I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Jason Cleary (@jays360) reported@harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🤞🏻
