    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    I seem at times the network not found in Parts in Lymm head out EE not Work ok at times around Warrington in it not weather what make Mobiles that away @EE @O2 it Good you both work side of each over =)) looking forward to 5G

    @elvinobody @Photofeature @EE Iโ€™m afraid that they do creep the bill up. Every year. Itโ€™s in their Tโ€™s & Cโ€™s. And they have no interest in sorting out their lack of service round here.

    @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโ€™m currently on my phones 4g coz itโ€™s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @Benleo i gave up on them 4 years ago and switched to @EE since then i have had 1 outage of 6 hours from 10pm till 4pm, 1 outage in 4 years and consistent speed , i wouldnt go back

    Iโ€™ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and weโ€™ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I canโ€™t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    @EE hey wondering if can help, weโ€™re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, Iโ€™m unsure if we transferred funds in time as donโ€™t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks
