    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    Hi @EE please improve your signal in South bucks and South Oxon. I never had anything but a superb signal from @ThreeUK but yours is a mixture of awful and non-existent Even the M40 from Stokenchurch down to J6 is dead. Why so bad? We have a mast less than 1km away

    @AsianGuyStream @EE I think add ons are really bad in the UK so I’d say go for a sim only contract as you get the most for what you pay for. O2 my contract is unlimited minutes calls and 3GB internet for £10 (pay £8.80 since there’s another O2 phone in my house

    Was on the phone talking about broadband with some lad from @EE and he was really nice proper sound and then got disconnected and called back and the next lad was rude and sounded like he couldn’t wait to get off the phone barely answered my question wtfff deffo changing provider

    How can @EE get away with not offering a VAT receipt on their consumer invoices. I have to provide one on every single invoice I issue no matter who to. Sounds very suspicious. And no, I don’t want a business account.

    @EE I tried @EE for a month. Yes my phone was showing signal but painfully slow. My guess is they have over sold the bandwidth. Too many users trying to use too little bandwidth. Switch back to @ThreeUK fast speeds once more.

    @AsianGuyStream @EE giffgaff might be able to help you out with that one! they have a cheap pack with 500mb data and infinite texts and calls for i think a fiver?
