    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    I seem at times the network not found in Parts in Lymm head out EE not Work ok at times around Warrington in it not weather what make Mobiles that away @EE @O2 it Good you both work side of each over =)) looking forward to 5G

    @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโ€™m currently on my phones 4g coz itโ€™s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

    Why does it take SO LONG to change an @EE account from a full one to a SIM only. Been here nearly half an hour. Terrible service.

    @EE Can I just check. Has there been a problem with EE network just got home from work. Family says network has been rubbish all day. So far you network hasnโ€™t been that good for us. Oh well. How long till end of contract.

    @EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps itโ€™s currently running at?! Also, Iโ€™m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

    Spent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for ยฃ26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

    @dpduk_ just to make you aware your drivers have unauthorised people doing deliveries while in the van. You attempted to deliver with a photo of the wrong address. Your customer service response was il raise it. Then to my response of I hope I get it tomorrow was sure. @EE

    @EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

    @EE for a week now had constant issues with my internet going down 3-4 times a day for a period of time paying 90 quid a month for a service im not recieving since being with ee problem after problem
