Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

Karen Dixonova (@mezzymeddles) reported@EE Upgraded my phone online last night as a treat to myself and received my confirmation email. Today you send me a text message to say there was an issue and ask me to contact a representative on the live chat. There was no issue. You have kept me online for 1h45m for the sole purpose of first trying to also sell me an additional tablet, then broadband and when that didn't work either, a watch. After refusing all of the above and finally being allowed to leave the chat, I find you have charged me an additional £7 for a phone/screen cleaner I did not ask for and do not require. Your website is also terrible and impossible to navigate efficiently. This is not good customer service at all :(

What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔

Peter H Todd (@Peter_H_Todd) reported@EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?
