𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

-
davewalshcreative (@davewcreative) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE Because they want new customer details that they can sell on to make more money than your plan. They have yours, mine and they’ve already sold them probably twice over. They don’t care about loyalty - never have never will.
-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
leilani dowding 🌸🚜 ☮️ (@LeilaniDowding) reported@JimBob1046620 @EE There is when you live in the countryside with no mobile service
-
Caecilius (@shardcreek) reportedDay two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting
-
Adam Waltz (@Amadagram_) reportedThe worst mobile phone network in the UK @EE
-
Arty Em (@a37yM) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
wrrnnfs (@Warrennnf) reportedI would rather slice myself in half than use bt/ee internet. Shits a scam and im getting 1mbps speeds lmaoo **** you @EE
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reportedAnyone else got @ee broadband issues? I'm done with them. At one point is it a breech of contract so I can bin them off.
-
Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
