Andy Barton (@m7leicauser) reported from Comberbach, England@elvinobody @Photofeature @EE I’m afraid that they do creep the bill up. Every year. It’s in their T’s & C’s. And they have no interest in sorting out their lack of service round here.

Due to high call volume, we’re unable to connect you to an advisor” This is unacceptable @EE, I have COVID and I’m trying to work from home & keep in contact with loved ones. It’s been 24+ hours ongoing.

Nick (@nickfurber) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@EE Looks like Vodafone beat you to it. Just like they beat BT (your parent company)to being the first UK network back in the early 80’s. When you talk the talk you’ve got to walk the walk #ee #vodafone #5g #pippedtothepost

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Charlotte Bailey (@CEBailey1) reported@EE Is there a problem with the eu passes? I purchased one hours ago and it is still not working
-
alan (@alan_muso) reported@EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..
-
Derek (@DerekAllan61) reportedAfter more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service
-
Mark (@mblacky78) reported@vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer
-
Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported@EE Never ideal & always frustrating - it’s 2100 in the evening & I’ve got one bar of signal strength so I’m not dialling a number to speak to an automated person yet again or have a response via this forum using a bot. Your service is woeful at best.
-
Mark Randall (@MarkyTalk) reported@C1981L @EE My signal is appalling at home.
-
Alan Aldridge (@afaldridge) reported@EE @Vizique Your customer service is a waste of time. I have been trying for the past 3 days, get nowhere.
-
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported@EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!
-
DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported@EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted
