Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Warszawa 🖤🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@Warszawa2025_) reported@robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄
