@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

@EE 2/ the phone. Nine of them.fixed the problem but the advisor wanted me to download ITUNES to continue testing. When I refused he advised you couldn't replace my handset. I asked to.make a complaint which he said was raised. He was also sending me a package to return my phone

@EE Good evening, I been holding off for awhile being patient incase issues fixed itself but lately the mobile internet/signal has been terrible.. Considering how much I pay monthly and also have a external antenna from you guys its all been a bit rubbish honestly.

@EE Firstly just got off phone with ur support team about your network being down for the past week only for them to say they will credit my bill next month instead of putting on this months bill which I pay tomorrow and I’m sorry but I’m refusing to pay
