Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.
