They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.

I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
