    Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! 🀬🀬🀬

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

    @EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your β€œ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

    @GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE My elderly parents were forced onto fibre by BT. Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.

    @EE The only thing worse than "hold music", is hold music chosen by some twenty something experience specialist. You're never gonna please everyone so why not just have some bland background stuff rather than these bloody yodelling trendies?

    @EE really bad experience today. Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Just got an automated text: sorry we missed you book another appointment

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given Β£40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
