Lee Webster (@leeweb79) reported from Caerphilly, Wales
@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.
-
sheryl fussell (@chickenshed24) reported from Rudry, Wales
@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?
-
Andy Vaughan 🏴 🔰 (@AndyVaughan21) reported from Risca, Wales
@SteveRoussellee @EE 3 hours and no response. Either the signal is that bad that they haven’t received it or they don’t give a ****.
-
ski (@jordtho) reported from Barry, Wales
@EE must be the worst run company on this planet taking over a year to cancel a phone after the contracts been paid and still getting charged after over 10 calls🤒 jarring robbing pricks

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

Remy & Kev (@theratcliffe82) reported
@EE And just like that, my annual cost for my 2 lines has increased by £22.80... How the hell is that justified, when the majority of my monthly payment is paying for a handset. Surely the increase should only relate to the service you provide, and not a handset being bought.
-
Akula (@Akula1978) reported
@EE 10 year loyal customer , pre ordered the s23 ultra. Told to return it to get the free buds. All data on new phone etc. Absolutely ridiculous
-
andy (@_ihatetories_) reported
So there you have it folks, @EE will continue to hold their nerve in robbing ******** out of you even when they know they've been found out, cheers for the phone guys.
-
Bruusen (@Bruusen) reported

@HowesTheBacon @EE Bin them off. They’re breaking their contract anyway. Greedy gets. I’m also on EE and I will be an ex customer as soon as I get that notification.
-
Liam Barness (@liam_barness) reported
@rosi_roberts_ @EE 14%!! The amount of texts I get stating ‘there is an issue in your area’. It’s already the most expensive network, that’s a pisstake
-
Michael (@MRossi86) reported
@EE @OliverFindlay Why can’t you pass the cost off to the networks that piggy back off of the EE network? Non of them pass this cost onto the customer! Going direct obviously isn’t the way to go anymore!
-
Alexandra Fitzgerald (@AlexandraAnneMU) reported
@LimeGreenConslt @EE Honestly- i’m tied in until November. I’ve been a customer since the old Orange days on my first mobile as a teenager. This is totally unacceptable and what a way to take advantage during a cost of living crisis. I can’t believe they can justify this
-
NotSoMuch (@kingaoliver2) reported
@ee don't even have the decency to offer a get out of contract option due to their extortionate price increase, trapping financially vulnerable people into contracts they can no longer afford. Well **** decency YOU ROBBING, SCAMMING, THIEVING *****!!!! End your contract ASAP!!
-
Cassie (@cassiegerrie) reported
@EE 14.4% increase in price charges?! Is this some sort of weird joke? Always been an EE customer but that will be getting cancelled when my contract runs out this year.
