    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    @EE my advice is to not use EE and switch to virgin. I will be now I’ve been treated so badly!! Rude and inept service

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    @MiladAhmed3 @EE Mate I pay around 175£ per month for 4 contracts. I’ve had soo many network issues not just in the UK even in Germany. Every two week I use to call to complain, having to repeat my self every two week for them to tell me to do the same as two weeks back is a joke now.

    @EE You tracked me online as I had not submitted the application. You then called me about the application. When I answered & asked why you'd tracked me the person on the phone was very rude! Had I of decided to join you he made sure I definitely didn't want to. Its that simple

    @25kV @EE In my experience those routers are terrible and break fairly often so I kept my last one as a spare. I now only use it as a modem for a proper router but still...
