ******* line off. Now, it's trying to actually speak to human being to shout at them. @bt_uk

@bt_uk WiFi down this morning. There’s an outage in my area and have checked on the app and it states that it’ll not be fixed for 27 days!! Is this some sort of joke? Unacceptable

@theketchupwar @bt_uk ha! yea tell me about it, and never mind about work, what about Netflix???

  • FionaRMcLeod Fiona McLeod (@FionaRMcLeod) reported

BEWARE - this is back (if it ever went away) The scam involves an individual claiming to be calling from BT Openreach, who states that there are issues with your internet connection and that they need to gain access to your computer to perform tests and fix it @bt_uk

  • theblueone66 andy firth (@theblueone66) reported

@bt_uk Still an open fault, still looking into it once again. However it will still be the same, get back up and running for a few days then back to slow connection/drop outs. This is not an internal fault, this is an external intermittent cable fault which i explain to the engineers.

  • theblueone66 andy firth (@theblueone66) reported

@bt_uk Nearly 2 Years on fibre, approx. 25 Engineer visits, slow connections and constant drop outs and @WeAreOpenreach still cant sort the problem out, what a joke.

  • ThallerThanYall EndoSkeletor (@ThallerThanYall) reported

@bt_uk Yeah, thing is that isn’t a thing I have received, fee free to check your sent mails, there will be a log. Can you explain why advertised renewal speed is lower than the speed advertised for the same address but a new customer then?

  • Del_Livingstone Del livingstone (@Del_Livingstone) reported

@bt_uk internet outages in Clydebank g81 ? Any idea of what the issue is 🤔

  • Adam_Purcell Adam Purcell (@Adam_Purcell) reported

@OpenreachHelp Already done all that. They can’t do it. See tweets to them as well. Both that phone number and direct chat with BT leads me back to you. It’s not my responsibility to solve this. Can someone @bt_uk please take some ownership here? I’ve told you the issue. Work together pls.
