The service relates to the @NRSWA and @NRSWALab phone line which has not been available to us since last November. This after several Engineers coding and advising it’s a BT problem @btbusinesscare

Absolutely appalling service from BT. No phones at work since 16th December despite 3 engineer visits and hours spent repeating complaint to overseas call centre. If you’re thinking of changing, shop around! @btbusinesscare

@Alasdairpkirby @bt_uk Don’t try and leave them in the next 2 years. When Gary moved in and we needed his Sky they charged me nearly £300 for the privilege. I will never use them again.

@mazymixer @bt_uk This is exactly the place to call out companies. I’ve spent too many hours trying to get to a person via company customer service phone lines - one word on here and it’s an instant reply. So many issues resolved in minutes rather than hours on hold.
