why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

@bt_uk My issue is that for my BT business broadband connection with BT. After 2 weeks of no internet, I was told that BT doesn't consider the broadband an essential part of our agreement. Wild.

@c_washington @btbusinesscare Yep. Since the last time I vented here, the order was cancelled, re-issued, cancelled again, re-issued again. Every time they cancel I receive an infuriating “we’re sorry you’ve changed your mind” email 😵💫

@bt_uk I have, but its showing no issues which is a joke! Yet i get offers of new contracts for this?? The speeds i get upload wise are terrible and make streaming and content creating near impossible at times! 8mbps?? When i have 50mbps download? Its utterly shocking
