brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

@EE when are you going to fix the service in my area???? Nearly a week of no signal or if I have any it’s 2 bars on 3G compared to 5 bars on 5G I normally get??? Kinda impacts some areas of work I need my phone for.
