Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, EnglandUnhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
-
ちはる (@chi_i_i_ha) reported@ZachMcElroy1 @EE You can talk to @EllaCoding, support won't help you
-
Amanda Gadd (@amandagadd75) reported@EE The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, I’d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what we’ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.
-
Gavin Cook (@gjc_cook) reported@EE I’ll just cancel the direct debit and move Number elsewhere, you’ll be quick to contact me then 👌🏼
-
Hay (@sisterhaze) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network
-
Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
-
Robin John (@robjohn75) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.
-
Hunter (@hunterredfieldd) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding This is why everybody should buy a mesh network device. These companies couldn’t care less about you losing your service, they only care about getting their monthly payment.
-
The Manchester Dub (@manchesterdub) reported@EE @GoogleUK I have a warranty screen repair to boom in on my Pixel. I've been directed to Trafford Centre store by Google but I just get cut off when I call. Can you help?
