    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone ๐Ÿ˜• whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps itโ€™s currently running at?! Also, Iโ€™m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

    @EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service

    @EE I travelled from Southampton to London for the Samsung x EE AI event on 5 April, 4pm. I had two valid tickets, but the store was closed and the event never happened. Time and money wasted. Whatโ€™s the explanation and how will EE compensate attendees?

    @EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me ยฃ600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a ยฃ2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.

    @EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild

    @EE Can you get it escalated ? I have an o2 sum and willing to terminate EE contract. Immediately and move to 02 who have undercut you anyway

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE My EE has been solid tbh, touch wood. Contract up in November and I'm still switching as I'm sick of their price hikes. I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.

    Iโ€™ve been with @EE for over 20 years, I have 4 lines and Iโ€™ve never been late with my bill. So why is it that @O2 and @VodafoneUK have better deals for me then #ee #eeupgrade? Whereโ€™s the loyalty?
