-
Snakewounds (@theycallmesimo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.
-
Rachel (@Melvooxd) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE Its samsung galaxy s8. Still not working today
-
isaac bjorn (@isaac_bjorn) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandSorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.
-
Christopher Lang (@langoo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.
-
Binky (@PaleHorseBinky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.
-
Agent 3-7™ (@c74nicky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing. Sent you the same message 24 hours ago and nothing back. Fed up with this now.
-
You can call me Al 🎷 (@aht1869) reported from Motherwell, Scotland@colinallcars_ @Femi_Sorry @EE In much the same way that I wouldn’t drag my baws over broken glass because, without having seen anyone do it, I know, perhaps prematurely, that it’s going to be ******* sore and a stupid idea. You don’t need to be a member of Mensa to work out what that channel would be like.
-
Victoria 🌈🦄🦋💞 (@LadyVSmith30) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE disgraceful service today, unable to access nhs discount code for upgrade & then cut off mid conversation! #disappointed

Stephen M (FdSc) (@moonster8) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!
-
Ritchie (@Ritchieknows) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@louisemaclean @euanrphoto @EE I thought EE was one of the best here? Was just thinking of switching to them as Three is garbage. 2nd thoughts now.

-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reportedAnyone else got @ee broadband issues? I'm done with them. At one point is it a breech of contract so I can bin them off.
-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
Arty Em (@a37yM) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
-
Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
-
Maisie the Tortie / Margaret 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@maisiethetortie) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE We had no landline, no internet and no mobile signal last week due to issues with Vodafone . I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.
-
beth (@loisgriff_) reported@jonesaw @EE I just called. We the masses are broke in my area, so they are going to get fixed. So, could be without service for a few days or hours.
-
NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported@EE How does roaming work for visiting Spain/Portugal? My main issues are around potentially receiving calls if I don't have it or it activating and charging me when I don't want it (I'll have WiFi all day on some days)
