-
Christopher Lang (@langoo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.
-

You can call me Al 🎷 (@aht1869) reported from Motherwell, Scotland@colinallcars_ @Femi_Sorry @EE In much the same way that I wouldn’t drag my baws over broken glass because, without having seen anyone do it, I know, perhaps prematurely, that it’s going to be ******* sore and a stupid idea. You don’t need to be a member of Mensa to work out what that channel would be like.

-
c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Uddingston, Scotland@EE you're a complete joke! Apparently you can't post out to me a claim form for a stolen/missing tech order. You never heard of @RoyalMail ? EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Wasim Ahmad (@wasima) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Wimbledon here - no signal in the Village - we have hordes arriving in less than 2 weeks and the reception and data is appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping off the British public.
-
Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.
-
Tim (@TNS1184) reported@EE thanks i don't have access to a phone and when i go to make a claim it says the server is down to i can't proceed. also, i see i have the following EE insurance -but unsure as to whether that covers theft?
-
Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I don’t see the problem.
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Dr Steve Fleischer (@britgermanbloke) reported@RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.
-
Chris Milbank (@ChrisMilbank) reportedWell Laura from @EE Customer service promised me she would call at 4pm today, it is 5.45 pm and she hasn't called. Can a real human look at this. Thank you.
-
Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
