    @EE Hi. Severe issues with my ee county have now been resolved however I have been promised compenstation. It has been passed on the the jeopardy team to arrange this. Can u tell me what the jeopardy team are and what compensation they are capable of please?

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    @EE Told I couldn’t have it, then when trying to upgrade told I’d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

    @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

    @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

    I got the iPhone Air. Had to swap to pay monthly for eSIM only, 50p cheaper. But the eSIM didn't hop over. So now I have no phone line. Fraud prevention due to one fail. Modern tech eh? @EE

    @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?

    Hello @EE can you explain why my 4G signal keeps dropping off in parts of Edinburgh where it never used to happen. It’s very frustrating. It’s almost like you’ve reduced your coverage in the last few months.
