EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported@EE Your new superhub 7 is a pile of shite, not a single one of my smart devices will connect to the wifi, even though this piece of garbage is only running 2.4ghz. Back to the old BT hub 6 because it works fine. Stop giving people garbage.
-
M (@KlaxonDelight) reported@ee my phone is not connect to any network in France and I’m stranded
-
AlauraNightsVA/Cybernetic VTuber|OC & VS VeXpo2026 (@AlauraNights24) reportedDue to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon
-
Kev (@vpharm) reported@EE Can government seek the ARREST of EE Chief executive & charge them for running a company that failed to do anti money laundering checks or address checks? EE should be issued £1 billion fine as penalty. That will help the treasury & clamp down on criminal companies like EE!
-
Oor Leigh Cairngorm (@weecass1888) reported@EE signal oitage again in the AB54 area
-
Jochen Roeder (@jochen_roeder) reported@Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.
-
Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported@EE @BT You people are a shambles, trying to get technical help with that useless EE superhub 7 being incompatible with my smart home devices and every single person I've spoken to has tried to sell me mobile and TV contacts, focus on the issue I'm calling about.
-
Jamie T (@jamie_2127) reported@EE @g_man755 You'll do absolutely nothing about it. What you will do is lie about the piss-poor service you charge a premium for.
-
Thotoshi.zil (@Thridar1) reported@TheSegaGuy_ @EE UK network quality is utter rubbish. When they had huawei towers it was awesome but after taking it down; it sucks.
-
Aaron Paul David Bisiaux 🏴 (@AaronPDBisiaux) reported@EE How do I file a complaint about one of your sales reps? Thanks.
