@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE please help my niece who’s 5 years in ICU in Cardiff has volunteered to stay on frontline finishing 3rd yr of degree #NHSCovidHeroes for all this doesn’t have an #NHS email like many frontline staff. She has an #EE contract but can’t get her bonus #HELP #NHS

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE @andrew_allison BT Group, owners of EE, made a £1.3bn profit after tax for the year to 31 March 2022 - how about you invest some of that money rather than price gouge during a cost of living crisis? You could offer compensation too, for when the service fails (like now for many people in the UK)
