In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE Customer for 15 years-closing my business due to the economic climate. Livid! my broadband contract ends Sept 23-EE want to charge £117 to cancel! How about spending less on fancy tv adverts! We have 2 mobiles and home broadband with EE and you call this customer service!

@bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract
