Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iβm currently on my phones 4g coz itβs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!

So now Iβm leaving.

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE You really donβt have any concept at all of my frustrations and today I find out youβve taken payment from my bank for services I havenβt as yet received - up to the 22nd July everything was great I was with BT since this date everything has been awful - the service, the poor attempt a placating myself and worse of all your promises, constant apologies and procedures - a pile of π© thatβs how I would describe everything Iβve experienced so far

jellybean1976 (@jellybean_7676) reported@EE @ee all I want to do is cancel roaming. The WhatsApp bot doesn't recognise what that means and I can't cancel it on the app or by logging in on the website (presumably making it deliberately hard to cancel).
