Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโm currently on my phones 4g coz itโs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for ยฃ26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

peter bruce๐ (@peterbruce) reported@EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .
