If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
