I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare
