You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this “Hi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!
