Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online

The cavalier attitude of your customer disservice people is cringe-worthy and nothing like the ‘best customer service for 30 years’ your pantomime voice answering system claims. You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.
