Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?
