    @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

    @EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    Been with @VodafoneUK for over 12 years my phone bill has never been less than £150 pound a month my contract is due to end finally they can’t wave the upfront cost when they are the only company who have an upfront cost so think it’s time to move to @EE

    @EE I thought EE was suppose to be good. Roll on Jan 3rd so I can ditch this awful service. It's like having dial up again. The signal is simply awful. I bought a smart TV so I could have amazon prime. No chance with the signal I get.

    So to sum things up : - the local mast is broken so the signal has been bad for 6 weeks now, - my device was sent for repair, came back with the same issue 10 days later, and also with some physical damage (it has clearly been dropped). Anything to say in your defence, @EE ?

    @EE can someone help me, got my EE SIM card yestaerday and I’m with O2, asked for my number to be switched to EE and still I’m on O2, was told this would happen by 12am this morning but I’m still with O2 and my number has not been transferred
