    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk paying £50 a month for bt internet and tv with sport turns out I only have 1 ******* sports channel and nothing else apart from WiFi been a customer for a week and now I’m going to cancel and go to sky @SkyHelpTeam

    @bt_uk I did after 3 attempts waiting nearly a hour each time. I gave in on the first attempt, second attempt spoke to a advisor who put me back in the cue and on the third attempts when I actually spoke to someone they didn’t really help much. My service is up and running now tho

    @bt_uk I’m unable to take control of my sky+hd box with my iPad. This is a known issue with BT home hub routers apparently. Please can you advise. It works ok with my iPhone just not my newer iPad.

    @bt_uk Yes, not able to access internet, no connection fir our sky Q, just frustrating when we i on at our tariffs but bad connections every day

    @bt_uk hello. We currently have no internet connection. Rang Sky who are saying there’s a BT open reach outage in our area (01664) which is preventing broadband connection? Please can you let us know the current status and when it’s likely to be resolved? Thank you

    @bt_uk Really poor customer service bt and not having a automated call back service for a big firm like bt is mind boggling

    @virginmedia I £18 a month so that I can watch A League and AFL. Every weekend @btsport vision is pixellated and makes the coverage of Australian sport unpleasant to watch. It wasn't like this last season. Please fix this.
